Olivia watched the two as they slept in Roman's bed. She thought they were cute together but wait until she finds out the gypsy is the complete setting of the bond. Roman cuddled more closely to his bunny, kissing her on the neck pulling her close to him. He opened his eyes to see his mother leaning on the opening of his room.

"I see you are comfortable." Olivia says watching her son.

"Yeah, it's very nice." cuddling close to Kerrianne, who hid her face in his neck.

"I can see that. I didn't know you were close with her." Olivia states.

"Just merely acquaintances." Roman gathered not wanting his cunt of a mother to know anything.

"Acquaintances, huh? I guess that explains your big walkout at the gala." Olivia says, lighting her a cigarette.

Roman smirked at her as he pulled Kerrianne close to him.

"I stayed right, that's all that counts." Roman says as Olivia knew what he was talking about. He stayed at JR's gala instead of going off somewhere. And she had Harriet's daughter to thank for that.

"Hm." Olivia hums before releasing smoke out her mouth.

"Wake your acquaintance up, the maid started cooking breakfast." Olivia says as she closes the door after her.

"She seems nice." Kerrianne said out of nowhere almost scaring Roman.

"She's a cunt. I guess I don't have to wake you up." Roman states.

"No, you don't. I'm not going to tell you how to talk to your mother but if i still had my mother she would get much respect then that." Kerrianne critiqued.

"Then don't. You don't know her like I do." Roman told her.

Kerrianne stared at him for a little bit before heading towards the bathroom. He's right she didn't know anything about Olivia except that she was his mother. She found extra toothbrush and clothes waiting for her. He must've got extra clothes from her car that she only uses for emergencies. She quickly washed her face and brushed her teeth when arms circled around her.

"I'm sorry." Roman whispers in her ear.

She spit out the reminding of the toothpaste studs, before washing her mouth out.

"No, you're right. I don't know your mom well enough but that doesn't mean i don't stand by what I said. Even if she's toxic or horrible, kill them with kindness and then by time high school is over then you're free." Kerrianne says as circled her arms around his neck.

"Maybe I can stay with you." Roman jokes.

"Oh baby, you would never want to leave." Kerrianne smirks.

"I'll take that chance." Roman lifts her up on the counter. Kerrianne laughed as she sat on the counter.

"We're going to Lisa Willoughby's house later." Roman continued his hands now on her hips.

"Okay. I kind of have a suspect for being the Vargulf." Kerrianne whispers.

"Who?" Roman questioned.

"Christina Wendell. I know it sounds stupid, but something is not right about her." Kerrianne replies.

"I mean she did find Lisa Willoughby's body." Roman explained.

"True, but with the way she always has it out for me and Peter. It's ridiculous!It's just a stupid assumption." Kerrianne said as she started getting off the counter, Roman stopped her putting a hand underneath her chin making her look up at him.

"She's just a stupid kid. You have a right to bring up suspects. we'll ask peter. Hear what he has to say, Okay?" Roman states as Kerrianne nodded.

"Use your words baby." Roman requested staring into their bunny- No his bunny 's eyes.

"Yes." She said as he let go of her chin.

"Good bunny." Roman whispers in her ear causing shivers down her back.

He pressed a small kiss to her lips before getting out to let her change even though he would love to watch.

By the time, they both walked downstairs, the food was on the table while Shelley and Olivia waited for them.

"Finally, there you are. The food is getting cold." Olivia says watching the two sit down. Kerrianne smiled at Shelley getting a braced smile in return.

"Sorry, we were talking about this project for school." Roman lied.

"I hope it's not the solar system again." Olivia mocked.

"Oh no it's about the reproductive system. We have to do a post board for each reproductive system." Roman mocked back.

Kerrianne elbowed him, making him look at her.

"Mother, sorry we took a long time" Roman politely says before drinking his orange juice.

"Hm?"

