I hide behind a mask
A mask in which no one can see my true self
I take off my mask at the end of each day
My mask makes me think I'm beautiful
It's fake, but covers up the ugliness
I won't swim
It will break my mask into little pieces
I will only swim if my mask is waterproof
A mask covers up all of my imperfections
I want them to never be seen
My mask is part of me
It needs to match me
It needs to make me look glamorous for everyone
The mask in which I hide behind is in my makeup bag
