(Hey, so this really needed to be before a few chapters...)

That Tuesday morning was normal for Class 1A until Todoroki came downstairs with Hades and Lucifer walking by his side. That made a lot of the class confused and the other half think. Why did he have Kivi's panthers with him? Where's Kivi? Did he stay in Kivi's room last night? What did they do?

Everyone watched him move to the kitchen to get some cereal, unaware of everyone's stares. The panthers follow at his sides, sitting beside him once he's sat at a table.

Kaminari is the one to break the silence. "Uh, Todoroki?"

"Mm?"

"Why are Kivi's cats with you?"

He swallows the bite of food in his mouth. "I'm taking them for a walk."

"Why?"

"Because they need to?"

Kaminari decides to not push further, knowing he's only going to get similar answers. Todoroki doesn't show it, but he's relieved Kaminari isn't asking anymore questions.

Bakugo explodes, stomping over to the bicolored haired boy. "Where the fuck is Kivi?!" Bakugo growls, pulling Todoroki towards him by his collar.

"I don't know."

"How do you not know if you were just in her room?!" Bakugo roughly shoves Todoroki back.

"She wasn't there."

"Why were you up there in the first place?"

"To talk to Kivi. Hades and Lucifer wanted out, so I let them come with me after I couldn't find her," he simply lies, sitting down and taking another bite of food.

"Where's Kivi then?" Mina wonders.

"Maybe she's already in class?" Izuku says.

"I hope she's alright," Momo sighs worriedly. "This situation has to be really hard on her."

Bakugo snarls, grabbing Todoroki's wrist and dragging him outside away from the others.

"I was still eating," Todoroki says.

"Where's Kivi?"

"I already–"

"The truth. I know she must've visited you last night. What did she tell you?"

Todoroki examines Bakugo's calm but distressed face. "You really care about her, don't you?"

Bakugo's face becomes red. "So?! Yes! What's it to you?!"

Todoroki sighs. "She went to rescue her brother."

"I fucking knew it! God dammit! That fucking idiot! Then where the fuck is she?! She should've kicked their asses and be back by now!"

"I don't know. I promised her I'd come to her rescue if she wasn't. Are you going to join me?"

"Fucking obviously."

All of class 1A leaves the dorms together, heading to their classroom. Kivi's panthers decide to follow Todoroki.

"Kivi isn't in here," Ochaco says, peeking into the classroom.

"Maybe she's having a talk with the teachers about the situation or something. Kivi's mysterious, she could be anywhere," Sero claims, sitting in his seat.

The rest of the class take their seats.

"I'm worried," Momo says. "Who knows what Kivi's doing? She could be putting herself in danger because of all this. I hope she's okay."

"I hope Akiba is okay too," Hagakure says.

"It's so cowardly to use a child against someone, especially family!" Kirishima growls loudly, clenching his fists.

"As expected of villains," Fumikage says, crossing his arms. "They play dirty."

Aizawa enters the classroom in silence, almost going unnoticed.

"Sensei! Where's Kivi?" Izuku asks.

Aizawa sighs. "She's gone. She ran away last night."

"WhAt?!"

"We assume that she left to go get her brother."

"Then she should fucking be back by now!" Bakugo roars.

"Yeah, Kivi is super strong!" Ochaco adds. "There's no way they were able to stop her!"

"You forget they have her brother. She can't risk fighting them, knowing they could potentially kill her brother at any given moment," Shoto says.

"What's going to happen?" Tsu asks.

"We're searching for her," Aizawa says. "She is UA's responsibly. Anything she does reflects on us. We're hoping that she's not going to do anything drastic... like last time." He whispers the last part to himself, looking down as his fists clench. "Again, we're searching for her. So all of you don't get any ideas to pursue her yourselves." He sighs, already regretting what he's about to say. "As of now she's a threat to all of us."

"WHAT?!" the class shouts.

"That's ridiculous! Kivi may be rude and harsh at times but she would never purposely hurt others like a villain!" Iida shouts.

"Not... intentionally," Aizawa sighs.

"What's that supposed to mean, sensei?" Ochaco asks.

"It's not my place to tell you," Aizawa answers. "Just know that Kivi has had a rough past and situation to end up here."

