The letters arrived this morning.

We have all been invited to repeat our last school year because it was interrupted by Voldemort's attempt to gain power.

The letter also said that we will be having some exchange students from Hecate's school of magic. We were getting the train the next day.

We were all standing at the train station, we lifted our trunks onto the train and sat down in our compartment, but all I mean Ron, Hermione, Ginny and me.

I was sitting next to the window. I looked out of it and saw a boy with jet black hair and sea green eyes. He wasn't buff or anything but her seriously looked as if he could beat me up.

He was standing next to a girl with curly blonde hair, it looked like they were having an argument I excused myself from the compartment to go any see who they were, as they looked around our age, but I didn't recognise him form any of my other years at school.

They were talking in strong american accents.

"-please Annabeth, pweeees!" the boy said.

"No Percy. Chiron said I can come in a few weeks," the girl replied.

"Ok," the boy sighed, "Promise you'll come in two weeks and nothing more, swear it on the river styx," the boy said.

"Ok I swear," she gave in. The boy leaned in a kissed her, they bid each other goodbye and he walked over to the train door where I stood. I hurried back to the compartment.

The others were all sitting and talking about Quidditch apart from Hermione who was reading.

Just before the train left, the boy from the platform came into our compartment.

"Umm hi, could I like sit in here?" he asked, "I'm Percy, the exchange student.'

"Yeah you can sit here if you want to," Ron shrugged.

Percy sat down next to the door, "so what happens when we get to this school?"

"I don't know we have never had exchange students before," hermione said. "As soon as I found out that we had one this year, I looked in Hogwarts a History and there has never been an exchange student before."

"Well this should be an interesting year." I mused.
