The War
The war began sooner than expected. The Panther's forces fell upon the Narnians one Saturday morning. Although taken by surprise, it was amazing how the Narnians rose in combat.
The war waged on the Evening Moon's Alley, and it was probably the most scary war witnessed by Narnia. However, Ariette was not fighting now. She was standing at the top of the cliff where she had first met Robin with Aslan. As she watched the war, Ariette thought," How am I supposed to fight against such strong forces?"
The war had progressed far, but it was in the favour of Robin. Aslan said," Now Ariette , I send you to fight in the Great War of Peace, and may you win!" Ariette inhaled deeply and mounted a horse. She was not very enthusiastic about riding, but she was desperate. The Talking Animals of Narnia surrounded her, and she said," Lets win this war, For Narnia and For Aslan!"
The Narnians cried out ," For Narnia and For Aslan!"so loudly that everybody was surprised. " Charge!"cried Ariette, and they charged towards the battlefield. In a few moments, the battle turned in favour of Narnia and the Narnians began to fight with extraordinary vigour and zeal. There was a clashing swords, cries of men and the occasional growling if bears, leopards and other animals.
As the war progressed far, and when half the underworld had been defeated, Robin revealed herself. She pounced on the Narnians and in no time, a huge number of warriors lay dead. Then Aslan came in sight.
Everybody stood aside to give way to Robin and Aslan. There was dead silence everywhere as the two fought. The two of them were of equal strength, and it seemed that the war would never end. But with a final cry, Aslan pounced on Robin and finished her off.
The Narnians cried out in victory. There were embracing and kissing, but Ariette, who had killed the Panther's right hand, the one who had attacked her, Edith, was nowhere to be found.