Bakugo scoffs. "You may as well just tell them."

"Tell us what?" Sero asks.

"She has two quirks," Kaminari blurts out.

"She didn't want anyone to know, dumbass!" Bakugo shouts.

"Sorry! I couldn't hold it in anymore!"

"How do you even know that?" Shoto asks.

"She had to tell me when we switched bodies," Kaminari says. "What about the two of you?"

"She told me during the time we were stuck together," Shoto says.

"A while ago," Bakugo huffs, crossing his arms.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! She has two quirks?!" Mina squeaks.

"What's her other quirk?" Uraraka asks.

Aizawa sighs. "Y–"

"Ghost," Kaminari answers. "And she got it from–"

"All for One," Izuku cuts him off with a sigh.

Bakugo flicks him in the head and sighs. "That man forced it on her because he couldn't handle it. It gives her the ability to see and interact with ghosts and other entities. All for One has killed so many people that they linger around him, waiting for him so they can rip him into shreds."

"When he did, a demon decided to take control of her," Shoto says. "Which is why she seems bipolar sometimes. She has to focus on not getting angry or that demon is released."

Aizawa clutches the back of his neck with a sigh. "You seem to know most of the story then."

"Most?" Tsu questions. "There's more?"

"All for One trained her," Izuku says.

"Her parents would train her until she passed out. They would continue to abuse her. Wouldn't feed her or let her shower or use the bathroom until she did what they wanted. You can't even tell she is hurt either cause her quirk heals her." Bakugo crosses his arms, muscles tensing.

Aizawa looks at him. "That would make sense... I didn't know that..."

"Kivi has had a really hard life, and she acts like it never happened," Hagakure sadly says.

"There's still more to the story..." Aizawa says. "I wasn't going to tell you, but it seems like you bunch already know a lot." He sighs. "Kivi is under the watch of UA, under my supervision. Her situation is like Eri's. She's here because she's never allowed to set foot back in France. She's banned from ever going home. One step in or in the air above France, she'll immediately be arrested."

"WHAT?! WHY?!"

"We assume when she was given her second quirk, as said, she was taken over by a demon. She goes by Lunox. Lunox used Kivi's body and quirks and rained hell on Paris."

"Are you talking about the incident that happened in Paris a few months before the year started?!" Mina shouts.

"Thousands of people were injured and killed! Are you telling us that Kivi was the center of all that destruction?!" Kirishima shouts.

"Giant beasts..." Kaminari murmurs, eyes widening. "That... Giant beings that nobody could touch... No way... It... really was Kivi..."

"Yes," Aizawa confirms.

"No way! I refuse to believe it!" Sero huffs.

"Kivi wouldn't do something so horrid!" Momo exclaims.

"That cause she didn't," Shoto says.

"It was that shitty demon Lunox," Bakugo growls.

"But the authorities don't see it that way," Aizawa says. "People were still killed. The only reason she's been given this second chance is because Nezu got them to see that it wasn't her fault. That still didn't come without repercussions. She's lucky to of gotten off as easily as she has."

"So, how are we going to get her back?" Bakugo growls.

"We?" Aizawa scoffs. "No, all of you will not be doing anything. Only pro heroes are allowed to help."

"That's not fair!" Uraraka shouts.

"Yeah! We're her friends!" Sero shouts then sweatdrops. "Well, classmates... But my point is she would trust us more!"

"Agreed," Shoto nods.

"Aizawa-san?"

Aizawa looks up from grading papers to the little silver haired girl that shuffled over to him from her room. "Yes, Eri?"

It was decided that since Kivi is no longer at the school, Eri would be taken to the teacher dorms, sharing a sort of apartment with Aizawa. She does still need to be watched over after all, and even though Aizawa doesn't think the panthers would hurt her, he doesn't fully trust them if Kivi isn't around. Hence why all her normal cats are currently lazed about in his apartment.

"Where's Akichan and Kivi-nee?"

Aizawa knew he was going to get this question. He sighs, trying to think of an excuse but decides against it. He places his pen down, giving the little girl his full attention. He pats the empty spot on the couch next to him. She hesitantly moves and hops up next to him.

"They're currently in trouble. Akiba was captured by villains." Eri gasps at the news and her eyes tear up. "So Kivi went to rescue him."

