I wished Cobalt, my hellhound, was here he'd died three months ago. He could've helped me distract Cerberus. I looked out the window, Cerberus was in dog form, guarding the gates. Ugh what to do, what to do. I didn't want to discuss the books in the castle. I know my father has spies everywhere, tge only time I wasn't being watched was when I was topsoil. No monsters could hurt me because, you know I'm a goddess. It made me feel bad that the half-bloods always had to deal with them. I finally gave up and texted Athena.

Me: I'm stuck in the 🏰.
Owlgirl: Why!?!
Me: Dad found out I snuck out. I need to get out of here.
Owlgirl: So you need a plan?

I could almost see the obnoxious smirk on her face.

Me: Yeah. Did you tell Apollo?
Owlgirl: Yeah and I'll be right there I've got a plan.

It better not be crazy. I tiptoed to the  door to check of anyone was there. No one. Good. I gingerly took the book from underneath the bed. I tried to continue deciphering the hyrogliphics but I couldn't concentrate. How am I in anyway related to Tartarus apart from him being my great grand uncle. If that's tge relation then so's Apollo, Ares, Athena, Aphrodite, Hephaestus and the others. I was interrupted by a knock on the door. "Who's there", i asked hurriedly stuffing tge book under the bed. "Its me Athena", the person knocking answered. I sighed, "Come in". "You were supposed to get me out, not get you in". "Would you just trust me", she said. She had a drachma in her hand, she whispered something and tossed it in toutair. "Who are you paying", I asked but I was answered by a rainbow, Iris. "We need your help", Athena asked as the firm of the goddess of rainbows appeared. "What do you need me for", she asked, "Aren't your phones working". "They are, we need a projection", Athena said. "Where are you two sneaking of to", she asked narrowing her eyes. "We just need to go topsoil", I answered. "Make sure I don't get in trouble for this", she said with a sigh, "The two of you seem to enjoy getting into trouble". She waved her hands and identical copies of us formed infront of us. She made them move around and talk. "Now all we need is to sneak out", I said grinning. Athena tossed Iris another drachma before heading to the window.

We were finally on the surface. The fresh air felt nice. But there was no time to enjoy it. I started, "I don't think we could've or rather I could've avoided getting involved with this". She had her full attention on me, here we go.
