Lilia Vanrouge

Okay, So Lilia's probably going to have the most amount of words dedicated to him, because I genuinely I am obsessed with his character and the little details that surround him.

So if you haven't figured it out yet, or you need a reminder l̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶m̶e̶ that Lilia is not a woman, consider this to be your sign.

Lilia's an OLD man and it makes his character that much better.

One would expect Lilia to suck at modern technology and stuff but it's so funny to me that Lilia is GREAT with modern stuff and Malleus is the true boomer.

Lilia and Malleus "adopted" and raised Silver together (and if you guys have seen the fan-made art and comics for it, BELIEVE me when I say that your heart will swoon).

Practically every time Lilia's shown up in a fanfic with Malleus (or at least according to my experience), there is at least one poke at his inedible wonders of dishes.

At this point, I just want to see Lilia and Yor Forger from Spy x Family face off in a cooking battle and see who can make the worse dish. Of course, Malleus, Silver, and Sebek and Loid, Anya, and Yuri would be the judges (l̶e̶t̶'̶s̶ ̶f̶a̶c̶e̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶I̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶w̶a̶n̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶s̶e̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶m̶ ̶s̶u̶f̶f̶e̶r̶).

Anywho, Lilia is very respected among the fae (especially the dark fae) because of the position he holds and the trust of the royal family he has. It would make sense. After all, the old man's got a bunch of medals for all of his war efforts.

Also, anyone else think that the Queen of the Valley of Thorns is either Maleficent herself or her daughter/granddaughter? It's obvious that Malleus comes from Maleficent's bloodline, but it's unclear exactly how they're related. All I know is that they have a pretty good relationship (Malleus and his grandmother who is the Queen of the Valley of Thorns).

For some reason, I find it insanely funny that Lilia's bangs were burned before because young Malleus breathed fire.

I'm just imagining that chaos in my head and I love it~

If I was in the world of Twisted Wonderland, I would totally befriend Lilia. I mean, it's not everyday you can acquaint yourself with a literal historical figure-

OH AND BEFORE I FORGET!

If you guys have seen the uniform of Diasomnia in detail (you can scroll up to Malleus's section, first picture to see what I'm talking about), you'll notice that there's three silver braid details on each side of the coat. Personally, I think that they look vaguely like peacock feathers.

So, I was looking for another full profile image of Lilia with that coat hanging off his shoulders, but couldn't find one, so HERE'S THIS INSTEAD.

The coat is obviously my favorite part of the whole ensemble, thank you for asking.

I love that fabric that's been bunched together that looks a bit like it might be a part of a jellyfish. Moreover, I love how as it goes down, it looks like it's been eaten by moths and it's just tattered as heck. I think that is a stunning detail and really suits Lilia seeing how old he is and all that jazz.

Also, Diasomnia has a very dark, antique, let's face it, vampire-esque ambience to it, and I absolutely adore it~

Lilia's pink and black hair, coupled with his hair style in general really compliments his uniform, and I don't know how that is possible. But it is. And I'm here for it.

This is by far one of my most favorite picture of Lilia, because of how much it makes me laugh.

Regardless of how playful and fun-loving Lilia is, y'all should keep in mind that he's essentially a war general.

Kinda reminds me of Leviathan from Obey Me, because I lot of people (both in the world of Obey Me and real life) forget that he's the freaking Grand Admiral of Hell's Navy? Same thing more or less with Lilia.

I personally think that this image was the absolute most perfect choice for the fanart image of Lilia. It's got that darkness to it, Diasomnia's traditional neon green and black, but, it's also got that trademark Lilia Vanrouge about it.

The roses are an obvious choice of flowers-

And the lilies seem perfect in this setting as well.

Silver

M̶y̶ ̶s̶l̶e̶e̶p̶y̶ ̶b̶o̶y̶~̶

I love Silver's relationship with Lilia and Malleus, but especially so with Lilia.

Silver (in my eyes anyway) is like the child Aurora from the Maleficent live-action movie. Period.

There was this comic(?) which was fan made about how Lilia was cooking up hell in the kitchen once more, and Sebek just looked freaking traumatized, and Silver was like "GET HIM OUT OF THERE-"

It is still the most fucking funny thing regarding Diasomnia that I can think of right off of the top of my figurative hat.

Silver honestly looks like that one swordsman character from every "historical" isekai manhwa that has every freaking existed-

LIKE I'M SORRY BUT HE DOES-

Now, because I'm at the last chapter of this series, I thought that I'd include four images for Silver and Sebek, so have fun~

Anywho, do you all see why I see him as Aurora? Like Aurora was watched over by Maleficent (in this case Silver being raised by Malleus), and both Silver as well as Aurora have woodland creatures just flock to them on a regular basis-

And Silver's whole sleeping shtick is something that seems both funny and fitting seeing as this whole part of the fandom is twisted from Maleficent's story.

I wanted to include this image because of two things.

1. Silver looks really cool!

2. I LOVE THE KOI DESIGN ON HIS OUTFIT-

I also wanted to include this particular picture for the fanart because I can't imagine anything else.

Sebek Zigvolt

I'm sorry, but I can't stop viewing Sebek as cabin crew in my head, okay?

I honestly like Sebek's character very much.

But I like Sebek's loyalty. That's hard to come across and the passion and determination he has to be a loyal aide to Malleus is admirable.

Despite how very annoying it is.

Also, Sebek, Honey, you're not really successfully rebutting my whole statement that you look like really chic cabin crew.

I swear, the cards in games are one of the best parts, and Twisted Wonderland in particular is no stranger to the most beautiful details I will ever have the pleasure of viewing.

And just look how happy Sebek is to be pouring tea for Malleus~

So, I'm a sucker for guys who play the violin or the piano, but thAT VIOLIN LOOKS A LITTLE WONKY...

And don't even get me started on the bow hold-

BUT!

I am also well aware of how difficult it is to draw figures playing instruments, especially string instruments with bows, as you have to include proper bow hold, posture, etc. So, I can overlook the mistake to some degree.

After all, the artist tried their best, and I can appreciate that!

On that note, the second figure of Sebek with the violin in side view, he actually has a better posture and bow hold than the previous one!

I had to upload this image as well, because I CAN'T GET CABIN CREW SEBEK OUT OF MY MIND AT IT'S BOTH INSANELY HILARIOUS BUT IT'S ALSO STARTING TO GET OLD BUT IT WON'T LEAVE MY MIND-

I'm pretty sure that I mentioned somewhere that I'll be doing the teachers too, but I'm too plumb-tuckered out to even bother, so y'all are going to have to search them up yourselves.

I don't have the energy I used to.

So, I wanted to talk about how I think that all the houses have their own vibes. For example, Octavinelle has that whole 1920s/1930s gangster vibe to it. I mean, have you seen their uniform? And Savanaclaw has the leather grunge thing going on while Diasomnia (as mentioned multiple times in this chapter), had a dark flight attendant thing going on.

So, here's my vibes list for the houses:

1.) Heartslabyul - High-End Street Fashion

2.) Savanaclaw - Leather Grunge

3.) Octavinelle - 1920s/1930s Gangster

4.) Scarabia - Modern/Alternative Middle East

5.) Pomefiore - Medieval European and Oriental Elegant

6.) Ignihyde - 90s Leather

7.) Diasomnia - Dark Flight Attendant

Also, I constantly talked about how there were so few people in each of the dorms, and I find it so embarrassing that I didn't realize that of course there were other students, the students mentioned were simply the main ones-

There's a lot of other things I wanted to say, but then my brain forgot them in 0.1 second-