Eri squeezes the stuffed bunny that Kivi got for her long ago, burying her face into its fluff. "Will-Will they be okay?"

Aizawa sighs sadly. "I wish I could answer that, Eri." His memory flashes to how angry she got and how easily Lunox took control. "I really wish I could."

Aizawa has given up taking night patrols until Kivi returns or until Eri stops having quirk using nightmares. He hopes for the first option or both would be better. For now though, he's going to catch up on missed sleep.

He awoken from his slumber with a panicked scream followed by cries that begin to get softer as he heads into Eri's room.

"...not in my castle on a cloud..." Eri cries out, calming herself down as she breathes heavier less and less. "There is a lady all in white..."

"Eri?" Aizawa softly calls out, walking toward her.

She continues singing the song as if he's not there. She hasn't noticed him anyway. Eri's stuffed bunny is clutched tight to her chest as her hands rest over her heart to feel it slow down its racing. "She says Eri... I love you very much..." She takes a few quiet breaths before finishing. "...Crying at all is not allowed... Not in my castle on a cloud..." Her whole body slumps as she relaxes. All the pent up tension of her muscles disappearing.

"Eri?"

She flinches, quickly looking up at the deep voice before relaxing at seeing who it is. "Aizawa-san..."

He blinks, slowly moving and sitting on the bed beside her. "You okay?"

"Yeah..."

"Where did you learn that song?"

"Nee-chan... She taught it to me to help calm me down..."

Aizawa releases a breath into a smile. "Really?"

FLASHBACK

The first time that Eri had a nightmare, Kivi was immediately up and off to the younger girl's room. Aki was also woken up, but Kivi manages to lightly push him back into his room, saying that everything was okay.

She enters the room, activating her quirk and sending a small quirk cancelling tendril to wrap around Eri's ankle to not scare her. She heads next to the bed and kneels beside the bed, gently resting her hand on Eri's thrashing legs on her knee and rubbing her thumb back and forth. Eri calms slightly and immediately wakes up at the touch, sitting up so quick she almost hits her own knees.

"Hey, Erichan..." Kivi whispers. "Everything alright?"

"N-N-No! I... I... Chi..."

"Ssh... ssh..." Kivi hushes. "You're alright. It was just a bad dream." She scoops the girl up, stepping herself up in the bed before placing Eri back down to rest between her legs. Kivi begins to gently run her fingers through Eri's long frazzled hair and hum.

Eri tries to even her breathing as she leans back on her neechan. "Ki..."

"Just focus on my humming and my fingers going through your hair, okay?"

Eri can only nod as she concentrates on the two things mentioned. Her breathing even out, and she gets curious about the song Kivi's humming. Once she thinks she can speak up and get words out without stuttering, does she ask about it. "What are you humming?"

"A very fitting song," Kivi answers. "Would you like to know about it?"

"Yes..."

"Well, it's called Castle on a Cloud. It's from a French story way back in the day. The little girl who sings it, her name is Cosette. Her mother, Fantine, wasn't able to take care of her, so she left her in the care of an awful couple while Fantine constantly worked to provide for her. The couple would always abuse her and love their own children. Fantine didn't know that they didn't take good care of her daughter. Then Fantine died of a sickness. Cosette was eventually rescued by a man that adopted her. But while she was in the care of the awful couple, she would sing this song to imagine herself in a better more fun place." Kivi looks down at Eri's concentrated face and smiles. "I feel it fits the two of us. Don't you think?"

"You were hurt too?"

Kivi sadly sighs. "Yes, my own parents would hurt me until I satisfied them with the improvement of my quirk."

Eri's eyes widen, looking up to Kivi. "We are similar!"

Kivi chuckles. "Yes, we are." She breathes. "Would you like to learn the song? That way you can sing it to yourself to help calm you."

"Yes..."

"Good." She takes a breath. "There is a castle on a cloud..."

FLASHBACK END

"She said we were alike..."

"She shared with you a song based from her country," Aizawa sighs and gives a small smile. "Alright... well, it looks like you handled this like a big girl and don't need my help... You want anything?"

"Strawberry milk..."

"You got it." He pats her head before going to get her wish.
