Kerrianne was out of the bath as she used shea butter to moisturize her body before spraying and putting on her essentials. She put on her clothes before moving on to cook herself some breakfast. She fixed herself some pancakes and eggs with an ice coffee. She sat eating knowing that she finally knew why Peter attacked her. She was his mate. Their mate. But it was weird, the Bunny Queen was the first Bunny shifter to have predators as mates but why me she thought. She finished eating, wanting to explore the house more than she did when she first moved in. But she didn't know that Peter and his cousin Destiny would start to compare the Bunny Queen and her together.

Her small feet pitter pattered against the wooden floor. She explored every nook and cranny of the house before finally coming across the attic. She pulled the string to lower the attic stairs before climbing up. She peeks her head first to hope nothing wasn't up there that would attack her. When she saw the close was clear, she finished climbing in. The attic was a big one, boxes filled with clothes from different periods. Different small boxes with jewelry like it was a treasury. She looked through the family albums that she saw until she saw her great grandmother Monica. Kerrianne was shocked. She looked just like her. The black and white picture showed her great grandmother with her Upir. She turned the picture over to see Monia's handwriting.

She flipped the picture back over, staring into the cuddle with smiling faces. Monica staring into the Camera while Frankie stared at her with love in his eyes. She put the picture down, still shocked at the resemblance of herself and her grandmother. Kerrianne still flips through each page, staring at different generations before coming to a picture of her mom and dad with other couples. She stared at her parents, who looked like they were close with the couples. She flipped the picture to see if there was any handwriting. Noticing her mother's writing.

Kerrianne couldn't understand. Her parents knew the Godfreys. She looked closer to see the building with Godfrey's name on it. She put the picture back before seeing a picture of her and her parents as they looked like a picture-perfect family. She continued looking at the boxes, until something caught her eye.

                                                                    The Legend of the Bunny Queen

Kerrianne quickly grabs the book with both hands staring at the title. She took a deep breath before opening the book. She skimmed through the book reading every detail. The Bunny Queen was based in the 1400s, the Lagomorph shifters had just come out of the shadows within the supernatural world. Mildred Hopper was her name. She was one of the main branch daughters who was lovable to those around her. She was kind and respected others even if they were different. She soon fell in love with a werewolf named Draco and an Upir named Gabriel.

Their love for each other was so strong that Mildred was convinced that she could use their abilities in addition to her own. Their hearts beat as one and their souls connected. Together they had united everyone together, ones that were foe became family. But that is until our Bunny Queen was pregnant with her litter of babies. Three thirds of werewolf, bunny shifter and Upir. Mildred had a total of 10 in one setting. During that pregnancy, she survived off human food, blood and red meat.

Jacob Spartan, a fellow werewolf who hated Draco for going after Mildred despised the babies more than anything. They made a whole new species that could destroy everything his pack stood for. He in turn tried to kill the babies as they slept but the babies were saved by a passing servant, who used mercury bullets to wound the unexpecting werewolf. In turn causing chaos in the peace filled land.

But one day, The Bunny Queen and her family disappeared. No one knew what happened to them or if they had perished.

Kerrianne stared at the text. So did that mean she could still be alive, Kerrianne thought as she quickly called Sheila.

Somewhere else Sheriff Sworn and Dr. Chasseur walk to the house of Christina Wendell, who found the second victim Lisa Willoughby. Stopping once they made it to the porch seeing Christina sitting there thinking about something.

"Hi there." Tom Sworn, the sheriff, spoke first.

"Hi, Tom." Christina says looking up at them. Dr.Chasseur sat down sitting her purse on the table next to her as she sat to talk to Christina.

"Chrissy, there's somebody I want you to meet. This is Dr. Chasseur and She's here to help out the department for a bit." Tom motioned towards Dr. Chasseur with his head.

"About the dead girl. What are you a doctor of?" Christina questioned.

"Predatorothlogy." Dr. Chasseur answered the girl.

"So, you're like Hannibal Lector but for animals?" Christina Probed.

"Yeah, I suppose you could think of it that way." Dr. Chasseur replied. Tom Sworn watched the two as they spoke.

"Is it weird that this is your job when you're a girl? I mean I don't mean to be a jerk or anything, but ... well I'm a novelist, so it's important to me to understand people's motivations." Christina said to the woman beside her.

"Of course, and to answer your question, yes. And when I was a kid, I was more interested in my brother's dinosaurs than barbies." Dr. Chasseur says before continuing.