It was an awkward silence as they ate. Olivia watches the two make goo goo eyes at each other. She didn't want to talk to the girl, but she did smell delicious. Olivia could feel that her son liked her, and he was already wrapped around her fingers.

"So, Kerrianne, how did you like the gala last night?" Olivia asked as she took a bite of some eggs.

"It was good. The only parties I went to were back home." Kerrianne says before taking a bite of the waffles.

"Oh, and how were they?" Olivia questioned.

"Just like any other party. Founders to dances at my old school. They're fun." Kerrianne replied.

Olivia hums as the family continues to eat. Roman's hand touched her thigh and started rubbing it. Kerrianne side eyed him and continued to eat as his hand got higher. Right before he hit her pussy, she stopped his hand with a slight cough. Olivia looked up.

"Are you okay Kerrianne?" Olivia asked as her and Shelley watched her cough.

Roman slightly smirked as he pats her back. Kerrianne nodded before taking a sip of her orange juice.

"Yes ma'am." Kerrianne said before they were done eating and they left to go get Peter.

Peter, Roman and Kerrianne watched outside Lisa Willoughby's house. Peter had caught on to how close the two were. Last night he had felt Roman's side of the bond begin to beat. The less time Peter spent with Kerrianne; His side began to dim. He started liking Lethia on a personal level even though Kerrianne was his mate. He watched Roman put his arm around her before lighting a cigarette.

"What if Destiny was wrong? What if the invitation was in Willoughby's Car? Or purse?" Roman threw out questions while exhaling from his cigarette. Kerrianne almost wanted to laugh at him.

"What if the moon hits your eye?" Peter sarcastically says pointing to his eye.

Now Kerrianne was laughing at him. Roman rolled his eyes at them before continuing.

"What if it was an e-vite?"

"Then we'll figure it out Rome." Kerrianne said as she pulled his arm close to her.

Roman looked at her.

"Hmph." Roman hums before throwing out the rest of his cigarette.

"Yes, the Order of the Dragon will have to find a new adventure." Peter states.

"Suck a bag of dicks!" Roman yelled.

Kerrianne started busting out laughing, making Peter smile at her. Roman pulls her closer as he looks at Peter.

"I never call us the Order of the Dragon." Roman continued while Kerrianne played with his fingers.

"Ooh can i join? It can be our little secret." Kerrianne jokes smiling at Peter.

"Ask Roman." Peter nods towards Roman. Kerrianne turned her head towards him.

"Please, please with candy on top." Kerrianne fake begged Roman. Her doe eyes stared at him as he eyed her and her- his favorite lips.

"Of course, Bunny." Roman whispered against her lips as they stared at each other.

Peter stared at the two as he felt the bond between them two grow stronger. Just the three of them together was getting dimmer. He didn't know what was wrong. He knew he hadn't been near or around her, but it felt that Roman was catching the heart of their mate more than he was.

Kerrianne smiled at him. Roman touched her cheek softly before looking away.

"What's going on with you two when did you get close?" Peter asked.

"At the Gala, she looked beautiful in her dress. Such a jealous bunny. I had asked her why I felt her feelings and she told me I was her mate." Roman told him.

Peter stared at Kerrianne who avoided his stare.

"Did she?" Peter questioned with a knowing look.

"Yeah. Ever since then I've been attached to her." Roman smiled at Kerrianne before focusing on the old guy hobbling down the sidewalk.

"What's with this guy?" Roman points with his free hand.

"I don't know. He's just old." Peter responds before he stops looking at Kerrianne.

"Gross." Roman commented as he moved his arm.

"Guys leave him alone." Kerrianne elbowed both of them while the man hobbled off.

"How old's your mom, anyway?" Peter mouthed.

"Why don't you ask her that?" Roman told him.

"I don't care how old she is. His mom is hot." Kerrianne says, making them stare at her before she shrugged.

The boys hum kind of agreeing with her.

"What if they don't leave?" Roman questioned again.

