(Y/N) pov:

Finally reinforcements are here the battle is won. Although the majority of the enemies are already slaughtered by my hands, but this will secure their defeat.

Izuku was holding onto my back tightly still shaken up by seeing me shot in the head not too long ago. I gently wrapped my tail around him to provide some comfort as I continued to stare down the two remaining villains in front of us.

Shigaraki: Aw man, they're here. It's game over now. Shall we go home and try again Kurogir--?

Before he could finish speaking at least three more bullets pierced his body in various locations as more bullets soon followed. However, the rest of them were blocked by the mist man shielding his injured comrade with his body. I could see his mist moving to Nomu's lifeless body, so I quickly ran forward and grabbed the body before moving back.

I could tell he was glaring at me as his yellow eyes narrowed when they met mine. I just chuckled holding up the body of my fallen foe while grinning at them.

(Y/N): My... trophy.

Thirteen then used her Quirk pulling them towards the rest of the heroes while the mist man attempted to resist.

Shigaraki: I may have failed this time, but we'll be back for you, (Y/N). You'll make a perfect replacement for Nomu. I guess we just have to beat you into submission first.

I already have a great king and I'd rather die than be forced to serve you.

I glared at him before spitting a large amount of acid at them, but before it could reach them they disappeared. Thirteen stopped her Quirk as I stared at my acid melting the spot they were once on.

The enemy wants me? This isn't good that means they'll have their eyes on Izuku as well. But with Nomu's memories I might be able to find their base and launch an attack before they can.

Izuku: (Y/N)?

My king's voice pulled me from my thoughts and what made me concerned about him was how his voice sounded broken. I turned around to face him which allowed me to clearly see the sadness and fear in his eyes. I unwrapped my tail from around him before dropping Nomu's body and bringing Izuku into a comforting hug. He quickly responded by wrapping his arms around my neck and crying into my shoulder.

Izuku: I...I t-thought you *sob* d-died.

I moved one of my hands to rub the back of his head as I mentally spoke to him.

(Y/N): I only stopped moving because of the numerous memories I took in all at once. After the first two bullets my skin became resistant to it, so the bullet to my head merely broke on contact with me, see?

I gestured to the bullet that hit my head which was on the ground shattered in many pieces. This seemed to only slightly calm him down as he continued to hold onto me tightly. With nothing else to do I just lied down on the ground still holding onto Izuku, as I gently rocked us using my tail while rubbing his head. The rocking and head pats seemed to have put him to sleep as his body went limp and his breathing became even.

How do you comfort a human from a near death experience? Maybe some delicious snacks and a nice warm bed will help him, so let's head home!

With the new objective of making Izuku emotionally better I used my tail to push myself back onto my feet. I held Izuku securely in one arm while picking up Nomu's body with the other.

???: Hey you, drop that immediately!

While I was busy thinking of a plan to make Izuku feel better I didn't notice a few humans approaching us. The three humans were wearing blue clothes with a black vest and their yelling made me consider them possible threats to us. With Izuku asleep he was vulnerable to attacks, so they were getting way too close for comfort.

???: Didn't you hear me? I said drop the body!

The human placed his hand on my arm that was holding Nomu and that's what finally made me retaliate. I wrapped my tail around Nomu before using my now free hand to shove the human away. But what I didn't expect was for him to be launched a few feet back.

I didn't use that much strength. Are these humans just that weak? Unless Nomu's strength added to my own along with every other one of his Quirks. Yeah, that's probably what happened.

The remaining two humans looked shocked before getting into combat positions.

???: Put your hands--

Before I could slaughter the two humans All Might quickly approached and placed his hand on the human's shoulder interrupting him.

All Might: Hey, hey, hey! There's no need for anymore violence.

They both stopped and turned around to face the Symbol of Peace who had a smile on his face.

???: All Might?!

All Might: Thank you for coming to the scene so quickly officers! But what seems to be the problem here?

???: This thing refused to drop the body when ordered to and just assaulted another officer.

When the human finished speaking All Might turned to me with a small amount of disappointment in his eyes.

All Might: (Y/N), there is no excuse for you to lash out at someone without reason, especially an officer.

