Chapter 31

The visions had come back to her but not alone. Roman had them as well. They both sat up at the same time as the silk coverslips from her body. She looked at Roman as they both got out of their bed, getting dressed as they left. Following the vision to a motor house section with the missing words that she saw but she didn't know about her upir.

Roman drove them to the place as they got out walking straight that unknowingly made them cross paths with Peter. They stared at each other as Kerrianne 's hand rested on her stomach. Peter felt their connection as it was before he had left. He hoped Kerrianne would give him another chance. Roman broke the silence.

"Motherfucker." Roman said as he led his bunny away with Peter following them. He made sure that Kerrianne was comfortable before getting and driving as Peter started speaking to them.

"Hey. You don't think this is worth stopping for five minutes to talk about?" Peter told them.

"Five minutes, maybe... stopping, no." Roman retorted.

"Kerrianne... please," Peter asked for help.

"Roman, Let's listen to what Peter wants to say," Kerrianne tells Roman, putting her hand on her stomach.

Roman looked at her, stopping the car to look at her. Kerrianne looked at him back before he turned to Peter.

"Get in."

Peter got in the car as Roman drove to their house. The car was silent, you could drop a pen and it would make a sound.

"The guy from the other dream, his name was Robert Dexter." Peter sprouted off as Roman and Kerrianne listened to him.

"Fascinating." Roman nonchalantly says as Kerrianne gives him a look.

"Don't mind him, we're listening," Kerrianne says with a soft smile to Peter, who did a small smile back.

He fell into a gorge a few days ago. He was carrying his baby. They both died... They both died after we dreamed it!" Peter tells them.

Kerrianne remembered that vision, it was horrible to look at. She couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. She had to get a brew of tea for Cayla's show to fall asleep.

"Look, we got our shit to deal with, and so do you, seeing how you were just at our house whining about your mom," Roman spoke as he turns into their neighborhood. Peter now saw the updates of Kerrianne's neighborhood. All the houses were renovated just like hers. When he brought Miranda here, he didn't look around. He hasn't heard from her since he dropped her off. Roman pulled into their driveway, parking it.

"Listen, if you don't give a shit, then why were you guys there?" Peter asked as they got out of the car.

"Look, I had a fucked-up nightmare about something really bad happening near mobile homes and railroad tracks. Next thing I know, I'm on the road. Why, I couldn't tell you.

I just want this shit out of my head." Roman says as he taps his forehead before they turn to look at their mate.

"I've been dreaming about it from the start," Kerrianne says as she opens the door.

"What?" Roman questioned. Peter's heart for his mate, who had been looking at the dreams all by herself.

"You had the dreams all along." Peter looked at her, his eyes telling her many emotions.

Sadness

Amazement

Longing

"Why didn't you tell me?" Roman asked.

"I didn't want you to worry. With you being an Upir and trying to create a co-existing supernatural town. We have babies on the way." Kerrianne says as she makes everyone tea.

"The sign? Did you dream the sign?" Peter asked them as Roman stared at his bunny with a sad expression. Changing the subject.

"What Sign?" Roman asked looking at Peter looking away from Kerrianne.

"Gone Sis," Kerrianne says as she sits the tray down and fixes chamomile tea.

"I just don't feel right about running off and abandoning these people," Peter tells them as he sips his tea, almost sighing at the warmth.

"You're so good at it, though." Roman retorted making Kerrianne give him a look. She could not listen to him talk about Peter leaving again. She could barely stand hearing about Letha and the girl was dead.

"Okay enough. I don't want to hear anymore." Kerrianne says. The boys were quiet, and Kerrianne switched with Mildred.

"Let's not talk about anything about Letha or Peter leaving. We have to find out about these dreams and do it now." Mildred sat with her legs crossed as she pulled her special cigarette from its holder, lighting it with a match before blowing smoke to the side.

"What more can we find out?" Peter asked.

"I don't know. Just let's rest on it. You can sleep here Tonight, Peter." Mildred says as she puffs her cigarette.

They knew not to argue with her even it was just Kerrianne herself. Roman cuddled next to her with his head on her stomach as he could hear his children heartbeat. And he felled asleep. Mildred and Peter sat in silence.

"He's very upset with you. Kerrianne is too but she loves you too much to even stay mad at you." Mildred told him smoking her cigarette and petting her Upir's head.

