Venus POV

Chiron, Libra, Taurus, and I were chatting about strategies when Scorpio jumped onto Taurus. He screamed.

"Dude? What was that for?"

"Chill. It's lunchtime! I know you probably want to talk to Aries about your strategy that you were thinking about last night, but... can I sit with her today?" Scorpio reddened.

"Sure Romeo." Taurus rolled his eyes.

"I told you not to call me that!"

"Whatever. You're starting to act a lot like Aries now." Taurus stood up and stretched. "I'm so hungry... what's for lunch?"

"Sooo, do you want to sit next to me for lunch?" I asked Chiron. I've always had a huge crush on him but he's never payed much attention to me.

"Well, yeah, but only if Saturn and Jupiter can join!" Chiron assured. "I was going to sit with them today."

"Ok! They can join!" I said through gritted teeth. When were we finally going to have some alone time?

The other zodiacs and planets were waiting for us outside so I joined them and we headed out, chatting.

We walked into a dark room. Wait, what? 

"Aries.... I don't think this is the righ..." I started but then Chiron shushed me.

"Don't you remember this room?" Chiron whispered to me.

I thought for a while before remembering. "Oh yeah, heheh." Chiron moved closer to me and I felt myself blush.

"Do you think that they are ready?" I asked.

"Yeah, I think that they should know now." Chiron told me.

We came to the other planets. Surprisingly, they were talking about whether they should go in.

"I don't think this is the lunch hall." Aries muttered.

"No, no..." Neptune told Aries. "This is the right room, except this isn't the lunch hall."

"Huh?" Cancer asked. "What do you mean?"

"You'll see!" Pluto jumped excitedly. 

The room was just as we remembered, except the statues were different.

"It's time!" Jupiter told us.

"Time for what? Guys you are messing with my mind! Just tell me what this is?" Gemini yelled.

"Are we... meant to eat lunch in here..." Pisces stuttered. She ran to Virgo, wrapped her arms around her and buried her head in her arms while Virgo caressed her.

The clouds moved away and light came into view from above the glass window, placed high up at the dome's center.

"This room is so cool!" Leo said, when the statues became more visible.

"I love this statue!" Taurus pointed to a bull statue.

"I actually prefer the scorpion!" Scorpio added, and ran towards the massive statue.

"I like the goat!" Capricorn said.

Soon all of them picked the animal that they found best.

The clouds blocked the sun again, making the room turn dark.

"Hey! My planet looked good until you cov-" Sun stopped when Mercury nudged him.

"Well, this room is getting creepy! I'm out," Cancer confirmed. As she walked, she accidentally stepped on a loose floorboard which made the room very dark and made the zodiacs float up, glowing in different colors.

"Hey! Why are we glowing?" asked Libra who was glowing in purple.

"I think I stepped on some thing that I wasn't meant to!" said Cancer innocently, who was glowing in a light blue color.

Then, the animals from the statue flew up into spirits. They circled around the signs and got sucked into them. The lights flickered, and turned on. The signs stopped glowing and they dropped onto the ground.

"What... what just happened?" asked Virgo.

"It was probably nothing we should worry about..." Aquarius said, her voice quavering.

"Come on, I am hungry, let's get lunch!" Taurus shouted.

"After what happened? Planets, can you explain what's going on?" Aries demanded. But we weren't paying that much attention. We were still awestruck on how graceful they looked when they were summoned.

"Oy! Planets!"

She clicked her hands. Then after that, a ram spirit came out of her hands and landed on the ground. It stared at her until she screamed, and jumped to Scorpio, who was the closest to her. He blushed slightly. 

"Ahh! Why is there a ram in a ghostly version staring at me!" Aries asked, and got off Scorpio.

"I dunno... but it seems like we have summoned our own sprit animals." Aquarius told me.

"Yup, you are right. You all have spirit animals. I still remember mine. It was a fox." Mercury told us.

"Well, what happened? Why don't you have them anymore?" Asked Pisces.

"Well, Zeus gave a role of a planet and we all had to give them up," I added.

"So... only Aries has one?" Scorpio asked, still a bit unconscious about the fact Aries clung onto him.

"No, you all have them, Cancer woke up the spirits and it chose to go inside you guys," Uranus told them.

"Okay, but why us?" questioned Libra.

"Well, they chose to go inside the people who deserve them and in this case, it is you!" Neptune giggled.

"And I woke them up!" Cancer celebrated.

"Sweet, well... how do you get them to go out?" Gemini asked.

"Well... it works differently for different groups of people but Aries got hers by clicking her hands!" I said.

"Dang it. I hate clicking my hands. Can I change it?" Aries pouted.

"When they get more familiar with you." Ceres crossed her arms, and smiled.

They snapped their hands and animals drifted down from their hands. 

"Ohh! I got my favorite animal from the statues, the bull! Maybe the spirits listened to us pick our favorite one!" Taurus added.

"I guess!" Aquarius beamed, playing with the hedgehog spirit.

"Why does my animal have a flower crown on his or her head?" asked Virgo. She stared at her otter, who scurried around.

"Dunno?" Pisces added. "Like... why is mine so cute?" She danced around with the fishes.

"Oh! Do you remember the time when we got our sprit animals?" Mars asked excitedly.

"No! But tell us the story!" Cancer ran to Mars. Before we knew it, all the signs stared at him with puppy dog eyes.

"I wasn't asking you guys because you weren't there at that time... but, I will tell you the story," Mars smiled.

"Yas!" Sagittarius punched the air.

Mars POV

'Yay! Mine is a swan!' Venus shouted.

'Well, it is not as cool as a whale!' Neptune debated.

They played with them and saw them fly around, it was so fun.

I had a tiger! It was so cool! But I didn't want to brag about it so I just kept it to my self.

'This is the best thing that ever happened to me!' I thought.

Soon, we grew into teens and used them for good. Then after that, Zeus had declared for us to be planets! I was so happy until he mentioned that we had to give up our spirit animal. I wanted to cry but I held it in. My spirit animal was removed then the statues had changed!

'I would always remember the time I had with Timber, my spirit animal.' I said.

The zodiacs started to cry.

"I didn't know that you had a sprit animal!" Pisces wiped her eyes.

"Yeah, but it was fun while it lasted though." Before I knew it, tears ran down my eyes and I couldn't control myself. I really missed Timber. I hid my face in my shirt to hide my face.

"Well, I hope you have fun with yours!" Venus assured the zodiacs.

"Yeah guys!" Leo said while, playing with his lion. It managed to look majestic but playful at the same time.

"Who is the cutest fishy in the world? It is you, yeah it's you!" Pisces mothered. 

"Cut the baby talk!" Scorpio laughed.

My eyes gazed at Aries' ram. It reminded me of Timber, for some weird reason, Well anyways, I was glad that Sun approved that this was the right time. If it was the wrong time, they would not get their spirit animal and once you try it out, you won't get another chance.

Then we heard a loud cracking, glitching noise. Libra moaned, and covered her ears.

"What was that?" Capricorn asked.

 We saw a hole emerge from the wall, then a light shone from it.

"Whoa."

So every Zodiac Sign has a spirit animal! Some of you might wonder what sprit animal your zodiac signs have, since I didn't tell you all of them. The Zodiac Signs that are represented as animals keep the same animals. Well, here they are:

Aries: Ram 

Taurus: Bull 

Gemini: Wolf 

Cancer: Crab

Leo: Lion

Virgo: Otter

Libra: Rabbit

Scorpio: Scorpion

Sagittarius: Deer

Capricorn: Goat

Aquarius: Hedgehog

Pisces: Fish