(Y/N): But I did have a reason. That human first attempted to give me an order right before placing his hand on my arm. And since Izuku is asleep he's more susceptible to attacks, so I'm on full alert until he awakens once more. Besides, I didn't know him and Izuku always tells me "Stranger danger", so I reacted to protect Izuku and myself from the danger of a stranger.

He just sighed before he leaned forward and whispered in my ear.

All Might: We'll talk about this later, but for now I'll distract the officers while you escape. Also leave the body here, we don't need anyone reporting you for suspicious activity.

I just gave him a confused look as I tilted my head. This seemed to amuse him as he patted my head before reaching into his pocket and taking out a treat. I gladly accepted the snack, but I was still confused on what he meant.

What's so suspicious about a body that isn't even human?

Once I finished the snack he turned the two humans around and began to walk away while holding onto their shoulders.

All Might: Hey, could you two follow and assist me in securing the area?

???: But--

All Might: Please, we must ensure the villains are gone and that the students are uninjured and safe!

They soon stopped protesting and followed All Might to search for any villains or injured students.

Well, time to go home and make Izuku feel better.

I dropped Nomu's body, but I wasn't going to leave without a trophy to show my victory. So I used my sharp claws to slice his head off making some blood pour out the neck and pool around the body. I grabbed the severed head before running towards the exit making sure I held on tight to Izuku. Even with my quick movement he remained sleeping peacefully in my arms.

What food will be good and worthy of consumption by my king? Maybe Inko can help me on this task once we return home.

In a few seconds we went through the exit and where now outside with the rest of the class. I skidded to a halt slightly breaking the concrete beneath my feet. The noise got the attention of Ashido, Tsu and Uraraka who ran and tackled me in a group hug when they saw us. But thanks to my strength I was able to remain standing as I wrapped my tail around them returning the embrace.

Ochaco: (Y/N), are you alright?!

Mina: We saw you fight all those villains and that giant creature!

Tsuyu: Are you injured at all?

I tried to reassure them I was fine by giving them a smile while nodding my head. This didn't seem to reassure them as they began to check my body for any wounds, but when they touched my sides it tickled causing me to slightly chuckle. They stopped and stared at me wide-eyed never hearing me make a sound other than growls or hisses. From the corner of my eye I saw Mina smirk as she began to tickle my sides. It took a lot for me not to drop Izuku due to the laughter, but I managed to hold them in. Tsu and Uraraka both watched on intrigued to see if Mina could make me laugh.

Mina: What's the matter, (Y/N)? Are you ticklish?

She continued to tickle my sides as I gave her a defiant look while I held in my laughter from escaping. I used my tail to wrap around her left hand and lift her away from me finally ending her onslaught of tickling. I looked down at Izuku right as he opened his eyes and look into mine.

Izuku: (Y/N)?

He raised his head up and looked around confused not knowing where he was until he finally remembered what happened.

Izuku: Are you ok, (Y/N)?! Do you have any injuries?!

He got out of my arms and began to pat my body for any injuries. Just like when the other three did it I began to slightly chuckle when he touched my sides.

Mina: Midoriya, where did you come from?

He stopped inspecting me and instead looked up at Mina who was still hanging in the air by my tail.

Izuku: (Y/N) was carrying me, but why are you hanging in the air by his tail.

Mina: Well I was tickling his sides trying to make him laugh, but he stopped me before I could succeed.

Izuku: Oh, (Y/N) could you put her down please?

I complied and gently placed her back on her feet before sitting next to Izuku's feet. I then used my tail to wrap around and hide Nomu's head from their sight.

Ochaco: He's really obedient to you, huh?

He gently rubbed my head as I leaned into his hand and purred.

Izuku: I guess so, are you three okay?

Tsuyu: Yes, (Y/N) fought the majority of the villains so none came after us. He seemed really determined to win especially against the thing that tried to attack you.

My king then turned his head to me with a smile on his face and happiness in his eyes.

Izuku: You did a great job, (Y/N). I'm proud of you.

Those words nearly made me cry as my eyes filled with tears, but I refused to let them fall. Izuku saw the state I was in causing him to giggle before opening his arms wide inviting me into a hug. I quickly wrapped my arms around him and lifted him up causing a small laugh to escape from him. Everyone else watched on amused as I slightly danced in place with Izuku in my arms and my tail wagging.

