No one dared to say a word. They were just looking around in shock. There were hundreds of people in tubs filled with water, connected to machines, wires and tubes sticking out of their bodies.
It was as if this scene was cut out right of an unrealistic movie. How was it possible for the villains to do all of this without the heroes noticing? Right it wasn't a villain, it was his father. Todoroki slowly went closer to one of the tubs.
The human, at least he was hoping the person was still human, was pale. He looked almost dead and if he wouldn't have see the heartbeat on the screen besides the tub, he would have assumed he was dead.
The parts were the wires came out of the person were bruised. The dark purple bruises looked even worse on the pale skin. The person was a man and only wore something that looked like shorts, his eyes were closed and also had dark lilac circles under them. His arms and legs were strapped to something he couldn't properly see. Looking back up to the face of the man he notices that he's also bald and most of the wires are attached to his head.
The man looks like he is sleeping but is not having a peaceful sleep. He doesn't look like he's in pain but he looks like he's having a nightmare or something. That poor man. How long has been here?
Todoroki shakes his head and turns around to the others again. They need to focus. The others also stepped closer to the tubs and investigated them.

"What the hell is this?"

Kirishima said looking away from the tub and back to Todoroki.

"I have no clue... This is awful but we need to focus, right? We need to find bakugou and the heroes will do the rest. They will safe all of this people because that's what heroes do, saving people."

By now all of them turned around and we're looking at Bakugou. Kaminari and Kirishima nodded in agreement. Iida and Midoriya looked still a little unsure but in the end lida nodded too. Midoriya looked like he was really struggling right now with the decision of what to do.

"B-but aren't we heroes too? Shouldn't w-we save them?"

He was right and Todoroki knew that but they couldn't. There were just so many reasons why they weren't able to safe all this people. He looked back to the tub and spoke again.

"I know Midoriya... but look at all the machines and wires and stuff. What if we kill them? We don't know if they are still able to live without all of... whatever machine that is. We should focus on the one thing we can do and that is saving Bakugou."

Was that true? Were they really able to do that? What if Bakugou was also connected to one of those machines? What if he was dead already? He felt his heart getting heavy, sadness coming up and setting in his throat so he couldn't breath. No he was still alive. He could fee it and he is going to save him. Midoriya nodded. Okay good but what now? They had two options. Left or right.

"We will split. Kirishima you come with me this way and you three go the other way. If there is any kind of danger we'll hide or go back. Don't attack. Got that?"

All of them nodded. Hopefully nothing bad happens. Before they parted Kirishima spoke up again.

"Good luck and I want to see all of you in one piece walking out of here, got that?"

A small chuckle escaped Kirishimas lips and the others also smiled lightly. Everyone turned around and they went different ways but all had the same goal: rescue Bakugou.

It was scary walking around here. There were literally no noises except for their footsteps, the light wasn't really bright and all of them didn't know what would happen. They walked for only a few minutes until they got into a big room with lots of computers, buttons and a lot of other technical stuff.

"What is all of this ?"

Kirishima said whilst walking towards the control board. Todoroki looked around and found some files and another room. The room was locked but they would probably get in there later. He took some of the files and placed them on the table. Todoroki opened the first one and saw a small photo in the left corner as well as a lot of text. It kind of looked like a profile for a criminal or something. He started reading and the first page was only filled with personal informations, when he got here and how. The second one was titled with a date and looked like a report of a doctor. They described how they checked his body and his health before injecting him something to make him unconscious and then put him in one of those tubs. They were awfully detailed and Todoroki already regretted looking in these files but he still kept reading.
The next pages were just some checkups on how he was doing before they injected him the "Duaclinol" whatever that means.
These man seemed to not do well after they injected him this.
The next few pages only described how he got worse and worse until he came to the page where his death was written down.
Todorokis heart felt so heavy again and a knot started to form in his throat.
This was his father. How could he have not noticed a thing? How could he have been so dumb and blind? Maybe he could have saved these poor people. Maybe he could have stopped his father earlier. He was brought back to reality by a noise and Todoroki immediately looked to Kirishima. Said person was looking at him in shock.

