What did Tenten mean by Sasori being a lost cause?

So the old woman and pink haired girl I saw earlier are named Sakura and Lady chiyo? I inwardly scoffed to myself. They don't even look that tough.

Sasori can handle them!

..but then again..Tenten also said that Lady Chiyo knows about Sasori's puppets..mpf..now I'm even more worried.. I have to do something! And quickly!
