ChronoDeku Ending
Izuku's POV
I stared at my flower garden silently, observing Kai who was sitting on the water fountain alone in the garden. He had been spacing out the whole time, and didn't even notice my presence.
Here it comes... Be brave, Izuku. You need to tell him the truth... The truth of your feelings.
Taking a deep breath, I built up the courage to talk to him. Silently, I made my way toward the former yakuza leader. Kai suddenly lifted his head up, signifying that he was aware of my presence.
Kai slowly turned to look at me. I could see the shock written on his face, perhaps not expecting to see me here, standing in front of him.
I gave Kai a small smile and waved a hand at him. "Hey Kai." I started cheerfully. He didn't reply, staying quiet for a few minutes. "...hey." After like forever, he eventually opened his mouth to speak.
"Can I sit here?" I pointed to the empty space beside him. He puzzledly nodded his head. I walked over to him and sat next to him. I could feel his irises eyeing me from head to toe.
"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be sleeping by now...?" Kai asked, obviously perplexed with my sudden change in attitude. My gaze was fixed on the grassy ground. "I can't sleep... But the truth is,there is something important I wanna tell you, Kai." I said, catching his attention.
"... You sound serious. What is te important matter you want to tell me, Izuku?" Kai seemed pretty curious- but there was a hint of anxiousness in his voice too.
I clenched my jaw in hesitation, before standing up from the fountain. I turned to look at him, staring at his masked face. Guilt was clearly showing on my face.
"Izuku... What's wrong?" Kai asked, worry evident in his usually monotonous voice. My lips were quivering lightly because of nervousness.
Woman up, Izuku! Tell him the truth!
Without hesitation anymore, I bowed down to him apologetically. I could hear Kai gasping in confusion. "I want to tell you... About my decision regarding your proposal."
"Kai.... I want to turn down your proposal."
With that, I rose up, straightening my posture back. I could see the hurtful look in his golden eyes, and I was saddened by it.
"Well... I should be expecting this... I had hurt you... I lied to you... I betrayed your trust... It is only necessary for you to reject someone like me—"
'"No, that is not my reason!" I surged forward to Kai and hugged him tightly. It pained me when he talked negative to himself.
"You are right... You betrayed me... You hurt my feelings... But that don't mean I hate you because of what you did in the past, Kai. I always love you. Always... But my love for you is... love as a family member." I confessed my inner feelings to him.
I broke apart from him and cupped his cheeks. "I turned down your proposal... Because I was in love with someone else, not because I hate you. I hope you understand, Kai." I smiled sadly at him. Kai stared at me with frown expression.
"... Of course I understand. If being with the man of your choice will make you happy... Then I won't stop you." Kai uttered those words shakily.
I untangled myself from Kai and said to him, "You are a good man, Kai. I know you will find your soulmate one day. And I hope she will love you sincerely." I gave him a small smile. Kai nodded his head.
I waved a goodbye at him, and left him in the flower garden.
... Now... I need to see him...

In a playground...
Third Person's POV
Hari looked around the playground silently, bringing back memories from his childhood. He could sense the nostalgic sense in the atmosphere.
This playground... He used to come here frequently with Izuku to play here together with her. They both loved this place so much and being the naive, childish kids they were back then, they declared the playground belonged to them.
Looking at his memories back, Hari smiled. He sat down on a blue bench. A sad smile plastered on his handsome face.
'Izuku is still probably talking with Kai... About the marriage. Looks like I really have no chance.' He thought in sadness. Nonetheless, he accepted the reality. He didn't want to stay sad forever. He knew he had to move on.
Hari looked up to the starry sky. It was beautiful. His heart whispered to him quietly.
As the man was absorbed with the beauty of the night, a green-haired young woman walked toward the park. Seeing the man, she smiled from ear to ear.
"Hari!" Izuku called him out joyfully. Shocked to hear the voice belonged to the woman he loved, Hari snapped back into reality. He immediately looked down back and saw her skidding toward him.
