"Izana don't do this in the hospital. People are staring at us." Kakucho said as he put his hand on Izana's shoulder. "And you promised you won't fight whenever you're around Y/n."

Izana looked at him, then back at Y/n's dad. "I'll deal with you later." He then looked at Smiley and Angry. "So, you're her brothers? Hmmm," He hummed while he stared at them. "Well, whatever," He turned around and went into Y/n's room.

"What the hell? Who is are you guys? Who is he?" Angry said as he watched Izana walking into Y/n's room with Kakucho following him from behind.

"We are just someone that simp for Y/n Like him. But... him... He is a bigger simp than us. I'm sure he is going to be your future brother-in-law." Ran said as he looked at Angry and Smiley.

"Well, that's for sure." Rindo said.

"Huh? Our future brother-in-law? Like hell, I will let my sister marry someone like him." Angry said, as he started to get mad. 

"Hmm," Ran and Rindo looked at the brothers, then went into Y/n's room.

"Wait, Are we allowed to go in there yet?" Smiley said as he look at them.

"No? The doctor said not to go in there until they tell us to go." 

~Inside Y/n's room~

"Why is she not waking up?" Izana ask as he look at the doctor, then back at Y/n. "What is happening to her?"

"She... she is sleeping right now..." The answers as he look at Izana. "And it looks like she remembers a few things about her past. If she keep on trying to remember her past, something bad might happen. I told you before, didn't I? Because of the accident, she had before her brain is not in a stable state. Making her stressed, hurting her head might damage her brain, so you better keep her away from dangers and protect her head." 

"Okay doctor," Kakucho said as he watching Izana rubbing Y/n's hand with his one hand, and with the other, he patting her head.

"Okay then... I'll take my leave now," The doctor said as he was about to leave. He stopped and looked at Izana. "And also make sure that your girlfriend take her medicines." He then leaves.

"My girlfriend..." Izana repeat what the doctor said, while smiling. Then he looked at Kakucho. "Kakucho can you bring the new medicines that the doctor wrote here?" He hand him a piece of paper.

"Okay," he said as he took the paper and walked out of the room.

Ran and Rindo looked at Izana and Y/n. They then looked at the door.

"I guess we'll go with Kakucho." Ran said as he walk out of the room.

"Yeah," Rindo said as he followed his brother. "You can spend your time with Y/n alone." He looked at them before leaving.

Izana just looked at them, then he looked back at Y/n. He just sat there while patting her head. He just sat there admiring Y/n's face.

"The most beautiful girl I have ever seen." He said as he bend down a little and kisses Y/n's cheeks. He then look at her and blush "Ahh I love you so much" He said smiling and blushing really hard.

"Why are you so beautiful? Look at these lips." Izana said touch her lips. "They look so kissable. I would kiss them all the time if I can." He then just stare at Y/n for a minute and said.

"Y/n... you don't like Mikey, right? You will not leave, right? Please don't leave me like my mom and Shinichiro did." He looked at her with scary eyes. "I want you to stay with me forever, only me. And if anyone dares to take you away from me, I'll make sure to let them know their place."

Y/n then starts to move a little. While moved she was making some cute noises.

He then smiled again. "Hehh, Y/n why are you so cuteee." Izana then kisses Y/n's forehead, then cheeks, and then her nose.

Then he stopped and let her sleep while he watched her. Then the door suddenly open and Smiley and Angry walk in the room.

"Who told you guys that you can come in here?" Izana glare at them.

"Well, she is our sister so we can come in here," Smiley said. He then looked at Y/n and smiled. He then looked at Izana and asked. "Are you Y/n's boyfriend?"

Izana blushed when he heard that, but he looked away so they won't see him blushing. Then he asked. "No... I'm not." He looked at Y/n and smiled. " not yet,"

"Huh?" Angry said as he didn't hear what Izana said.

"I'm Y/n's childhood friend. We used to live in the same orphanage." Izana said while looking at Y/n.

While they were talking, Y/n started to wake up.

"Mhmm.." She open her eyes and saw Izana looking down at her. She smiles at him and wave her hand a little. "Hey, Iza..."

Izana hugs Y/n. "Y/n why are you doing this? Are you trying to give me a heart attack?" He said while hugging her. 

"Izana... you are choking. " Y/n said as she tap him. Izana let go of her. "Aww, Why the sad face?" She grabbed Izana's face and caressed his cheeks. She then pulled him down a little and kissed his forehead. "Hehe, Were you worried about me?"

"Of course I was. I thought something terrible happened you know. I immediately come here after I heard you were in the hospital." Izana said as he smiled at Y/n. "I'm really sad right now you know." He pouted. 

"Huh? But I just kissed you to make you feel better." Y/n look at him. 'Ahh, why are you acting so cute suddenly?' 

"Just one kiss won't work on me. You have to kiss me five more times." Izana said, looking at her still pouting. 

"Hah, Iza...na," 

"Ahem,"

Y/n and turned around and saw Smiley and Angry looking at them. 

"Ohh... Smiley, Angry..." Y/n said as she blushed. 

"Ne san is he your boy..." As Angry was about to say something. The Haitani brother and Kakucho burst into Y/n's room. 

"Izana, we have to go now," Kakucho said while panting. "The gang... our gang is in danger."

"Huh? What happened?" Izana said as he let go of Y/n and look at them. 

"Izana I don't think we should talk here," Ran said as he looked around the room. 

"Yeah, let's go to our hideout and talk there," Rindo said.

Izana look at Y/n and then at them. "Can't you guys...."

"Iza... It's alright you can go. I'll be alright here. Look, I have my brothers with me. They can take care of me." Y/n said as she held Izana's hand. 

"But Y/n..."

Y/n kiss Izana's cheeks. 

"Woah," Ran said, while the others looked at them with their eyes wide open.

"I'll be alright. Just go..." Y/n said while blushing, then she whispered to him. "Go solve your gang's problem. And then come back here later and collect your other kisses."

"Okay then, I'll leave now," Izana said while he gets up. "But I'll come back later for sure." He said while looking at Y/n and smirking. "Well, goodbye then." Izana waved his hands at Y/n before leaving.  

"Bye-bye," Y/n waved back. 

Kakucho look at Y/n and smiled. "I'm glad you're alright Y/n" He then put the medicines he brought on the table. "Make sure to take your medicines, okay?"

"Okay,"

"Bye-bye, Y/n"

"Bye-bye,"

After Izana and the others leave, Y/n just sat there talking with her brother. Her brothers tried to ask her about Izana, but she changed the subject. Since they know their sister will not say anything, so they decided not to talk about him.

While they were talking and laughing, the door open again. They all look at the door and saw Hina and she was crying. 

"Hina chan, What happened?" Y/n asked as she was looking at her.

"Y/n senpai... He broke up with me...." Hina answered while crying even more.
