Hey guys Ariana here and I think it's time you saw my perspective of things for a change rather than Lizzie's or the others. Ok?

I ran out of Angie's home, a mix of anger and sadness obscured my thoughts. Just get over Jack. They had said that so easy. They knew I had a crush on him, but I felt more than a crush. I was in love with him, and now he's gone. I never even got the chance to tell him how I felt and I probably never will.

Ariana?

A voice rang in my head. Who the heck was that?

Oh Ariana, come here. Don't keep me waiting.

There it was again, who was it? "If you're there show yourself!", I exclaimed. I was in the forest now. It wasn't like I was in the village where others could see me. I drew my sword. "I'm not afraid to fight you if I have to!", I said, my sword in hand. "You have no reason to fight me, my sweet.", said the person who was talking to me. I could see who they were clearly now. I knew that brown hair and eyes too well because I saw them on one of my best friend nearly every day. It was Will. "You!", I exclaimed, "What do you want, Will!" "I know you don't want to fight me, you just lost someone close to you.", he said. His words stung me, I really was in no mood to fight anyone for any matter at the current moment. "Listen I'm just here to talk.", he said and he showed me his hands, "See I'm disarmed." "I know you, you're never truly disarmed. You have magics that you use to fight with.", I said. "Even still, I'm no match for you and your ancient magics and combat skill.", he said, "Now I want to talk with you, but I need to show you something." I sighed, I couldn't go back to The Vale, I was still angry at my friends for what they had said about getting over Jack. "Fine, I'll come. But no funny business, get it?", I responded. "Alright, come with me.", he said and he held out his hand. "I'm not holding your hand creep.", I said. "Fine fine, comes along then.", he said and he led me off into the forest with him.

We arrived at another clearing in gone forest. Not as big as the one where The Vale was built, but big enough for a camp. "We're here.", he said. I looked at him. In the dim light of the forest, his dark brown hair and eyes looked darker, maybe cuter? No you can't think that way Ariana, you like Jack not some creep who happens to be related to one of your friends. The thought that he might be cute disgusted me and the fact that he was Lizzie's cousin only made the feeling stronger. "What do you want to show me exactly?", I asked him. He had a reason for everything he did. "Oh, just this one thing I've been working on. It can replay scenes that've already happened.", he said. "Couldn't you have shown this to someone else? I don't know your family or something?", I said, he really had no reason to show me this 'thing'. "Oh I think I may have found one that might just interest you my dear-", he said before I cut him off. "Don't you call me your 'dear' or 'sweet' or I will strangle you!", I said. "Playing hard to get I see?", he said. "Ugh, just show me the scene already!", I said. "As you wish.", he said and he pulled out the thing he said could replay a scene. He pressed a button on the top of the thing and it began to play a scene. I could not believe what I was seeing.

When the scene finished playing, I stood there. My anger had only grown, but towards two people in general. Lizzie and Jack. I was angry, sad, and confused. "That couldn't have been real!", I exclaimed. Will only smirked. "I'm sorry my dear, but what you was happened and is very much real.", he said. "No! Lizzie! Jack! They wouldn't have-", I said and Will cut me off. "Shh, it's ok. I'm here, your friends lied to you but I won't.", he said. I hadn't realized it, but I was crying. The scene replayed itself in my head.

The scene began in a forest. I heard the sounds of wind rustling through the leaves. What did Will think I was, some girly girl who only likes looking at trees. Then they came into view. "I got your note.", said the girl who came into the picture. I couldn't make it out at first, but the scene became clearer and I could see who it was. It was Lizzie. "That's good, I wouldn't want Ariana finding out about this little meeting.", said a boy who just came into view. Again at first I couldn't really tell who it was, but then I recalled who's voice it was. I hadn't heard the voice in a bit, but I knew who the guy was. It was Jack. Why didn't they want me to know about this meeting of theirs. The could tell me most everything. Then the next thing that happened shocked me. Jack swept Lizzie into a passionate embrace, one that I'd wanted him to give me, and kissed her... I was in shock. "It's been quite some time since we've been able to do this", said Lizzie now out of Jack's embrace. "It has been tough to find a time since Ariana has been you know, being nosy.", said Jack. This had been going on for a while and I hadn't known?! And what was more they accused me of being nosy. "We should do this again sometime.", said Lizzie. "We should.", said Jack and they exited laughing. The scene ended.

"You called them your friends, and they lied to you.", said Will. "I don't want to talk right now!", I exclaimed. "Listen Ariana, I can offer you more. All you have to do is join me.", he said. "I will never join you!", I exclaimed. "You saw what happened there, that's not the only time they've done it. They lied to you. Just chose them or me. Where do your loyalties lie Ariana.", he said. I thought to myself. This was real. Lizzie and Jack had been meeting each other in the woods kissing each other and keeping it a secret from me?! I'd had enough of it. "My loyalties lie with you I suppose.", I said not regretting it.