"Yeah, I can tell, Kerrianne has a soft heart. I'm sorry I chose her. Letha. That was my mistake. I should've bonded with Kerrianne when she came to visit me that time. I'm so sorry. If I have to grovel at your /her feet. I will. Please forgive me." Peter says as he stood up, walking near her to sit next to her. He looked at her with sad eyes, wondering if he kissed her would she turn him away.

He did just that. He kissed her with passion out of nowhere. Their lips molded like and puzzle that fitted just right. He put wet kisses on her neck almost like his wolf was relishing in her soft skin and smell. They pulled away from each other as they stared at each other. The next day that's how Katris found them in the morning. Peter and Kerrianne cuddled together as Roman rested his head on her belly as his body was on the ground.

She stared at them as she tried not to smile at them. How cute. She had cooked breakfast for them before starting her chores. She rings the bell, waking them.

"Mrs. and Mr. Godfrey and Guest, breakfast ready." Katris tells them as they got up.

"Thank you, Katris. Is Nadia up yet?" Kerrianne asked as she stretched with Roman's moving his head to the couch.

"Yes, she's ready waiting for you." Katris said as she put the rest of Miranda's stuff in a box, so Salvatore could take it to the motel.

"Is that Miranda's stuff?" Peter questioned.

"Yes, yes, it is. She in a motel by the way." Kerrianne replied walking up the stairs. Roman got up, seeing Peter's look.

"What?" Roman wondered.

"She put her in a motel?" Peter asked as Roman walked to their dinner table where the Breakfast spread was spreaded out.

"Yes, I think she is getting the babies powers or at least using them. She gave her some money and told her to never come back." Roman shrugged as he ate his medium rare steak with eggs.

"Shee-it." Peter says as he gathered some food himself.

Kerrianne finally came down wearing different clothes and Nadia, who was dress in a pretty dress, ready for the day.

(Clothes reference)

"She's fine, Peter. I didn't kill her. She's set in a grand hotel across town. As long she doesn't bring her butt here. She will live. You fix her car, and you send her on her way." Kerrianne says sitting Nadia in her baby chair as she pours homemade baby food on her plate to eat.

"She's eating now." Roman pointed out.

"She is. I started her early after 2 weeks after we got her." Kerrianne tells him as she fed Nadia.

"My baby is getting big. Yes, you are." Kerrianne cooed over Nadia, who made grabby hands for her.

"You're good with her." Peter told her.

"Of course. She needed someone and with these three on the way. She's a lot of practice." Kerrianne rubbed her head.

Peter nodded smiling as he watched her baby Nadia, who hands lingered on her stomach. Roman stared at Peter as he watches Kerrianne. Roman could see he was now trying to get back in Kerrianne's graces. Hell, he could feel it. His bond was starting to beat.

"Destiny, is seeing someone now." Peter updates Kerrianne.

"Really who?" Kerrianne asked as she cleans Nadia face of the food she ate and removed her bib.

"Some guy name Andreas." Peter replied back.

"Andreas? Where have I heard that name before." Kerrianne stated before thinking of the werewolf of their town.

"Marcus, a werewolf in town he owns a butcher business by the Cayla's store. You should see him. I think he mentioned an Andreas." Kerrianne held Nadia on her lap as she ate business.

"Tell Destiny to be careful sometimes good attention isn't always good." Kerrianne warned. Peter now wondered who was this guy that was messing with his cousin.

"Come on, I'll introduced you to Travis." Roman got up kissing Kerrianne on the cheek before him and Peter walked out. Kerrianne looked at Nadia.

"It's just me and you now." Kerrianne says before her Phone ring.

"Kerrianne's phone." Kerianne voice rang into the phone as Draco and Gabriel listen hearing the familiarity of her voice.

"Kerrianne." Draco called out. A shiver went down her spine as she answered, "Draco is that you?"

"My Queen." Draco smiled as he listened to her almost heavy breathing.

"Where are you? I thought Mildred told you to stay away." Kerrianne stood up.

"We knew you would need us. I'm the new sheriff in town. Meet us at this location." Draco smiled as They felt how happy she was.

"Okay, I'm coming." Kerrianne said before hanging up. Kerrianne looked down at her Nadia.

"Let's go meet mommy's friends." Kerrianne cooed to Nadia before getting their things and leaving.
