~Cody's POV~
Me and Storm immediately recognize where the portal took us for hide and seek.
So does Funtime Freddy.
We did meet here after all.
When me and Storm snuck into the sister location that day, our lives changed forever.
Flashback
I look at the entrance to Afton Robotics, prepared to see the robots from Circus Baby's Pizza World. I'm about to walk in when I see her. Storm looked exactly like she does today, outfit and all. We both had the same idea, so we walk into the elevator, changing our lives forever.
"Hi. I'm Cody. What's your name?" I ask.
"Storm." She replies, a hint of edge in her voice. When the elevator stopped, we both looked in awe and curiosity. We climb through the vent to the Ballora Gallery and Funtime Auditorium control room. Ahead of us was the Circus Gallery vent and to our sides were the Ballora Gallery maintenance vent and the Funtime Auditorium maintenance vent. We head through Ballora Gallery to the breaker room, furthering our descent into friendship and madness.
"HI! I'M FUNTIME FREDDY! WHO ARE YOU TWO?!?!" We're initially shocked by his yelling, but we eventually answer him back.
"I'm Cody and this is Storm. Nice to meet you."
"Do you wanna play a game?" We nod. "How about hide and seek?" Storm nods furiously, clearly in love with hide and seek.
"I'll be the seeker!" I call out. When the game ended, we agreed to stay until we were discovered in here.
End of flashback
Me, Storm, and Funtime Freddy climbed through the vents first, Storm stating that she'd be hiding wherever it was when we played hide and seek here for the first time.
No one questioned it.
Molten agreed to be the seeker for the first round.
This is gonna be fun.
~Storm's POV~
I was in the ceiling. I know how to get up here but no one else does.
"29, 30! I'm coming for you!" Molten calls out to us. He heads into the breaker room, the one place the ceiling has an opening.
"Hi, Molten!" He looks around, confusion evident on his face.
"WHERE ARE YOU?!?!" He calls out in desperation and defeat.
"Look up." He does that until he sees me.
"HOW ARE YOU IN THE CEILING?!?!" I giggle.
"Not telling." He growls in frustration.
"Wait, YOU WERE IN THE CEILING?!?!" Another giggle.
"Yes, Cody. I was in the ceiling." He screams in frustration.
"HOW?!?!"
"Again, not telling!" Molten just walks away.
He walks away!
I move from the ceiling to the wall, making sure no one sees me, and hide in my secret spot.
I wanted everyone to know that we could hide in the ceiling, anyway. I see Molten reenter the room, looking for me again, but only to find out that I moved.
I resist the urge to giggle.
"REALLY, STORM?!?!" I try to resist this time, ultimately succeeding in not laughing until he leaves the room.
For the second time.
"WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING?!?!" Rockstar Freddy yells.
"MOLTEN WALKED RIGHT BY ME!!!!!!!" I'm hysterical.
"WHAT?!?!" I burst into laughter when Molten screams out, clearly amused by his anger. "WHY ME?!?!" I'm still dying of laughter.
"Because you're - YOU PASSED BY ME AGAIN!!!!!!!" He walked right past the wall I was hiding in. I start laughing again when he starts looking for me everywhere that he can see.
It's where he can't see that he should be looking for me.
"I GIVE UP ON FINDING YOU, STORM!!!!!!!" I laugh insanely.
"Don't we all?" Cody calls out, making me laugh even more.
"YOU NEED TO BE IN AN INSANE ASYLUM!!!!!!!" I stop laughing.
"THIS IS MY INSANE ASYLUM, MOLTEN!!!!!!!" His eyes widen.
"Why?!?! WHAT MADE YOU ACT LIKE YOUR DAD?!?!" Wait what?
"What do you mean?"
"THAT WAS SOMETHING THAT I WOULD SAY!!!!!!!" Dad calls out.
He's right.
I did say something he would say.
Yet, I'm proud of it.
"I wish I could say I'm not proud of it, but I can't." Molten's eyes soften. He unknowingly looks right at my hiding spot.
"Storm, there's no need to be ashamed of it. That attitude right there is what saved your mother." What is he talking about?
"Dad, what do you mean?" He sighs.
"I'll explain it to you."
After the explanation
"That's how I met your mother." I can't believe it.
My mom was forced into an abusive relationship that my dad got her out of?
"You did the right thing, dad." I tell him.
"I know I did, little nightmare. How did I get so lucky to have a daughter like you?"
"I'm not sure. How did I get so lucky to have a dad like you?" He's about to cry.
"Oh, Afton, that was so sweet!" Bryan sighs.
"I know, Bryan. We're lucky to have each other." I gasp.
"I was thinking the same thing! MOLTEN HOW DO YOU KEEP WALKING BY ME?!?!" Molten turns to where I yelled from, seemingly knowing that I'm there.
"HOW ARE YOU IN THE WALL?!?!" I start laughing again!
"SECRET TUNNELS, BABY!!!!!!!" Molten starts looking for the entrance to my hiding spot while I head back into the ceiling, jump out while his back is turned, and run the heck out of there!!!!!!!
"YOU WON'T FIND ME NOW, MOLTEN!!!!!!!" I scream, waiting for Molten to yell at the top of his lungs again.
"WHERE DID YOU GO?!?!" There it is. Now Cody's laughing!
~10 Minutes Later~
"GAME'S OVER! WE'RE GOING BACK TO THE PIZZERIA!" YES!
"I AM THE QUEEN OF HIDE AND SEEK!" I yell, running out of my hiding spot in the Circus Gallery.
"YOU WERE IN THE CIRCUS GALLERY THE WHOLE TIME?!?!" I nod.
~When they get back to the pizzeria-Cody's POV~
"I should go..." Molten grabs me and pulls me into the arcade room. Then he tells me something that Storm doesn't even know.
Jon is her brother and his doctor is trying to make the Afton kids and Mrs. Afton his family.
I leave, trying to process this.
Just after I get outside, someone grabs my wrist, dragging me away.
"You will be off good use to us, Cody." This can't be the doctor Molten told me about.
It's a different one.
"I'm Dr. Grey. Soon, you'll meet Dr. Yellow and Dr. Brown. Oh, one last thing." He gags me and puts a blindfold over my eyes. "I can't have you telling for help now. Or seeing where we're going."
I feel the familiar feeling of going through a portal.
Then I realize that I'm being taken to a different dimension.
I need help.
SOMEONE SEND HELP!!!!!!!