Peter huffs before saying "What if we stop beginning sentences with those two words?"

Roman grabs a sunflower seed from the packet on Kerrianne's lap before removing the seed and eating it.

"Fuck Penrose." Roman commented before getting out of the car.

"Rome! Rome! Dammit." Kerrianne got out of the car slamming the door before following him.

"Hey! We still gotta wait till they leave. Roman!" Peter yelled before following them jumping out the car.

Roman rang the doorbell with Kerrianne by him and Peter behind them looking around.

"Asshole. What the fuck?" Peter asked Roman who ignored him as Lisa Willoughby's father answered the door. Kerrianne rolled her eyes at him.

"Can I help you?" Mr. Willoughby questioned, looking at three teens in front of him.

"Mr. Willoughby. We're here about Lisa." Roman spoke.

"This isn't a good time." Mr. Willoughby replied sadly, turning to go back into the house.

"Mr. Willoughby, you're exhausted. You should take a nap." Roman said his powers took over making Mr. Willoughby step back as they went in, falling asleep at the stairs.

"In case you were wondering, cops call this shit breaking and entering." Peter says annoyed while Kerrianne and Roman walk inside the house.

"Was it ever going to be anything else?" Roman pointed out the obvious. Kerrianne stared at the both of them as Peter tried to tell Roman what way to do things.

"I'm just saying that there's the right way and then there's the foolish way don't ever do it that way again." Peter stated before finally stepping inside.

"Peter, it's done. It's done. C'mon let's go get this done." Kerrianne insisted before following Roman at the start of the stairs.

"You're fucked way." Roman grumbled.

"Yeah." Peter said before closing the door.

They walk through the house and almost pass the kitchen before Roman's nose starts bleeding.

"Rome." Kerrianne said as she wiped his nose as blood poured out. He watched her, staring softly at her as she wiped the blood from his nose.

"Thanks." Roman winked at her as he pulled her along.

"Does that hurt?" Peter asked as he watched Roman pull Kerrianne to the stairs after she wiped his nose.

"You wouldn't notice if a bus hit you." Roman replied like Peter did when he first turned with a wink.

"All right, Let's just do this and get out here." Peter commented while they walked upstairs.

Time Skip

The boys and Kerrianne look through Lisa's room. Well, the boys did, Kerrianne watched. Bunnies didn't like to get their hands dirty unless they had to. Roman and Peter side eyed the girl who picked at her nails while hanging out on the dead girl's bed.

"Kerrianne, can you at least help?" Peter asked while he looked through the small dresser by Lisa's bed.

"No, I like watching ya'll work so hard." Kerrianne said with a small grin at Peter before going back to pick at her nails.

It was almost time to cut them." She thought as she spread her hand out in front of her to stare at them.

Peter stared at her before rolling his eyes at her. Roman searches through Lisa's dresser and finds her underwear drawer. He pulled at a bunny tail underwear.

"Hippity Hop." Roman smiled as he stared at Kerrianne, who glared at him.

"Nice." Peter claimed before going back to looking through Lisa's things.

"Ha Ha , very funny." Kerrianne sarcastically said. Roman only smirks at her before stuffing the panties in his pocket. Kerrianne rolled her eyes at him. She's going to take those away from him later. That until Kerrianne heard small footsteps, she wasn't going to warn them.

"Cool. Roman Godfrey in my house." A voice called out distracting the boys than Kerrianne who stayed like how she was.

Peter and Roman stared at the girl standing by the door. Peter coughs catching the attention of Kerrianne, who waved.

"Um" Roman says, trying to find something to say.

"We're looking for some mail that might've come for Lisa." Kerrianne told the girl while crossing her legs.

"Why?" The girl questioned.

"We think someone might've killed her." Roman started.

"Oh. Someone like you." The girl said.

"Touche." Roman smirk which turned into a laugh.

Peter stared at him.

