Chapter 19
This story is dedicated to Emily Edgerton because ITS HER BIRTHDAAAAAAAY YAAAAAY!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Now, lets continue.
<SkyDoesMinecraft's POV>
Bodil just stared at me and I began to notice his eyes turning brown. Wait, what? Was his eyes not brown before?! That's when I realized. His eyes was green before.
<Bodil40's POV>
I didn't want to risk anything. I knew who was controlling the voice in my head, the Centre. I ran into the woods with all my gear, leaving Sky alone. "BOOOOODIIL!!!WAIT!" I heard Sky yell.
<Paranormal Cookie's POV>
I don't even know what happened. One minute I was at camp and now the next minute I'm running from TheBajanCanadian and ASFJerome.I jump over a fallen log and continue to run. A spear flies beside me and lands on the ground in front of me. I quickly step to the side and continue to sprint down the forest. "YOU AREN'T GOING TO GET PAST US, COOKIE!!" I hear Jerome yell. I somehow manage to get just far away enough to climb a tree and reach the near top. The two youtubers from District 2 look up at me and grin. I notice that the color of their eyes have changed. Somehow, they were green instead of their normal colors. But that didn't matter now. "Cut her down?" Jerome suggested. "Yeah! Let's do it!" Mitch says. "Can I do it?" Jerome offered. TheBajanCanadian nodded and handed him a diamond axe. Jerome held the axe next to the tree and began to chop at it. I watched unsteadily from the top. "Why don't you try climbing?" I ask them. "Wouldn't that be easier?" Mitch chuckled. "Easier? We know what your thinking about doing, kid, and it's not going to be easier for us. Just easier for you!" I sighed. I guess they know that I was going to push them off. The axe was digging deeper into the tree as I sat down like a sitting duck. The nearest ways of escape would most likely kill me, since they were so far away. But it would be worth it,right? I get up but began to lose my balance as the tree shook underneath me. I looked down and saw the tree almost cut down completely. I have to do this now or I'm screwed! I ran across my tree branch and jumped into the air as I felt the tree fall down. I barely grab the other tree branch and I begin to swing myself onto the tree. The rest of the trees were fairly close now, which was good. I ran across them until I was positive that I lost Mitch and Jerome. Then I slid down the tree and began to walk around. Suddenly, someone crashed into me and we both fell down. I rub my head and look up. I gasped. The person who was staring right at me was Tyler Oakley. My eyes widened. He had a bow in hand with arrows and I was over here,weaponless. Yeah, bad idea to leave your weapon at camp. He seemed scared too.
<Tyler Oakley's POV>
I was running through the forest, with my bow in hand, until I ran into someone. I fell to the ground and looked up. My eyes widened. It was Paranormal Cookie. She looked up and gasped. I held my bow firmly in hand. I remembered that I was in the Fireball Games. The place where kids kill each other. Having kids kill each other was wrong. Now here I was with a little girl about thirteen years old. We stared at each other for a long time. Finally, I stood up and offered her some help up. Hesitantly, she took my outstretched hand and I pulled her up. Slowly, she began to back away before running back into the forest.
Five days passed in the arena and there was no deaths.Until finally...
"TheDiamondMinecart has fallen. Four death points for the arena."
He died of starvation. Luckily, he didn't die from violence like the countless others did before him.
<Jemma's POV>
I helplessly watched as my husband died. With both of the pugs in my arms I cried. I couldn't stop crying. At least his death was peaceful, well as peaceful as it will probably get in there.
<Emily Edgerton's POV>
CaptainSparklez,Houston, and I was looking everywhere for Cookie. She left five days ago without a trace. She had left her weapon here and there has been no sign of any change in our supplies. We called out her name a few times but there was never a response. We knew she wasn't dead because her announcement never came. The night Dan died, Houston and myself gave up in looking. We decided ,in secret, to run away with some supplies. I offered to keep the first watch and we waited until we were completely sure that Jordan was asleep. Finally, the time was right to run. "We won't kill him," Houston said, "I don't want to kill anyone anymore." I nodded and after gathering some useful supplies, we ran off into the night.
<TheSyndicateProject's POV>
Tucker and I began to walk back to the river to collect some more water. So far, our plan of surviving is working. Who knows? Maybe we didn't need that Charlotte's mentor ship at all! We arrive at the pond and Tucker begins to drink the water as I keep guard. It was dark but that didn't matter. I could still hear. Next it was my turn. I drink the water. Then, we could barely see a fog coming towards us. Something made me want to...touch it. I touch it and cry out loud as I pull my finger out. "RUN!! THE FOG'S POISONOUS! " Tucker and I run in the dark as fast as we can. We could barely see in the dark. That would be a problem.