My king is proud of me! I feel like I can die in peace now, but if I die Izuku will be alone so I'll die later. If only my family could see me now, stronger than before and caring for someone so kind.

Before we could start our journey home Izuku insisted we walk together instead of me getting us there almost instantly. So here we were walking home side by side with Izuku holding my leash as I walked on all fours beside him.

Izuku: Sometimes you have to stop and smell the roses.

There was a huge collection of flowers to our left, so I stopped walking and stared. Izuku came to a halt as well confused on why I stopped. I went up to the flowers and buried my face into a collection of them. They were bright red and smelled of lemons. Izuku lightly tugged on my leash making me move back to his side with four flowers stuck in my hair. He just giggled before taking the flowers out of my hair and carefully placing them back.

Izuku: Not literally (Y/N), it means taking time to recognize the daily moments that bring us joy in life. Like right now our walk back home brings me joy. What about you?

(Y/N): Every time I'm with you brings me great joy even laying by your feet as you do something brings me joy. I'm glad you found me all those years ago, Izuku.

He seemed surprised by my answer, but soon a smile replaced that surprise as he crouched down and hugged me.

Izuku: Me too.

He soon pulled away and we continued our peaceful walk back home with smiles on our faces.

"Joy" a word I'm not too familiar with, but I feel the time I spend with Izuku has given me a clear understanding of what this word means. Hopefully he'll teach me more.

We made it home not too long after as the sun was setting making the area around us glow orange. Izuku opened the door and let go of my leash allowing me to run inside and wait for him in the living room. He just smiled while closing the door and taking off his shoes.

Izuku: We're home!

Inko soon came out of the kitchen with a bowl that had my name on it filled with perfectly cooked meat and rice.

Inko: Welcome home, here you go (Y/N).

She placed the bowl in front of me and I immediately began to devour the contents. Inko rubbed my head before walking back to get Izuku's food. My king went to his room to change as I finished cleaning my bowl of any food.

I guess I should save the plan on cheering up Izuku for another time. He seemed to be doing alright, but I should still keep an eye out for anything.

I soon got up with my bowl and made my way to the kitchen to wash it. Izuku soon came out of his room and into the kitchen as I began to wash my bowl. Izuku was already half way done with his food when Inko began to speak with him.

Inko: So how was school today for you two.

Izuku: O-Oh, uh-uh it w-went great.

Inko began to stare at him intensely as he tried to stutter out a response. I was finished washing my bowl, so I decided to help Izuku explain the day to his mother.

(Y/N): Don't worry Izuku I'll explain the day to your mother.

He began to desperately signal me no, but it was too late as I already unwrapped my tail from Nomu's head and showed it to both of them. They both stopped and stared at the severed head unmoving. The silence went on for a few more seconds until it's mouth fell open making the tounge fall out. This made them lay their heads on the table seemingly passed out.

Oh, you two must be tired. Don't worry I shall make sure to get you to your beds and secure your food within the cold box.

I placed the head on the floor before moving to the table and picking Inko up in my arms. I then made my way to her room using my tail to open the door and pull the sheets back from her bed. I  gently laid her on the bed before putting the covers on her. I nudged her head with mine just like how my mother did when she put me and my siblings to sleep when we were chestbursters.

Sweet dreams, mistress.

I quietly left the room and closed the door before making my way to the kitchen for Izuku. He was still passed out, so I picked him up in my arms and made my way to his room. I used my tail once again to open the door and pull the covers off his bed before gently laying him on the bed. I covered him in the blankets once more before hugging him and rubbing my head with his.

Sleep well, my king. I shall return soon.

I exited the room leaving the door slightly open since I will come back to guard him once I finished securing their food. I entered the kitchen to see Nomu's head staring at me still on the floor.

(Y/N): You're... still angry... about me... killing you?

He didn't respond.

(Y/N): Where... were you... made?

His head fell to the side still unresponsive. A few coughs escaped me since my throat still isn't used to speaking.

Maybe more practice speaking could help.

I grabbed both of their plates of food and opened the cold box's door with my tail allowing me to place them inside. Once the food was safe inside I closed the door and picked up Nomu's head before heading back to Izuku's room.

