They met when they were young barely able to talk, their families closer than ever with secrets no one knew. Things would grow and the two of them would get closer than ever over the years. When they were five years old he saved her from being bullied by a few older kids that were seven when they were five. When he saved her that day they became even closer than before because she fell for him. She might have been five years old then, but she loved her best friend and she didn't know what the love would lead to.

At the age of ten they were in almost every class together and were inseparable inside and outside of school. They lived not far from one another and at the time when they turned ten it was her turn to save him. They were at lunch when she noticed everyone laughing, pointing and circling around something or someone. When she got closer she noticed her best friend on the ground with tears in his eyes as the group of kids laughed and pointed on him.

She stormed over there with anger and grabbed a smoothie from the someone's lunch table and walked over to them. She gathered who was the ring leader of the group and she decided to do what she did best. She poured the smoothie on the kids head causing everyone to gasp and stop laughing at him. suddenly the laughing picked back up, but this time it was directed at the bully instead of her best friend. She helped her best friend up off the floor and hugged him tightly as she lead him to the bathroom to get clean.

When they were teenagers their feelings grew for each other more than just being friends. She knew how she felt towards him and he knew what he felt too. Although neither of them were willing to admit there feelings for one another and that was the problem. When they turned fifteen they grew closer than ever, but everything was changing and they didn't care for it. All they knew was they were going to go through it all together and never alone. What they weren't looking forward to was change, neither of them were fond of the matter.

Although no one can stop change, life goes on and things will change no matter what we try to do to stop it from happening. Although they had each other soon before they knew it at nearly eighteen they were graduating high school together and were dating. They were going to do things together forever and he even planned things ahead that she was unaware of. Except her family knew and were more than happy to let it all happen.

Especially because they both were eighteen now and soon would be on their way to college. Although neither of them knew that things were going to change drastically and very soon. Of course, no one anticipated that things would go the way they did, but things happen.

They were in love, they were one of the cutest couples and they both were complete polar opposites that is why they worked so well. Or so that's what they wanted to believe, that they worked so well with one another. Never did either of them believe they would be with someone else in their lives after they met each other. Of course, things in life change and you can't always have what you want and things aren't planned the way you want. She was smart, funny and a little bitchy, but she became cold when he left her, her heart was ripped out when she knew he loved someone other than her. "Come on please we can work things out, I'm begging you" she said as she showed up at his door step

"No, I'm sorry I love someone else now and we won't work anymore" he said

"That's bullshit, you can't suddenly love someone else, you can't actually expect me to beleive that bullshit" she shouted

"I'm sorry, but please just leave us alone now and never come back" he said and she left when he shut the door in her face

She stormed back home and rushed into her room, she was changing and she knew things would be ending badly soon. She walked into the living room where her parents were sitting and chatting about nothing particular.

"I want to leave for a little while" she said looking at her parents

"Well, your eighteen you can do that, it's up to you honey" her mother said

"I'm going to go then, I really need to be anywhere but here, knowing he is happy with her" she said

"She's your cousin you know that right" her dad said

"I don't care, I hate them both for what they did to me, I need to get out of town maybe even out of the damn state" she said

She turned to leave, but she saw her brother standing there in the hallway with tears in his eyes.

"Your leaving?" he questioned

"I have to, I can't stay here and you know that so please just let me go" she pleaded with her brother

"Your going to come back right?" he asked

"Eventually" she said but she wasn't entirely sure it was true

She Began packing even with her little brother watching with tears in his eyes as his sister began packing to leave. He felt as though she wanted to run from her family, from him as if he had done something wrong.
