Leah couldn't have been more excited to be pregnant even if it was with Sam's baby she didn't care. She wanted this for her own happiness, but she could never have imagined the heartbreak she was yet again about to experience. Of course, that wasn't what mattered now, what did matter was how she was hiding this from Sam and Emily. Part of her was feeling guilty while the other part reveled in the fact she had a bug secret that involved them. She didn't care in that moment who it would hurt or what would happen, all she knew and cared about was the baby.

The unborn baby that she couldn't wait to hold, she couldn't wait to take care of and she couldn't wait to be a mother. Yes, it was more than scary to even think about, but she had always dreamed of having kids with Sam, but things wouldn't always work out. She wanted to have this baby and hoped that she could raise it with her parents alone. She knew that eventually she would have to tell Sam, but she didn't want to think about that right now.

She only cared about herself and the unborn baby inside her stomach, her parents and her little brother of course. She wanted to buy things for the baby, but she had to wait to know the gender before she could do anything. Seth was more than overjoyed to be an uncle even at his young age, he was overjoyed for sure. Even if her parents were going to be grandparents at a younger age, they too were too overjoyed to care.

Sue couldn't have been more excited to hold her first grandchild when they were born. Although she didn't care whether it was a girl or boy she still hoped that it was healthy and made it into the world. She was overly excited to go shopping and watch the kid grow up, to watch how Leah handles things with them. She too wasn't really thinking about how Sam would handle things, she didn't really pay much attention to it.

Soon the Clearwater house would have a small baby in their house. Although after her a few months Leah became sick and fell ill. She began throwing up and Sue immediately knew what was wrong. Even though she didn't want to break the news to her daughter she had to tell her somehow. Sue knew it would crush her, the loss of a child would be the worst feeling in the wrold.

A few months into the pregnancy Leah lost the baby and she was crushed. If she didn't have Sam she wanted the baby but that too was taken from her. So she decided since she was nineteen she wanted out of town for a while. So that's exactly what she did, she packs a few bags got in the car said goodbye and drove off. No one not even Leah knew when she would return home or even if she would return. Although eventually she had to return right and things wouldn't be the same ever again.

The small town of forks Washington was quieter than usual. It was almost silent making it close to appearing as a ghost town. The small town of forks with a population just a little over 3,000 people. Where the La Push reservation had wonderful beaches and people. The people were nice and very welcoming but also weary of those who they didn't know. The people in forks and la push had their own secrets some that were hidden behind mundane like things. They had secrets bigger than the world could handle or even imagine. The world was a mysterious place and things lurked in the shadows all the time day and night.

Of course those unaware of what the truth was were safer or maybe more in danger. While the La push people had legends of their own they only shared them with insiders. Unless of course things were different and went other ways. On the road not many people considering most were either at work or in school. But there were few people and one in particular was rolling down the road at a decently fast speed.

A few months before

Leah had arrived at her destination which was Colorado where she felt easiest or best at home. With trees and normal cold weather of course that she was used to. Back home where she didn't really keep in touch with anyone other than her parents and brother. She didn't want much contract from the world she was running from. She barely had friends anyone other than Sam and Jared or Paul but not really. She only had Sam and another girl name rose but that was about it. So here she was staying in an apartment alone with annoyingly loud neighbors.

It didn't take her long to unpack because the apartment was already furnished so she didn't really need anything but the essentials. She unpacked and began to look around she felt lonely. She sat on the couch, pulled her legs to her chest and began to cry. She cried for everything that has happened in the few months. She cried for her broken heart that was crushed by Sam and the loss of her baby. She cried until she fell asleep in an awkward position on the couch.

A few days went by when there was a suddenly knock at her door. Leah hesitated before getting up in her sweater and sweatpants heading towards the door. There was a girl she was beautiful, stunning and she looked determined.

"What did you need?" Leah hissed not really in the mood for any visitors

"Oh shit sorry I thought this was someone else's place, unless Jackson is inside there" she said

"No it's only me" Leah said

"Damn it where did that bastard go" the girl snapped

"If it helps the furniture was left behind so I didn't have to bring anything" Leah said
