Hi there today I'm here to talk about RAPE.

As a South Asian girl rape is something that I go through almost every day.

Horror stricken?

Don't worry I'm  not talking about physical abuse and rape alone. What is more worse than that is the mental abuse.

WHAT ever the type of abuse that it it is wrong. And most of the time the victims aren't aware of the fact that they are bieng abused and even those that are aware sometimes keep it hidden due to the fact that, they might be discriminated.

As a South Asian Sri Lanken girl I have heard stories of women getting raped and going to the police to complain.
            Why?
            To get justice,
                                     one can say.

Yes it's true!! But surprise guess what happens,  they get discriminated and insulted by the police and court.

Of course this doesn't happen all the time but half of the cases where the victim isn't from a WEALTHY BACKGROUND  this occurs so often and this doesn't happen only in South asia.

Here in the paradise island I live we have principals that take advantages from teachers and school work staff.

And managers forcing their coworkers  and many more stories like that    
                     and the worst of all the
"so called monks in temples" have raped the smaller monks who come to the temple at a very young age {like five years old} and have no idea of  worldly knowledge. They have no idea what's happening to them and guess what none can raise their voice against a monk, due to the fact that they suppose to be celibating.

When you are asked to name a country where women are discriminated.... many would say India.

Well that's true Cuz you see there we see a lot of cases. But if you really  know India you may know it as the world's ONLY  country where women are considers goddesses that are on par with other male gods.

And here's a surprise for you!!
the country that had the most number of REPORTED sexual haressment cases come from SWEDEN.

And  men using violence against women raping and harnessing them is normal.
It happens.
And you can freely go and complain right?

{of course that doesn't fix and make things right}

But what if you are a trance gender?
What if you are raped or happened to have sex with a person who is purposely trying to have sex with you because they wanna know

"WHAT IT IS LIKE"

and what if you are a gay person who has received physical violence from your partner..... would you be able to go complain it as freely as a woman?

the answer is no

Thought it is something that is happening...

Though it had happened many times

Though we are crystal clear of it happening and knows it to be a bad this.

Why does it continue?

EVENTHOUGH WE ALL KNOW AS ONE THAT RAPING IS BAD THEN WHAY DOES IT KEEP HAPPENING.?

Why does the victims feel so reluctant to complain?

Why though we talk about it and inform people it still continues.?
