4 years later

Ianthe is still grateful everyday for the results of the trail. When Tank and Ansel left they promised to come back and visit soon.
  She began unwrapping deserts, in eagerness. She missed seeing her Lucy and was excited that she was coming home for her birthday. After her wedding with Will, she hadn't had much time to see her family and was excited to do so.
   Lydia had told Thorne about the encounter with Eugene, and apologized for not giving him her full attention. Ofcourse, Thorne just brushed this off but it made them closer. They had gotten to where they had brought out the best in each other. Perhaps, Thorne was her prince after all.
Ianthe needed to be around them now more than ever with Lydia being 2 months pregnant with her and Thornes child. Alec and Magnus had come over for a week to celebrate and Thornes friends had screamed with delight.

"Ya know, ianthes a great name," Ianthe told them, wanting the child to be like her.

"No can do, it's a boy," Thorne spoke with a huge grin.

"Great a mini Thorne," Harley spoke with a laugh. "Got any names?"
Thorne grinned, as did Lydia as she spoke.

  "Eugene," Ianthe felt a sense of happiness knowing that Eugene would live on forever and Thorne had given Lydia something she always wanted. "I....I think it's the perfect name," she spoke as Thorne squeezed her shoulder in agreement. Lydia looked up at him and smiled and Ianthe fake gaged as she kissed him.

     J and Clacey were still dating and we're now stronger than ever. He even bought her a promise ring.
Merwin was the captain of the basketball team-for the boys- after removing girls basketball she proved herself worthy of being able to play on any team and is now the star player. Daniel teases her saying, she wears the pants in the relationship. Merwin couldn't wait to see Lucy, she said it was hard to not see her every day like she use't to.
Jermone was the first one to arrive to help set up, saying he wanted his girls day to be special.     He had really grown since the last she had seen him, his scrawny arms had turned to muscle and he naturally just looked happier. Which Lucy did to, her hair had grown longer and she wore less makeup, and the curves she was always insecure of are now her confidence booster.
Jermone and Lucy's relationship had only grown in the last years and was slowly evolving into something more.

"Hey!" Lucy spoke as she entered.

Lucy
First I was attacked as mom hugged me, I laughed as she squeezed my guts out. J grinned at me as he held Claceys hand. Rowan was trying to force tears not to come out and Joker was laughing with delight. Aunt Lydia waved at me from the couch, where her an Thorne sat, I grinned and rubbed my stomach as I smiled at her baby bump that was getting bigger every time I came. Ianthe and Will  began bringing me presents, Merwin hugged me and pulled me to a seat.

"I've missed you so much," we both say in sequence. I laugh at how amazing our bond was.

"My sister is captain of the ball team, I couldn't be prouder of you," I tell her and she grins. We begin catching up with all the drama of her senior year and my sophomore years at college. "How's Daniel?" I ask, only to have her blush.

"We're doing great Lu,we uh....are as close as we can be" I hold in my gasp as she grins. "It's not a big deal we only did it a couple of times,"

"Merwin, it's a big deal, you all are in love and....I'm so happy you did it with the right person," Merwin gasps and looks at the door. As Amber enters, we both ran and hugged her. Her hair now in a short bob was one of the newest and cutest things I've ever seen.
Since her grandfather passed away, she's had it rough, I'm glad she came to have fun with us. Happiness fills me at seeing my friends again. Jermone stands in a corner trying to stay out of my way, I can't help but look twice and hope he doesn't notice. My eyes flicker back and motion him forward. I'm so glad he's here to.

Amber
Overall, the last week was rough. I had 2 exams coming up and my grandfather was gone. It killed me seeing my father mourn as he held me.
As I walked to my apartment, I couldn't help but smile as I was happy to get to see my friends and celebrate with them. The whole squad was there and I'm so happy that we all stayed close. Well except James, we never see him anymore,but I try not to think about that.
I decided to go to "Starbucks" I recently started drinking coffee to keep myself awake to study for exams. Although eating cake at Lucy's, will keep me up, I still wanted my coffee.
The door made the ring of a bell noise as I entered. It wasn't very crowded besides a group of friends- which reminded me of the squad, and I just saw them but it filled me with nostalgia and made me miss them more. I can never have enough time with them- and a boy in the corner was all that was there. My eyes flickered back to the boy in the corner, I tried to tell myself that I was overthinking, he wasn't someone I knew. Seeing my friends brought back memories of James, that was all. He wasn't here, why would he be here?!