You want to know something, Nomu?

He didn't respond.

Your brain tasted weird like a mixture of different things. Your masters are now hunting me and my king. And now I have to find and kill them to keep Izuku safe.

He didn't respond. I opened the door to Izuku's room and silently closed it behind me. He was still asleep so I rolled the head under the bed before climbing into bed with my king. He unconsciously turned and hugged my tail as I patted his head.

I wonder what tomorrow will have in store for me and my king.

Izuku told me we didn't have school for a while because of the attack, so here we were in his room with me relaxing and him lifting a dumbbell. He was lifting it with one hand while rubbing my head with the other as I curled up on his bed. A knock on his door made him stop and made me lift my head to the door.

Inko: Izuku, (Y/N)...?

Izuku: Yes?

(Y/N): *hiss*

She opened the door allowing us to see each other.

Inko: The food's ready.

Izuku: Thanks, we'll be right there.

A smile appeared on her face before she left. Izuku put down the dumbbell and got up motioning for me to follow him. I got up and followed him out the room ready to eat Inko's delicious food.

Inko: Today, we're having pork cutlet bowls!

I began to eat my portion of the food and it tasted heavenly.

We were now in homeroom with me sitting by Izuku's feet as he rubbed my head.

Toru: Hey, did you watch the news last night?

Mashirao: Yes.

Toru: Did you see how everyone in class was on-screen for a second? I didn't stand out at all...

I slowly blocked out the conversation and focused on the nice feeling of Izuku's hand on my head. I almost went to sleep. I say "almost" because the small grape human screamed preventing me from achieving my slumber.

Minoru: Stop that, Sero!

I refused to get up because of him so I slowly extended my tail out.

Minoru: Just thinking about it's making me wet myself--

*Slam*

I smacked him with my tail finally silencing the deafening sounds of his crying. Izuku removed his hand which caused me to open my eyes to see what was wrong. Apparently he was worried about the grape human as he looked at me with surprise and a stern expression.

Izuku: (Y-Y/N), why did you do that?!

(Y/N): Reflex.

I grabbed his hand and placed it on my head once more as I looked up at him with puppy eyes. His expression faltered as he continued to look into my eyes until he just sighed and continued to pat my head. While he did this a small smile appeared on his face as he whispered to himself.

Izuku: You always act cute when you want something.

Rikidou: But man, did you see (Y/N) fight all those villains? He took care of all those crazy strong villains by himself.

While I appreciate the praise human the majority of those villains were weak compared to me. The only strong ones there were the mist man, Nomu, and the human with hands.

Fumikage: Yes, his strength seemed to be on par with the dark creature.

Rikidou: Midoriya.

Izuku: Yes?

Rikidou: Could you tell me what species (Y/N) is?

This seemed to get everyone's attention as they quieted down waiting for my king's answer. Even Katsuki seemed interested.

Rikidou: In the observation room All Might said he gained a Quirk turning him human, so what was he before?

Izuku: O-Oh, I--

Before he could finish Iida ran to the front of the class screaming.

Tenya: Everyone! Morning homeroom is about to start! Stop talking and take your seats!

If I'm not mistaken you're the only one speaking and not seated.

Apparently I wasn't the only one who thought that as someone shouted that he was the only one speaking and not seated. Iida sat in his seat slightly shaking as he clenched his fists.

Tenya: Shoot!

Ochaco: Don't worry about it.

Everyone went back to their own things as they seemed to have forgotten about the human's question. Izuku let out a sigh of relief as he continued to pet me as he took out a snack and fed me.

Mina: Tsu who's...

She almost fell back but Tsu caught her chair as she continued her question. I also smelled a familiar scent of cats and a hint of fruit come closer.

Mina: ...gonna teach homeroom today?

The scent was closer now as I raised my head to the door.

Tsuyu: Well, Mr. Aizawa is supposed to be in the hospital recovering from his injuries...

The door opened directing everyone's attention there as I stretched my body.

Aizawa: Morning.

All: Mr. Aizawa, your back too soon.

Denki: You're too much of a pro!

Tenya: So you're all right, Mr. Aizawa?

Obviously not he's still wrapped in bandages.

Ochaco: Can you really call that "all right"?

