Three days later...

"Where the f*ck is Purpled!" Tommy shouted.

"Chill out. I'm sure he's coming...hopefully," Eryn assured him.

We have been waiting for three days for Purpled to come back to us and report his finding.

Someone *cough* Tommy *cough* was a tad bit impatient.

Tommy sighed angrily and sat down with Shroud on his lap, who was sleeping.

Some people avoided us because of how large Shroud appears to be.

He's only like average size for a spider however.

"He is taking a while. The Hub resets in two days, he has to come back before that," Tubbo noted.

"He did put a timer on his coms right?" I asked.

"Well f*ck," Tommy said.

"Hey guys!"

The four of us look up to see Purpled running towards us.

"Finally! Where the f*ck were you!?" Tommy shouted.

"Hate to agree with him but yeah! Where were you?" Tubbo asked.

"Sorry, I got invested in the server," Purpled replied, scratching his head.

"Well tell us. What's the server like?" I asked.

"It's different alright," Purpled began to explain.

"Don't spoil it! Just tell us if it's safe and if it's nothing like the DreamSMP," Tubbo said.

"I did say it's different. There isn't a whole lot of people on it like the DreamSMP so I guess it's peaceful," Purpled explained.

"Peaceful huh? We'll see about that," Tommy murmured.

"So...is it the right place for us?" Eryn asked.

"Well you'll have to be the judge of that," Purpled said.

"So since the Hub will be resetting soon...should we go and have a look around?" I asked.

"This server is still small, peaceful even. I think it may be the right place for us but...what do you guys think? Like I said, you'll be the judge of that," Purpled replied.

The four of us looked at each other.

Is this truly the right place? Will we be able to put our pasts aside and live in a peaceful life?

"I think we should go to this server," Tommy suddenly said.

"Huh?! But weren't you against that idea in the first place?" Eryn asked.

"I have been doing a lot of thinking and honestly...I think that any server is better than the one we just left. As along as they don't catch on," Tommy explained.

"So what you're saying is that we should go and live on this server?" I asked and he nodded.

"Well then...Purpled. Show us the way," Tubbo said, standing up straight.

Purpled led us to an isolated portal and began to press a few buttons on the command block.

"Just a heads up. When you first join, you'll enter in a blue area where you'll float. You'll find 24 glowing balls. Just grab the one you like and you'll enter the server," Purpled explained.

"Wait what?" Eryn asked but the portal opened up and Purpled went inside of it.

The four of us looked at each other.

"Well...shall we?" Tubbo asked, hugging Micheal tightly.

Tommy clutched the glass cage that held Shroud and sighed.

"Let's hope that this is for the better," he said.

"Agreed." I held onto the leash that held Purpled's dog.

We entered the portal.

Like how Purpled said, I was floating in a blue area.

A blinding light hit my eyes and I squinted to see 24 glowing balls.

I reached out for one of them.

"Ranboo!"

I opened my eyes to see Tubbo standing over me.

"Oh thank god! We thought you wouldn't wake up," he sighed.

"Sorry about that," I apologized.

"This sure as hell is different!" Tommy shouted.

"Purpled, what are you wearing?" Eryn asked.

We all looked at the ash blond boy.

"Look at my hat!" He exclaimed.

He was wearing a purple baseball cap.

"But why?" Eryn asked.

"Why not?" Purpled asked.

"Ok but what the f*ck was that about?" Tommy asked.

"Check your belt. I'll explain," Purpled said.

"Belt?" I looked down to see that I was now equipped with a belt and a red and white ball attached to it.

"When I say this server is different, this is what I mean," Purpled tossed one ball up in the air and a blue light came out of it.

A cyan creature came out of it.

"Bri!" They cheered.

"WHAT THE F*CK!?" Tommy cried.

"What's that?" Tubbo asked.

"A Pokémon. This is my partner, Brionne evolved from Popplio just yesterday," Purpled explained.

"A Pokémon? I thought they were just legends!" Tommy said.

"Apparently not," Purpled said, returning Brionne.

"So we start out with one?" Tubbo asked.

"Why don't you try it?" Purpled asked.

Tubbo held up the ball and tossed it in the air.

A blue light came out of it and a turtle like creature appeared.

"Turt," they yawned.

"Oh you got Turtwig. That's cool," Purpled said.

"I want to go next!" Eryn exclaimed.

He tossed up the ball and a blue light came out of it.

An orange chicken appeared.

"Chic!" They cried.

"Torchic," Purpled pointed out.

"How do you know their names?" Tommy asked.

"Read them in a book," Purpled replied.

I tossed mine up and the same blue light appeared.

A fox like creature appeared.

"Fenn! Fenn!" They hopped up and down.

"Fennekin," Purpled said.

"Wait I'm the last one now?" Tommy asked.

Everyone nodded.

Tommy grumbled as he tossed the ball up in the air.

The blue light came out of it and a blue frog appeared.

"Kie kie!" They clapped their hands(?).

"Froakie. Hmm I thought you would have picked a fire type," Purpled turned to Tommy.

"Oh shut up," Tommy grumbled.

"Ok now that we're all here, I think we should meet with some of the people here in the server," Purpled said.

"How many people are here?" Tubbo asked, returning Turtwig.

"A couple. Not a whole lot like in the DreamSMP but still enough to make civilization," Purpled explained.

"Well at least we won't be completely lonely," Eryn shrugged.

"True," Tommy sighed.

"Tubbo, where's Micheal?" I asked as I approached him.

"Here," Tubbo pointed to where Micheal was playing with Shroud.

"Ok he's safe," I sighed.

"Oi BeeDuo! We're going to leave you behind if you don't catch up!" Eryn called out.

"We're coming. Come on Ranboo," Tubbo said.

"Ok," I nodded slowly.

We left to follow Purpled who was walking towards a town of sorts.

Hopefully, we'll be able to settle here.