Izuku attacked Hari with a tight hug, her slender arms wrapped around his shoulders affectionately. He was completely stupefied to receive the hug.
"Izuku, what are you doing here? I thought you and Kai are..." Hari's sentence dropped there, feeling his heart aching when he wanted to continue it. The greenette broke apart from him and gave him a small smile.
"... I discussed with him about the marriage proposal... And... Well, I..." Izuku gripped his shoulders lightly.
"I turned him down, Hari."
Words couldn't describe how astonished Hari was. His eyes blinked a few times, still processing every single word she uttered.
"...why... Did you do that...? Didn't you... Love Kai?" The arrow-headed man still had doubt lingering in his mind. Izuku chuckled nervously. "You are right... I love him. But just as family though...
"...because there was another man I love... Whom I want to spend the rest of my life with...."
Hari felt his heart skipped a beat. His face gradually turned bright scarlet. Izuku inched closer to his feature. Her eyes were squeezed close
Before Hari realized it, their lips were connected together. Izuku sat on his laps, her arms locked around his neck.
She swirled her tongue around his slick one, deepening the kiss they shared. He stared at her with wide eyes, surprise and confused.
Izuku broke the kiss with saliva attaching their lips. Faint pink shades tinted on her face. She averted he gaze from meeting his, shyly looking away from him. "Izuku..." He said her name in disbelief.
"I-I know this might sound weird.. Coming from me but... " Building up the courage to look up to him back, she uttered those words that almost made Hari shed tears.
"... I love you, Hari."
A genuine happy smile graced her beautiful freckles-covered face. Hari let out a gasp of shock. But it was quickly replaced with a very wide smile of joy.
"I-I love you too, Izuku... I love you so much." Hari pulled Izuku into a tight hug. He buried his face in her shoulder, soft sobbing, could be heard by Izuku.
"...thank you... For accepting me, Izuku... Thank you... For choosing me..." He said in bliss, enjoying this memorable moment to his heart content.
Izuku chuckled and patted his broad back. "Thank you for loving me, Hari."
Several months later...
A few weeks after the confession, Izuku got engaged with Hari. At first, Kai was bitter with it. He couldn't accept the fact his former right hand man— also his childhood friend — and his rival would become the husband of the woman he loved.
Yet, he didn't oppose. With a heavy heart, he told Hari to make Izuku happy for her entire life. Of course, Hari made an oath to make Izuku happy.
Pops and the rest of the members didn't object her choice at all. Toya, Shin and Rappa — three men who were secretly in love with her — silently wished her an eternal happiness with him. Although they were sad, they accepted the truth with open heart and moved on
It had been a few months since they, Hari and Izuku got engaged. And today, she has a good news to share with everyone.
Izuku stared at the pregnancy test she held in her hand. She covered her mouth with her palm, resisting the urge to scream.
The result of the test was positive.
Izuku was pregnant with Hari's child.
Out of extreme happiness, Izuku stormed out of the bathroom. Hari, who was in the living room with Pops, Eri, Kai and other yakuzas, all were shocked to see her suddenly rushing into the living room.
"Izuku, what is the matter?" Hari asked his fiancee worriedly. Izuku threw herself at him, giggling non stop. Everyone in the room was curious about her weird attitude.
"Hari... We did it... We did it... W-we are going to be parents." Izuku confessed, tears rolling down her soft cheeks. Every single person - including Hari - gasped in surprise mix with joy.
"Wait, are you really—" But Hari's sentence was cut off mid-way.
"Yes! I did the test and it's positive! Grandpa, you will have a great-grandchild! Eri will be the aunt!! And there will be a new addition to the yakuza family, everyone!" Without hesitation, Izuku announced the big news to them.
The members started to shower her with words of congratulations, even Kai. He seemed quite pleased with the news too.
Hari hugged his fiancee lovingly, feeling very happy with the announcement.
"Thank you for carrying my child, love." He whispered those sweet words into her ear. Izuku chuckled, leaning her head on his chest.
"Thank you for realizing my dream to build a happy family with you, sweetheart..."
