Sheryl's POV

I heard some footsteps approaching me from behind. I turned behind to see who it was and was shocked seeing Queen Vivian who is commonly known as Queen Naagin (female snake). She is the queen of Rhinalia, she's a snake and she's tall, her face always depicting anger. She has a strict, arrogant and adamant personality. She always wears a white crown which symbolizes that she's the queen.

"How dare you steal my precious necklace? It was such a beautiful necklace gifted by the king to me and you have stolen it. I knew you were jealous of me." she said leaving me confused.

"I'm sorry your highness, I've never stolen a single thing from your palace and will never do so even if any difficult situation arises."

"Oh! So now you're trying to save yourself, but no you can't. I know you have stolen my precious necklace." She clapped her hands indicating the soldiers to come. At once they came and put me in chains that were harsher than the previous.

"Your highness, please don't do this to me." I pleaded her but to no avail. The chains caused my capillaries to get destroyed causing blood to flow out.

"Ple....please leave me." I begged them to leave me as it was hurting a lot but no one was ready to listen to me.

Why did all this happen to me? What was my fault? First, due to me crossing the border I was chained and now without any fault of mine, I'm accused of something which I never did. Tears were continuously flowing and even my blood.

They took me to the palace and dumped me in front of the king. Next to him was his advisor Mr. cockroach seated who was staring at me. The queen came and sat on the throne beside the king.

The queen said, "This is the black fairy who has stolen my precious necklace. She should receive severe punishment."

"Please dear king....don't....I haven't robbed anything....this is a false blame put on me"

"So you say that I'm wrong and you're right. The queen is wrong and the slave is right. I'll kill you if another word against me comes from your mouth." she threatened me, fear came over me and I started crying.

"Queen, why are you putting false blame on this innocent fairy...(to soldiers)remove the chains and she may------"he was about to say when he was stopped by the queen.

"No! She has stolen my precious necklace and should be given a punishment"at once the soldiers stepped back.

The king said,"Let it be. I will buy another necklace for you."

"No, I want that same necklace.

Precious necklace's value, what do you know King Reuben.

Your blessings they are, my precious necklace." (translated from Om Shanti Om's famous dialogue)

"Mr.cockroach, what punishment should be given to her?"

"Your highness,she has stolen the precious necklace given to you by the king...which indicates clearly that she's jealous of you. According to me she should be made a slave of yours." the advisor said but I knew he had some other plans in his mind.

"Okay." she clapped and called the Royal Cutter."Her hair shall be cut and from now onwards you are my slave and must listen to me no matter what I tell you"

"Please don't...don't cu....cut my hair.I lov....love..love my hair a lot."they didn't pay heed to my cry and the cutter cut my hair. I caught my fallen hair in my hand and due to magic it disappeared into thin air.

"Even I loved the necklace more than my life"

"Good work. Now you look nice, Black Fairy.(to Royal Cutter)Now you'll be given a reward for doing such a great job. Take this earrings of mine.(giving earrings)From now on they are yours."

"Take her to the slaves room and tie her." the soldiers dragged me to the slaves room. Today, I had seen a helpless King, a cruel Queen and a foolish advisor. I wished someone would come to help me.

"Please give me something to eat....I hav....hav....haven't eaten anything since mor....morning"I begged them but the merciless soldiers didn't even look at me.

"You can't eat anything without the permission of the Queen.So it's better you shut your mouth or else I have to do something very grave......"the soldier said and went away. I kept on crying shedding Sodium chloride and di hydro monoxide. I looked out of the window but to no avail. I could only see the stars in the infinite universe.

Joshua's PoV

The whole day I was thinking about Sheryl. How did she, at one instance take my heart away. I just want that no one should steal her away from me. The most I liked about her was her kind and innocent heart, and the most I loved about her was her long, brown, curled hair. Her thoughts were filled in my cerebrum and my cerebellum couldn't balance my body and my medulla oblongata made my heart beat faster.