"Dude I swear I didn't wanted to press that butto- wait WHAT THE FUCK?!"

Kirishima pressed his face against the now visible window. The wall which covered the window before was now completely gone and Todoroki made his way to the window to see what Kirishima was looking at. He stopped breathing when he saw it.
There were the best heroes fighting against his father and his "allies" or whatever they were.
How could they seriously not have heard anything? Both of them were just staring at the scene in shock. Kirishima started slapping his arm at some point, probably to get his attention so Todoroki looked up.
But Kirishima wasn't looking at him he was staring at something and pointing at it with his finger.

"Look look. Omg... at the right side. Right there. Can you see it? That's.... it's him, right?"

Todoroki followed the direction his finger was pointing and he was right. At the right side of the room was a tub and Bakugou was in it. Well he wasn't really sure if it was Bakugou because the boy in the tub didn't had the beautiful blonde hair Bakugou had, he also looked way paler and thin, too thin. But something in his mind was set on high alert and his heart was telling him to get there.

"I- I think we should... I don't know... what are we- what are we supposed to do?"

Todorokis voice broke at least twice in that sentence.
A few sobs escaped him but no tears. He needed to stay strong now. But how?
His boyfriend was only a few meters away from him and he can't reach him. All the top heroes are currently fighting in there, as well as his father. How are they supposed to get in there, get Bakugou and get out safe without anyone noticing? This was bad. This was so fucking bad.

"Ok... we should uhm maybe we should look for the others and... no we shouldn't do that maybe we could find a way to get in there from like a secret entrance or...."

Todoroki wasn't listening to him anymore. He was panicking and couldn't focus anymore. Not now. He needed to be focused now. Come on focus shouto. Focus. Focus. Focus.
What did Kirishima just say?

"What did you just say?"

He looked at Todoroki confused as if trying to remember what he just said.

"Uhm... maybe we could find a way to turn the power off but that was a dumb idea because we don't know wh-"

"No no no no that's a good idea. We could do that and then they would be confused some of them would probably come up here and then there wouldn't be so much heroes and vill-... there wouldn't be so much people down there."

"But if we turn the power off we would probably turn everything off. What if... what if Bakugou needs the machines to stay alive? What about all the other people?"

He was right but what are they supposed to do? They can't just stay here and wait- wait is that?
Todoroki looked back out of the window and saw the other 3 of their group at the end of the room. They looked shocked and probably didn't know what they would run into if they entered this room.

"We need to do something. We could turn the power off, then we would go in there and split up. I'll find the other 3 you'll get Bakugou out of that shit and then we'll protect you and Bakugou and walk out of here alive and uninjured."

"Kirishima you're really good at this. I never knew. Okay the chance of this working is really low but it's the only thing we can do at the moment so let's find a way to turn the power off."