"I knew the bite pressure of a great white shark, the vertical leap of a Bengal tiger. It seemed way more important to me than girl stuff you know?"

"A lot of girl stuff seems... frivolous to me". Christina said before continuing.

"Do you believe in evolution?"

Dr. Chasseur looked shocked before looking down to her necklace before looking up at Christina, who watched her grab her necklace on her neck.

"Oh. You certainly are Observant." Dr.Chasseur says before looking at the necklace before putting the necklace down.

"Uh Yes." Christina says avoiding the doctor's sharp eyes.

"Personally, if I took the trouble of creating the world, I wouldn't make a condition of believing in dinosaurs." Dr. Chasseur stated.

"But aren't faith and science basically irreconcilable?" Christina questioned.

"Yeah... it sure feels that way sometimes." Dr. Chasseur responded.

"Well, aren't I lucky to be talking to the next American Novelist? Hm? You know cause the reason I wanted to talk with you is to see if those powers of Observation noticed any... evidence of the animal that did this." Dr. Chasseur says, making Christina look down as she remembered Lisa Willoughby's top half as it seemed to smile at her.

"I'm sorry if this is upsetting to you but you are the only person who encountered the area in an uncorrupted condition. So... Do you remember any paw prints? Any dragging marks in the leaves?" Dr. Chasseur continued.

"No. They didn't... leave anything like that." Christina says making the two straighten up.

"They?" Dr. Chasseur questioned.

Peter's Pov:

His wolf slowly whimpered as He got ready to leave Hemlock Grove. Lynda hurried him up as he finally walked out to put more things in the car but before he got to the car when a police car showed up. Lynda told him what to do before the two people got out of the car to ask him questions. The lady was weird asking him questions, but the werewolf almost took him out. That Christina girl would be the death of him. She then brought up Roman Godfrey.

"What were you and Roman Godfrey doing in Kilderry Park, at night, just after the Bluebell killings?" Dr. Chasseur wondered.

"We were catching fireflies, Ma'am." Peter replied, making Tom scoffed lightly.

"Does Roman Godfrey think he's a werewolf?" Dr. Chasseur asked.

"I don't have his power of attorney." Peter looked at his mom before answering.

"Hazard a guess." Chasseur says, staring at Peter.

"I would guess not." Peter stated.

What about a Kerrianne Hopper? She's seen around you. Have been going around saying she's a witch? Is she a werewolf? Dr. Chasseur mentioned.

"I don't have her power of attorney." Peter said.

"Again guess." Chasseur told him.

"No, I guess not." Peter answered.

"About the witch part. Is she a witch?" Dr. Chasseur asked makingTom stare at her.

"First werewolves now witches." Tom thought.

"No, she's not." Peter says.

"Did she tell Christina she's a witch?" She probed next.

"Only to be sarcastic like I was ma'am. Witches do not exist." Peter added.

"Hm." Chasseur said before finishing her questioning before her and Tom left. Lynda walked over to Peter as he and Dr. Chasseur maintained eye contact.

"What are you gonna do?" Lynda questioned him.

"We can't leave." Peter replied, scratching his beard making Lynda nod.

"Gypsy racist bullshit. Here you go." Lynda scoffed before she gave Peter the box.

Kerrianne's Third Pov:

She talked with Sheila telling what she had found.

K: Sheila, I'm telling you that my great grandmother could be my twin.

S: Well at least we know where you get your looks from.

K: ha ha very funny

She says in a sarcastic tone.

S: I'm just saying, you said you found a book called the Legend of the Bunny Queen

K: Yes

Kerrianne tells her the contents of the Bunny Queen. She sat down, laying down as she listened to Sheila relaying the message to Luceria, who looked into the Bunny archives. Luceria looked to see if there was any truce to it. The Hopper family tree was a long one, searching through she finally saw Mildred Hopper name along with her 10 kids and more that probably wasn't accounted for.

L: Hey I found something.

Shelia walked over to see as she and Luceria read it. How the Hopper family came to be because of the other sister Victoria Hopper. Kerrianne was right, it was like the Mildred line ended.

L: The book is right. It's like her whole line vanished. If her mates are Upir and Werewolf, it said she could use their powers.

S: Do you think she could be alive?

K: She could be

L: I'll let Aunt Rachel know.

She could hear her walk away before she heard her doorbell ring. Putting on her black flip flops, she walks towards her doors seeing two shadows before opening it.

"Roman. Peter. Hi."

Sheila heard Kerrianne say before Kerrianne whispered, she'll call later before hanging up.