"Shut the fuck up-"

The girl went on and on about how she didn't care about if they dug up her sister and that she didn't really care about her sister like that. And something about a dog, Kerrianne didn't know or care about the problems of a child who was in the shadow of her sister. It wasn't until the girl handed them the small black envelope with what looked like an invite.

"They just got pissed. They'd rather believe she was killed by an animal. It's easier I guess." Lisa's sister said watching Roman flip the card over.

"Fun,fun,fun." Kerrianne mumbled standing next to peter.

"What the hell is Castle Godfrey?" Peter wondered.

"The mill. That's what everyone calls the old steel mill." Roman says.

"Well, we have a clue, let's go." Kerrianne said before moving towards the door. She stopped by the girl.

"I guess you don't have to be the shadow anymore, huh?" Kerrianne added before leaving. The girl and the boys stared after her as she walked away. Kerrianne knew she was insensitive but the girl kind of needed a push. Victoria hopper was the light in the Hopper bloodline while Mildred was her shadow. The Bunny Queen was someone's shadow but only in this time she could shine. No siblings to make her into shadows.

She heard Roman and Peter's footsteps.

"What the hell was that back there Kerrianne!?!" Peter exclaimed.

"Oh please, that girl needed to hear it. She didn't have a light blocking her anymore. To me, it felt like she wanted her parents' attention, and she wasn't given it." Kerrianne said before they got in the car. Peter didn't like that she told that girl that but by questioning her their bond dimmed more.

Roman, Peter and Kerrianne sat on top of Roman's car. The boys ate burritos while she ate nachos. Kerrianne acted like a doting mother as she wiped Roman's mouth from the burrito as they ate. For them to be in a bond it was a jealous one. The more time she spent with Roman strengthened their side than her and Peter.

"I need to know if you're taking this as seriously as I am." Peter questioned Roman while Kerrianne rolled her eyes.

"Here we go again. Nobody can't be a serious wolf like you." Kerrianne thought as she ate a chip.

"My name is on this. This thing put my name on this." Roman told him.

"Your family name." Peter corrected.

"This matters to me as much as it matters to you. But if you end up in jail, you better reconsider that hair. I'm just saying." Roman laughed before taking a bite of his burrito.

"I'll just point'em towards your lips." Peter jokes, making Roman puckered up his lips, making kissing noises.

"Their beautiful lips." Kerrianne smirked as she stared at his lips.

Roman smirked back at her. Kerrianne liked his kisses. His lips felt like pillows, nice and soft. She wished she could kiss them all day. Peter watched Roman wink at her before going back to eating. Peter stared at Kerrianne.

"What?" Kerrianne asked.

"Nothing." Peter avoided it.

"No, what's going on? Are you jealous?" Kerrianne started to smile.

"Aww baby don't be jealous, leave that for me." Kerrianne added.

Peter's wolf whined at him.

Roman watched the interaction as Kerrianne set down her nachos before standing and walked to Peter touching his cheek.

"We'll talk later okay." Kerrianne whispered as Peter stared at her with his beautiful blue eyes.

"I just have the cutest of mates." Kerrianne smiled before going back to eat the last chip before Roman ate it.

Kerrianne played in Roman's hair as he tried not to show how good it felt. Her tie to Roman was growing and she could feel it and soon he would too.

"Do you believe everything happens for a reason?" Roman asked Peter.

"Man, I try not to fucking think about it." Peter responded before eating. Peter's phone went off while he was eating. He wiped his hands before getting it. Kerrianne discreetly stared at the text he got from Lethia Godfrey, Roman's cousin. Did he think they were stupid?

"What's up?" Roman questioned.

"Oh, Lynda. She needs help back home. Water heater or some shit. We'll reconvene? Go to the mill later? "Peter says, making Kerrianne slightly scoff.

Peter saw the way Roman was looking at him.

"What, Is that a problem?" Peter wondered.

"Man's gotta do..." Roman answered while he stared at Kerrianne, who gave him a look that showed he was lying.