"James," I whisper, the boys hair was cropped short, Unlike James long locks, but he had the lip ring, the same lip ring as before. "James Potter?!" I scream, not caring who heard. He looked up and the his eyes locked mine.

"Amber?" He began, I ran over to his table. "It..it is you...hey!"

"Hi," I tell him, he motioned for me to sit. "What brings you here, I thought you were in England?"

"I was but I hate it so I decided to come back and finish school here. How's everything going?"

"Great, I...you still have your accent," he laughs as I grin. "I never thought I'd see you again," I whisper.

"I'm so glad our paths crossed.....Here, I'll buy you a coffee and we can catch up," he spoke as he got up and went to the counter. I couldn't help but smile; I was finally getting a happy ending.

Clacey
Once Lucy left, J seems fidgety. Our relationship was growing stronger by the day, regardless of the rumors people spread;saying that J was not enough for me, that I'm just babysitting. Then others that said J was too sweet for me and that I was useless. I don't think J fully understands these things, he just laughs and says "th...they....theyr....they're si..silly," I just try to block them out. People judge things they don't understand and it's stupid. They annoy me so much.

"Clacey," I look over to see J, I was surprised at how smooth the word came out and he said it so seriously that his voice dropped, sending a chill down my spine.

"Hey, my man," I say as he grins.

"My...mmm...my man..sh...she..as...said," he muttered to himself. He came and grasped my hands. His thumb tracing over the promise ring he gave me our senior year. Harley thought J wasn't ready for college, and Rowan thought he could go to a local college and still be around us. Merwin thinks it's up to J and that he'll have an awesome life either way, And I agree with her.
J bent down, it didn't hit me until he got on one knee, and I screamed "yes" as I kissed his sweet lips.

Lucy

As the night came to an end, I dreaded going back and leaving my family.

"I love you all," I say, resulting in mom hugging me again.

"We're so glad we got to see you," Ianthe spoke with a smile. She was going so much better with Will, she was happy and she deserved it. J and Clacey left to go on a date and Amber had to leave early to get home, she lives 2 hours away, she called me about an hour later telling me of how she ran into James Potter. I smiled at the excitement in her voice, she was happy and eager, I haven't heard her like that in a while. Merwin wanted me to sleep with her tonight, like we use't to as sisters. I saw the room and realized how much I missed this place.

  "Hey doll face?" I look up to see Jermone.

"Hey," I reply as he comes and sits down beside Merwin and I.

"What's up redhead?" Merwin spoke and I laughed at her nickname for him.

"I thought I'd give you your gift, I..I didn't want to interrupt you before with everyone so I thought I'd give it to you now,"

"You didn't have to get me anything," I begin only to be interrupted by Merwin.

"It can't beat my gift," she spoke with a cocky voice. I laugh and gesture to the little black pearl earring she gave me which I had in ears.

"Yeah..." Jermone stuttered and I could tell he was stressed. "Here," he spoke handing me a box. I opened it to reveal a ring.

  "Don't you dare propose to her you idiot!" Merwin shrieked.

"No!" Jermone began "it's a promise ring, to prove that I'll always be with you,"

"Awe thank you," I say as Merwin rolled her eyes, I gave her look and she got the hint, and left the room, making some stupid excuse. "But I can't  take this,.." his entire face drops, and I knew I'd have to explain. "Jermone,.."

  "But it can even be that since we're friends, I'll always be with you, I wasn't trying to force you to,..."

"No Jermone, I just don't deserve this," I begin, "I...I rejected you so much before and you still stuck around, like you were always there and...you're just too good for me,"

  "I don't care about anything that happened in high school, if that's what you're referring to. I was clingy and Lucy, if we would have gotten together then, we probably wouldn't be who we are today!" He paused "sorry, now it sounds like I'm saying we're together now"

"We should be," I mutter, but ofcourse he heard. His face lit up.

"Is it ok if..."

"Don't  hesitate, be a man and do it!" I say,slightly joking. 
He then leaned over and kissed me. Though it wasn't what I thought it would be. Since he was hesitant; I was sure he would kiss gently but I was wrong. He kissed me like I was the most important thing in the world, like I was a goddess and he would never be pleased unless he kept kissing me. No man, had ever kissed me with this much passion before.

"Thank you so much Jermone," I say as he pulls away.

He grins; "you have no idea how long I've wanted to do that,"

Today was one of the best days of my life and its not going to end. I plan to fill the future with many more days like this.
