Aquarius,Airies,and Gemini stops at the edge of the forest to see a large expanse of dry white/grey sand. Gemini turns to look back at the forest, "hey guys, we can use those giant hibiscus leaves as shade for us!"
  "no, leaf them they will wilt." Aquarius laughs at the pun and Airies in the shoulder. Gemeni stomps her foot causing the land behind her to crack but the sandy desert infront of her nothing. Aquarius stops laughing and looks at the desert ahead. "Lets move."

Aquarius, Gemini, and Airies trek though the loose sand, Airies looks down as sweat beads on his forehead, "I could create some clouds but there is absolutely no moisture in the air out here." Aquarius fels sweat drip down her facecas she shields herself from the sun, curiously she reaches down at the ground and tries to conjure up a vine. Nothing. "Guys."
"Aquarius if we stop now we will never be able to-"
"GUYS!! Our powers don't work in this desert."  Gemini reaches down and touches the hot sand, "you're right, our powers are being shielded by somthing far greater here." Airies reaches into the sky, "oh no I cannot summon my wind, no moisture nothing." Airies hugs himself. Aquarius rolls her eyes, "I just said that we cannot use our powers." Crowlere tries to fly into the air but fails at doing so, he shakes the dust out of his  feathers and fur. "Even Crowlere is struggling." Aquarius pulls out her water bag out of her sachel, "anyone thirsty? This is a watersachel that never runs out of water." Gemini grabs it, "I need some water." Airies stands up straighter, "So do I." Gemini scowls, "I have had it first." Airies shrugs, "Ladies first." Aquarius steps in between them, "hey there is enough to go around okay." Gemeni without hesitation chugs some fresh water while some drips down her cheeks. "Ahh." She hands it to Airies. Airies drinks some just enough to quench his thirst. Aquarius chugscsome as well noticing it tasted a little like dirt this time.
Aquarius hears a sound, she looks up and hooks her water bag onto her belt, "hey hear that? It sounds like a whale." Aquarius squints to see a large creature on all fours attached to a thick rope being leashed by a tall humanoid, "do you two see that?" Aquarius pointscout in the distance at the wailing creature and it's pet.
Airies cups his hands to see, "yeah see what?"  Gemini looks as well then shrugs her shoulders, "Are you blind it's right there the Gobi and it's Rowan!" Gemeni points in the same direction. Aquarius was glad she came along the journey it also made her feel better that Gemini knew what creatures were lurking in the desert. "The Gobi is the big hunk with trees, moss and junk like that on it, and the one that keeps it tame is called the Rowan." Airies turns his head, "oh, Oh! I see it now! I was looking in the wrong direction." Airies grabs hold and bites Crowlere's tail then quickly grabs Aquarius and Gemini. Crowlere growls, "hold tight." A swirl of colors and things go by and the trio reappears in a forest. Aquarius suddenly becomes dizzy from all the motion, "how did you do that?" Airies waves his hands, "magic."
Crowlere spins around and begins licking his tail. Gemeni looks up at the sky, "are we on the back of the Rowan?" Airies nods his head. "Well lets hope we can find what we need." 
Gemini dives off into the bushes, Airies pulls out Andromeda and sets her on a tree, "you need to go fly around." Andromeda chirps and climbs up the tree. Dissappearing with a flick of her blue tail feathers. Gemini comes back with her face drained of color. Aquarius became unsure of what was wrong with her, "are you okay?" Gemini looks at her feet, you two should come look at this. 
This better be somthing that can help us. Aquarius looks at Airies, Gemini moves aside some bushes.
Aquarius steps through the bushes to see a gently sloping hump in the ground. "It's made of stone Aquarius."
Aquarius becomes mesmerized by the stone in the ground, she walks up and stands in the center of it. She notices dirt caught in carved crossed lines underneath her feet. "Guys there are lines leading to somthing on this stone." Aquarius follws the northward line to find a small flat mandalla underneath some moss and leaves.
Aquarius kneels and wipes off the debris. It had the shape of a woman with  in it what looked like she was dancing on a cloud surrounded by six orbs and holding up a star. This might be the sisters. "Are they any help?" Gemini calls out. Aquarius places her hand on the stone, "I am not quite sure yet." Aquarius then follows to where the next mandalla would be while Gemini and Airies stand by watching her. The next one had a woman on it as well which appeared to be dancing on water surrounded by four orbs. Aquarius traces the strange carving with her hand. Is the story wrong? Is what we know of wrong?
Aquarius moves over to the next one and clears it's top to see yet a third woman but this time dancing on a mountian while balancing two orbs in her hands. Aquarius moves to the final stone, Airies and Gemini crouch near the stone as well, Aquarius clears the mandalla to reveal a fourth woman which appeared to be dancing in fire while balancing two stars one in each hand while surrounded by at least ten orbs. Aquarius stands in the center of the hill to examine all of the mandalas,  "okay each one has a woman in it and a different element. What is that supposed to mean?"
