Chapter II
You'll never guess who Jack is based on. *cough*jacksepticeye*cough*
His bright green hair is coming. Don't you worry.

I stepped out from backstage. Jack looked over at me and waved me over. I climbed onto the stage and walked over to him. "What?"
Jack pointed to the crowd. "We've got one more song to do. I did a drum solo while you were back there."
"That's good. Logan wants our help," I said, taking my violin off my belt again.
Logan shot me a look that clearly meant, 'Really?' I chuckled and shook my head. "Alright, one more song."
Jack did a drum roll, his drumsticks moving faster than I could keep track of. "Shall I dubstep it?"
I nodded and placed the bow on the strings. A long note gradually got higher in pitch. Jack started to drum a show beat.
I held the highest note for one second... two. Then changed to a faster trill. I heard the instant Jack started warping the music. It started with his drums, making a loud drop in the beat.
We kept adding to it, making it up as we went. Everyone was either listening intently or dancing wildly. Logan watched us with a raised eyebrow, obviously noticing that Jack was openly using his power while I fought to hold mine back. I couldn't blame mine on modern technology.
Jack did one last drop and warped my note that, even though I'd played a continuing one, dropped into an end note. He raised his drumsticks in the air as the crowd cheered. I grinned and bowed.
Jack started taking apart his drums without waiting for my help. I walked over to help him.
"So what did your friend want help with?" Jack asked without looking up.
"He didn't say exactly, but I insisted you come with. Your power could be helpful," I said.
Jack nodded. "Okay. I'm assuming my drums won't come?"
I paused, looking at the full drum set. "Uh... probably not."
Jack sighed and lifted up one side of the drums. "Ah well. I'll have to use other things."
I lifted up the other side of the drums and we started carrying them out to his car. It was a miracle that he could fit his drums into the trunk. It was a process though. Lots of twisting, turning, and maneuvering was required to make everything fit.
Logan had apparently followed us outside, and was watching us from the wall of the Old Hound. I wasn't surprised to see a cigar hanging out of the corner of his mouth either. I didn't think much of his habit. I suppose being unable to get cancer was what kept him going.
Jack slammed the truck shut and the whole back of the car bounced. He cringed. "Don't break, don't break," he muttered to himself.
When the car stayed in one piece he sighed in relief. His reaction made me laugh and he grinned at me.
We walked over to Logan. I waved some smoke out of my face when we stood next to him.
"We're going to the airport," Logan said, taking the cigar out of his mouth and blowing out some smoke.
Jack frowned. "Airport? We're not staying in Ireland?"
Logan sighed and gave him a reproachful look. "I came all the way here from America to get Gallia and she insisted you come, so you're coming. I won't complain if you stay here though."
Jack shook his head. "No. Where Gallia goes, I go."
I punched his arm. "Stalker," I teased.
"Sshh," he hissed. "You'll blow my cover."
Logan rolled his eyes. "You two can take your car. I'm taking mine."
As soon as Logan was in his car, Jack and I exchanged looks. We both started laughing. Instantly.
Logan was at the airport before us. We found him waiting just inside the main doors. He didn't have his usual cigar, but that was probably just because the airport was a no smoking zone.
He handed Jack and I each a one-way ticket to New York, New York, USA. The flight was going to leave in half an hour.
Jack headed toward the bathroom. "I need to pee. I'll meet you two at our terminal."
Logan sighed. "Alright. Fine. Come on Tenor."
I paused and looked at Logan. "Tenor? Is that me?"
Logan paused, he looked like he wanted to take back what he said. "Uh... yeah. That's your name in the future. You start calling yourself Tenor."
It had a nice ring to it. I could see why I'd chosen it as well. It fit me. "I like it. Let's head to the terminal before Jack gets there and wonders where we went."
We both started toward the terminal. Logan led me a roundabout way, letting us skip over security. I knew it was because his adamantium bones would trigger the metal detectors. That would make for an awkward situation.
We sat down in the chairs that were there. The place was almost completely empty. The only other people besides us were on the opposite side of the room. The walkway to the right however was packed with people.
We'd been sitting for fifteen minutes, and I was starting to worry about Jack, when I saw a green head of hair walking through the crowd. The bright, neon green caught my attention and I watched. Only when the person exited the crowd did I realize it was Jack.
I started laughing, and Logan rolled his eyes.
"Really Jack?" Logan asked, scowling.
Jack grinned and stopped in front of us. Puffing his newly dyed hair with his hands like a lady showing off a new hairstyle. "Isn't it gorgeous?" he asked in a high pitched voice.
I laughed and stood up. "It's beautiful Jack."
Jack bowed, still grinning. "Thank you my lady," he said, with playful mockery in his voice.
Logan groaned. "Everyone within a mile radius will know we're coming."
"Hey, Miss Purple here isn't exactly inconspicuous," Jack pointed out. "No offense Gallia."
I chuckled and ran a hand through my hair, knowing full well that its bright purple drew lots of curious looks. "None taken."
Logan said something in a low voice that I didn't catch.
Jack shot him a quick glare. "Hey, that's no way to talk around a lady."
Logan rolled his eyes. "Nobody in this century cares."
"Flight 104 leaving for New York, New York, in the United States of America is departing in five minutes," a lady's happy voice said over the speaker system. "Please start boarding immediately."
"We'll save that conversation for later," Jack said, looking mildly confused about Logan's century comment. "We don't want to miss our flight."
