I didn't know what happened to me after the Cloaked man came in. I just remember falling back asleep again.

When I woke up again, the Cloaked man was by my side this time. He was sitting on a chair, staring aimlessly at the wall while he held something in his hands. I couldn't see what the thing exactly was but it didn't seem dangerous.

The Cloaked man must've sensed that I was awake because he looked at me and sighed in relief, "You're finally awake...." he said warily. He then got up and felt my forehead. As soon as he touched it, he immediately pulled his hand back, gasping, "You're burning up!"

I'm burning up? I feel just fine! Just... great... Maybe just a little hot but I feel fine!

He took me up and held me in his arms then ran down some kind of hallway in the cave. I couldn't tell if we were going really fast or really slow; all I know is that we're going somewhere. My head was starting to get all dizzy and with the sudden movement with the Cloaked man making sharp turns and shit, it just made things worse!

As we were moving, I heard the Cloaked man muttering something about mixing energy and a fever and something like that but I couldn't really hone in on anything at the time.

We stopped in some kind of room and the Cloaked man laid me down on a white, fluffy bed. I couldn't see him but I heard the Cloaked man rummaging around for something, I think.

He loomed over me, holding some kind of bottle? I think it was a bottle. Yeah, definitely a bottle that was full of something gray. The Cloaked man held the bottle near my mouth.

"Drink." he said but my stomach didn't agree with his demand so I refused and shoved the bottle away like a little kid would do.

The Cloaked man sighed and only lifted me up into a sitting position, cradling my upper body in one of his arms while the other held the bottle.

"Drink, please." he said again, edging the bottle to me. I shook my head and covered my mouth, closing my eyes shut.

Honestly, I had no idea why I was being such a child about this. I guess I just didn't wanna drink whatever was in that bottle.

I heard the Cloaked man sigh again. For a while he just held me there in his arms like how Mom or Nightmare and sometimes Solaris would whenever I would have a bad dream. It was actually relaxing.

Leaning my head on his chest, I heard the Cloaked man's heart beat steadily.

~.Normal POV.~

As Luna leaned on the Cloaked man's chest, she soon felt relaxed.
The Cloaked man smiled at the young preteen in his arms. Never in his life did he think this was going to happen.

He was actually glad that this was happening which went against everything he swore on many, many years ago.

He took the bottle and held it to Luna's mouth again in an attempt to get her to drink the medicine and this time, the girl took the bottle and took a small sip from it.

As soon as she did, Luna felt a million times better. The Cloaked man felt her forehead, nodding in approval when her fever went down a few notches.

But just because Luna's fever was down didn't mean she was in the clearing. Something roused in the girl's stomach again, causing her to hunch over and vomit all over the Cloaked man's feet!
