Gemini's eyes open wide, "look I found some words." She crouches down by some leaves, well isn't that helpful. Aquarius scoots over by Gemini. She yanks off the dibris to reveal a sentance carved in aincent atlantian. Airies puffs some wind,  "let me see here, I studied aincent atlantian for a while. He reads the words. "They say, hmmmm, I cannot read it its still got too much dirt on it and since our gifts don't work out here what help is this?" Aquarius thinks for a moment of what could be used, "hey why don't we pour some water on it I'm sure that'll help a little with this name clearing quest to solve a puzzle that doesn't make sense!" Aquarius spits on the scrawl and pours her canteen of water on it. The dirt begins to wash away revealing clear words, "okay lets see here....." Airies scrunches his eyebrows together to read it as if in concentration while fixing somthing. "It says, to open, move as gentle as water under the last light of day by two it shall listen."
Airies rubs it with his hand, "that can't be right..." he reads it again, Aquarius silently hopes the riddle could be solved. Aquarius paces up to the mound and sits crossleged on it, "Why couldn't it have been easier?"  Aquarius was frusterated at this point, her two friends left her for dead not even a care in the world for the others around them and began smooching it up on the verry beach they formed their friendship. Then it all truely came full circle and the tears began to slip out of the clouds dripping off the cliff into the abyss. Aquarius wipes her face with the edge of her cloak. Gemini walks up the mound and hugs Aquarius, "it's going to be okay, we'll figure this out okay?" Airies comes up as well and hugs Aquarius, "yeah I agree with Gem." She leans down and watches her tears wet the stone. I hope so.
Later that night, the three make a fire careful not to burn the shell of the Gobi by creating a bowl of dirt with a layer of rocks on the bottom. Aquarius stayed up to take the first watch as the other two slept soundly next to the I wonder where Crowlere is right now he cannot be far, I still wonder how Airies made us traves so fast over the land to get here. As if her griffin read Aquarius's mind Crowlere slinks out of the bushes sniffing around. He sniffs Airie's head then shrinks back and growls still angry about his tai lbeing bitten."Hey, kitty come here." Aquarius sits up relieved to see Crowlere the only remnant she had left of Atlantis perfectly fine and in a happy-go-lucky state. Aquarius looks up at the full moon. The last light of day. It has to be the sunset. Aquarius sits up remembering somthing her mom once told her at a young age.
"Aqua?" Her mom calls fron the greenhouse, Aquarius runs in carrying some shells from the beach. "Mommy look what I got you." She splays the shells on the table. Her mom turns around holding a white flower bloom in a glass pot. "Do you know what this is my little blue?" Aquarius scruches her 5 year old face, "oh,oh is it a Lotus?" Her mother chuckles, "no my blue it's a moonflower, they only bloom underneath the last light of day, which is the moon. Why don't you be a good girl and help mommy carry these outside so they can bloom?"  Her mom hands her the glass pot with the flower in it.
Aquarius sits up, the last light of day is the moon.  Aquarius gets up and throws another long on the fire then walks over to the mound several feet from their camp. Aquarius trips over the branch that they pulled over for extra fire wood. "Oomph!" Aquarius quickly scrambles up and looks to make sure that Aires and Gemini didn't wake Crowlere just twitches his ears then rolls over a little. She stands on the mound feeling the Gobi sway as it walks. She looks up at the sky, okay I'm here what and I supposed to do now? She hears a rustle in the vicinity of where she just came. Great what do I have to deal with? She notices the familiar shape of Airies walk out of the bushes. "Hey, why are you here?" Aires walks up onto the top of the mound next to Aquarius. "I, I remembered something from when I was young. It kept me awake." Aquarius now faces Aires. "I woke up when I heard you fall on the branch then I kept thinking of the riddle." Aquarius relaxes a little glad it wasn't anything dangerous.
A strange feeling washes over Aquarius that she ignored when she first saw Airies in the woods the day he found her. "And what was that?" Aquarius looks up at the moon, " the last light of day is the moonlight. My mother once told me that when teaching me about moonflowers." Airies grabs her hands, she looks back down at Aires. "What are you doing?" Aires positions his other hand on her waist, Aquarius pulls away noticing that Aires looked like he was blushing. "Dance with me." Aquarius crosses her arms, "why?" She begins to blush as well, no boy has ever asked her to dance. Aires smiles as he talks in a tone she has never heard before, "It's what the riddle asks, and if it requests under the moon...move like water by two ..." Aires looks down at the ground while twiddling his fingers. Aquarius steps closer to Aires realizing she might've embarrassed him, "I'm sorry I embarrassed you didn't I?" Airies looks up at her, "Aqua you don't have to dance with me though I could get Gemini to dance with me, maybe." Aquarius grabs Aires's hand and positions herself she was not about to let that happen, Aires jumps a little. Aquarius nods her head, "okay." Airies leads her in a series of steps each time more and more elaborate, she was glad that training for war has taught her to dance. Aires pulls Aquarius closer and talks in her ear, "you, look beautiful tonight, after all you have been through." Aquarius leans her head on his shoulder, "you dance well for an air elemental to." Aquarius and Aires say at the same time, "we're light on our feet." They chuckle then Aires dips Aquarius his face a mere silhouette by the moon, "Aquarius it's been so hard to be around you, I get tied toungue, I meant tongue tied." Aquarius smiles feeling nervous, she has never had anyone like Aires around before , Taurus was great but he never did anything fancy for Aquarius but lately she has had this nagging feeling deep inside her gut when she got around Aires lately similar to when she was around Taurus. She pushes that feeling deep down and ignores it. Aires and Aquarius lean in to kiss, Aquarius snaps back to reality, she kindly pats Aires's chest. "thank you." Aires pulls her out of a dip clearly blushing underneath the moon. He clears his throat, "um, look there love... something's glowing on the forest floor." Did we just solve our answer?
