All you ever touch and see,
Is all your life will ever be,
Memories scatter,
Disappear and shatter,
Gravity pulls you towards the ground,
To wherever bound,
As though it may seem,
That you live in a daydream,
Perfect in every way,
Just where you want to stay,
That light dims suddenly,
Not going out fully,
For the single light beam of a star,
Shines who you really are,
The star of truth,
Was concealed in your youth,
But is now out for all to see,
Something you can't take back and will have a special place in your heart permanently,
Those lies that were said,
Now rest on your forehead,
The light shined through,
What you projected to other people,
And found that small spark,
In the cloud of dark,
So be true to yourself,
Pass it on to a family member or friend,
For who knows when it would unravel to the very end.