He made it to the front of the class before he began to speak once more.

Aizawa: My well-being doesn't matter. More importantly, the fight is not yet over.

I immediately stood up prepared and ready for battle. Izuku grabbed my leash to make sure I didn't go an a rampage through the school searching for villains.

Aizawa: The U.A. sports festival is drawing near.

I lied back down not caring but everyone else seemed to care as they screamed.

All: That's a super normal school event!

Denki: Wait!

Kyouka: Is it okay to have a sports festival so soon after the villains snuck inside?

If you show the enemy that their attack has broken your morale then you appear weak to both future allies and enemies. This will lead to vulnerability to future attacks. But show that the attack has failed and has instead strengthened your resolve then you shall appear strong.

Aizawa: Apparently, they think of it as U.A showing that our crisis management system is solid as a rock by holding the event. Security will also be strengthened to five times that of previous years. Above all, our sports festival is a huge chance. It's not an event to be cancelled because of a few villains. If you expect to go pro, then the path to your future will open up at this event. One chance a year a total of three chances. No aspiring heroes can afford to miss this event. If you understand that, then don't slack off on your preparations!

All: Yes, sir!

Aizawa: Homeroom is dismissed.

But I don't aspire to be a hero the only reason I'm here is because Izuku wants to be a hero. If he chooses to be a villain instead then I'd gladly follow him.

All our classmates began to speak of how excited they are about this upcoming event. Now that I'm looking around I noticed an interesting human. His head reminded me of a rock, and I don't think I heard him speak since the first day of school.

Izuku: Everyone's so into it.

Tenya: You're not? We have enrolled here to become heroes, so of course we would get fired up!

Tsuyu: Iida you have a unique way of getting fired up. It's weird.

I moved over to Tsu and Ashido leaving Izuku to have a conversation with Iida. They both saw me approach which put smiles on their faces as they both began to pet me. I leaned into their hands but I turned my eyes to the rock human.

Mina: Hm, what is it (Y/N)?

They both turned to where I was looking allowing them to see the rock human as well. When he noticed us looking at him he quickly turned away seemingly embarrassed.

Tsuyu: Are you interested in speaking with, Kouda?

The human's name is Kouda? He kinda reminds me of Izuku in a way, so he should like hugs, too.

I turned back to her and nodded.

Tsuyu: Well he seems really shy, so you might not get too much of a conversation.

I got up and hugged both of them lifting them in the air. They returned the embrace, but I could see some red on their cheeks as we continued the embrace.

Izuku: (Y/N), we're going to lunch now come on.

I placed both humans down and patted their heads before following Izuku to the cafeteria. But before we left I could see the red on their cheeks turn even brighter.

As we were walking to the cafeteria I was carrying Izuku on my back as he spoke to Uraraka and Iida.
I didn't really pay too much attention only learning that she's becoming a heroine to earn money to help her parents.

It's a noble cause to want to care for your family. At least it's a better reason than mine I'm only here for Izuku, so I have no intention or motivation to help people.

Iida clapping loudly while screaming took me out of my thoughts.

Tenya: Bravo! Uraraka, Bravo!

Not knowing why he was clapping I just clapped along except mine were louder and faster making the sound echo. Uraraka thanked us for the claps just before All Might came running around the corner.

All Might: Young Midoriya and (Y/N) are here!

Izuku: All Might? What's the matter?

All Might: Lunch.

He then held up a blue cloth covering a box in one hand and a small bag of treats in the other.

All Might: Wanna eat together? How about it?

Izuku: We'd love to. Let's go, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Actually my king I would like to go do something.

I couldn't see his face since he was on my back, but I could feel his hold on me tighten for some reason. His voice even sounded a little different.

Izuku: What are you going to do?

(Y/N): Inspect something that caught my attention earlier, if you don't mind my absence.

He got off my back and stood in front of me giving me a closed eye smile as he answered.

Izuku: Sure, just be safe.

He then quickly left with All Might as I watched slightly confused by his changed behavior.

Guess he can't wait to spend time with his role model. I know I'd like to spend time with someone I find interesting. Speaking of which time to find that rock human.

I began to walk to the cafeteria not noticing the human watching me from around the corner of the hallway.
