Nandini and Manik were running and while running they didn't realized that they were deep in the forest..,

Nandini stops, she was huffing badly..,

Nandini: stop, I can't run anymore..,

She takes heavy Breathes..,

Manik: Nandini they are right behind us, it's better we keep going..,

Nandini: Manik look at my smart watch, it counts the distance and we ran almost one and half kilometer..,

Manik: exactly just 1 and half, I run almost 15 Km daily...,

Nandini nods no and sits on a stone nearby..,

Nandini was already scared she takes her legs up on stone and hugs her knees..,

Nandini(scared): Mommy no..,

Manik bursts into laughter while Nandini frowns at him and makes a baby face..,

Manik and Nandini reach the spot, Nandini was dead tired, she was side hugging Manik's arm and walking with it's support, Manik didn't spoke anything as even he was tired...

They see Bonfire and small tent.., Nandini smiles broadly..,

Nandini: Manik, Bonfire, tent.., that means u were right, at least we won't die out of starving..,

She hugs him tightly, Manik smiles seeing her excitement and hugs her back but lightly...,

Manik: come, let's see if their's someone (loudly) Hello, is their anyone..,

Nandini: yeah please we need help, we are stuck in this forest..,

Nandini just nods and sits on a place while Manik starts looking around taking a Mashal (wood with fire on it)...,

Nandini just looks on..,

Nandini smiles seeing him..,

Since it was night it was cold outside, Nandini zips the tent and removes the scarf around her neck and wraps it on his body in a blanket way..

She lays beside him and drifts in sleep, while he slowly opens eyes and sees her sleeping, He opens his eyes fully and thinks of her asking about his parents...,

He was in his own thoughts when he sees her moving in sleep, she was actually feeling cold, Manik sees her scarf on his body and looks at her in disbelief..,

Manik: wow, she herself is feeling cold but she wrapped it around me..,

He takes his jacket which he had at his head like a pillow, He puts it one her body.., He looks at her face, a smile comes on his face..,

Manik: she looks so innocent while sleeping..,

He lays beside her and soon he also drifts in sleep being tired....
