"For some reason he can enter peoples minds and persuade them to help him", she said going into game plan mode, "So how do you stop a creature like that". "I don't know", I said trying to remember something, "Is there by any chance a symbol for this despicable Titan". "Actually yeah", she opened the book again, "It looks like a large marten with a lions mans and extra large horns and thorns surrounding it why do you ask". Oh god this can't be happening, "I think the safe in my moms study has the same emblem". "Now we just got to find out", she said excitedly, "I think you need to develop your powers before we do anything major I mean stealing souls would be totally awesome". "Thanks dad I would love another lecture on the importance of learning", I said annoyed. "Sarcasm won't hide the fact that you need to learn more about your powers", she said matter of factly. "You are aware that you're coming to my house right", I said pointedly, "In my territory anything goes". "Fine you win Miss Dark and Dull", I just rolled my eyes and let the comment slide. "We should get going", I said, "We want to be able to open that safe tonight". As we were walking home I noticed a man following us. "Thena we're being", I whispered to her then giggled. "Then why are you giggling", she whispered back. "So he won't know that we've noticed him",  I replied. "I've got a better idea", she said grabbing my hand. He followed us closely, "Whatever you're doing better be rational". Then she stopped and bent to write serving on the floor then said something I couldn't hear. The man instantly turned into a huge wolf with majorly sharp fangs. "So you're a smart gosling aren't you" he snarled at us, "You might actually give Kronos a run for his money". "So you just made him shapeshift", I said to her, "How's that supposed to help us". She rolled her eyes, "Now we can see him he's stuck in this form". "Oh", I removed my hairclip that instantly transformed into a large scythe, which I affectionately call Reaper. And swung at it but missed. "Would you be a gentleman and stay still so I can send you straight to your master the hard way", I asked in a mock polite voice. "Oh child my master could use someone like you", he said smoothly, "I'll let you live until my master says otherwise". He then dissapeared in a smoke. "I thought you said he couldn't shapeshift", I screamed at Athena, "What the hell happened". "I have no idea", she screamed back, "I think he teleported or something I should've known". "You know Thena", I said to her, "Maybe we should rest before we deal with anymore of this craziness". "I guess so but you're meeting me tomorrow".

When I got home I was soo exhausted. I tried to stay up enough to open the safe but my body just would not let me. I finally decided to rest on it.

I woke up with a start.  Where the hell am I. Then I realized oh god I'm at the entrance of Tartarus  how did I get here. "Well if it isn't the princess of the dead Andromeda", a voice said. "Wh.. Who's asking", I asked trembling. "As if you didn't know", the voice continued, "You have more power than you realize". "All you need to do is to say just three words", he said "Tartarus has a soft spot for goddesses like you". "I would never turn on my father", I said icily, "Unlike you". "If I remember correctly your father did the same thing to me", he replied, "Along with his treacherous siblings". "They had good reasons", I said back, "You ate them". "And your father ignored you", he said, "I'd think you'd be bitter about that". "That is none of your business", I said annoyed, "I'm not going to help you and soon you'll be forgotten". "Ha have I ever been forgotten", he said laughing, "I've always been here". "The human children learn about me in history", he continued, "They invoke my name without realizing the power". "Help me and you'll never be forgotten". "I'd rather be a cherry blossom that brings joy than suffering that continues to plague us". Then I woke up.