Kirishima smiled at him and then they both started looking for a button on the control board.
Suddenly everything went dark and after a few seconds the emergency power went on. It was only a very weak red lighting so there plan could still work.
They both started running and after they entered the room they split up quickly. It was really loud in the room and the heroes have already started fighting again.
Todorokis heart was beating incredibly fast as he ran towards Katsuki. He took a quick look at Katsuki and already felt unbelievable awful. He really did feel like so mine stabbed him right into the heart. He took a quick look at Katsuki. He looked really pale, they shaved off all of his hair and he also was connected to all of this machines.
Wires were coming put of his body like the man from before but Katsukis bruises around the wires looked worse. Okay focus Todoroki.
How are you going to get him out of here? He looked at the wires again. Some of then didn't seem to be going deep into his skin and underneath, but some he could probably not just pull out.
He could cut them though. Yes that could be working. Okay so what should he do first? Open the tub would be best. He climbed on top of the tub carefully and looked at how they secured it. The tub wasn't hardly secured but the metal was pretty heavy.
After he opened it he took a quick glance at the boy inside and winced. Focus Todoroki. Focus. He climbed back down and looked at the screens. Some of them were completely black but others were still working probably because of the emergency power.
He went back to Bakugou and looked at the wires. The ones he could just pull out were the one giving him oxygen, then one in his chest and one in his right arm. The others seemed to be not that important.
He looked around and quickly found a scalpel laying on a small tablet with some different tools. He then went back to the tub climbed on top of it before going in.
This was the only way to cut the strings attached to his wrists and ankles and the wires. He first cut the ones attached to his ankles and then proceeded with the wires.
He got up to breath before going in again. The tub was actually bigger then the other ones.
After he cut off all of the "unimportant" stuff he checked on Bakugou. His heart was still beating thank god. So what now?
He looked at the one on his right arm again. If he could stop the bleeding this one probably wouldn't be a problem.
The oxygen mask was no problem either but the one in his chest was the difficult one. He looked at it closer trying not to let his emotions control his thoughts.
He could cut it or just rip it out. Ripping it out would probably cause a lot of damage. So he'll need to cut it out but really carefully. It must be close to his heart. He carefully cut through it.
It took him a few attempts because he needed to get up to breathe.
When he was down he looked at it proudly before cutting the one in his right arm and taking the oxygen mask off before pulling him out of the water. He climbed out first and then got Bakugou before carefully climbing down the tub.
Todoroki grabbed some bandages and quickly wrapped them around Katsukis right arm.
He took one last look at Bakugou before scanning the room for the others. Kirishima was already shielding them and Kaminari was right by his side. Then he spotted Midoriya and Iida.

"GET OUT OF HERE"

That was the last thing he heard before running out of there as fast as he could. He was pretty sure it was one of the heroes screaming at them to get out and a little smirked appeared on his face.
Somehow Bakugou managed to get kidnapped twice and made them do something which could probably end in them being kicked out off U.A.
A small smile appeared in his face. Yep that was his boyfriend. When they finally got back to where they went in, there were already paramedics everywhere. They were rescuing the people in the tubs. Hopefully the majority of them made it out alive.
Todoroki looked down at bakugou. He was carrying said person bridal style, Bakugou would probably kill him later for that. If there is a later. What if Bakugou is not going to wake up? No he is definelty going to wake up and he is going to be fine, without any permanent physical scars.
He looked back up and was blinded by the bright sun.
The others, who were walking behind him also needed a few seconds before their eyes attached to the brightness. As Todoroki took the step outside he breathed in deeply. They made it. They're all alive and bakugou is finally safe again. He felt so happy right now and he knew the others did too.
They went right to one of the ambulances and Bakugou, Todoroki and Midoriya were brought to a hospital whilst the others needed to deal with the news and the teachers. Before they closed the doors of the ambulance he could see his father tied up and ready to go to jail. Though he wanted to be the one putting the handcuffs on him he felt even more satisfied now. He looked back down at Bakugou who was laying on the stretcher.
His father would soon find out that Todoroki saved Bakugou and didn't even cared a bit about him. He would find out that the only person he still had, his son, prefered to save "an animal" than to help him. That was actually satisfying him even more than putting the handcuffs on him. He took bakugous hand and smiled. Everything was going to be fine now.

Sorry I know is said I'd finish all the chapters last week but yeah school did end up getting in the way😧
Idk if this will be the last chapter or not. Like I didn't wanted to finish the story with this chapter but now I actually kind of like it as an end because you guys can decide what happens next... but it think I'll end up writing one more chapter anyway which will be full of fluff...

So I just wanted to say thank you so much again for the support. Like you guys don't even know what it means to me that people read and like my story. Every time I see comments or see that more people read my story I feel so fucking happy. Seriously my mood just changes from sad to unbelievable, super duper, extreme, absolutely exciting happiness ❤❤
