Aphmaus pov
I need a break from not only studying, from life all together. I need to escape reality and just let everything go.
The perfect place would be the blossom tree beside the old base.
I left without telling anyone I was even leaving. Probably a mistake but I can't have anything pulling me back.
I walked and finally arrived. I layed on my back closing my eyes next to the blossom tree. I feel at peace right here. Nothing seems to bother me when I'm like this. Everything seems to be left at a shore and the ocean would wash them away. I have no worries here.
I opened my eyes and saw the little bits of sunlight the peeked through the branches that were dressed in blossoms.
The wind danced around me setting a fresh smell of the spring flowers.

The wind holds secrets and the harder the wind blows the more they want you to hear them

What secrets do you hold wind? And when will they be revealed.

"I thought I'd find you here"

A familiar voice stripped me of my thoughts. I smiled slightly. I smiled more as the presence was moved right beside me.

"How?"

I turned to see a pair of diamond blue gazing at me.

"I noticed when we used to live here, how at peace you always seemed to be I figured this would be your escape"

Garroth set his hand over mine and closed his eyes taking a deep breath. I repeated the action. I might be came to be alone but him being here made everything more peaceful.

Garroths pov
I walked up to the old base and saw Aphmau at her escape place.

"I thought I'd find you here"

I softly spoke as I walked closer. I layed beside her and gazed at her calm face. She turned her head and looked at me with kind eyes.

"How?"

"I noticed when we used to live here, how at peace you always seemed to be I figured this would be your escape"

I set my hand over Aphs and took a deep breath with eyes closed. I could hear her also take a deep breath. I can see why she likes it here. Everything seems right with the world even though everything's been so wrong.

"I feel like if I speak everything will break"

"All you've broken was silence"

Silence may be broken easily but it will never dissapear its always there and will never die

Some say silence is golden but I say it can be frustrating and make you want to pull your hairs out one by one. Right now its peaceful.

"We should probably head back soon" I sighed

"Not yet, this is all I've needed over the past few days"

After half an hour we got up. Aph gave me a hug and nuzzled her head into the crook of my neck. After she pulled out of my grasp she intertwined our hands and we walked back. She seemed distracted by something.

"Aph, you ok? You seem out of it"

"Yeah I'm fine. It's just...I never thought I could be happy"

"What?"

"I never thought I deserved love and someone like you and even though everything else in my life is messed up I'm still happy because of you"

"Thanks, and you do deserve love. Everyone deserves it but not all receive it"

"You're right"

We walked to Levin's room were Levin was playing with his toys.

"Momma!!!!" He got up and bolted towards Aph. He laed into her arms and hugged her tightly.

"Hey, Levin,"

Her smile when she's with Levin is different then with ayone else. It always looks relieved. Strange.

But then again, what is one thing about Aph that isn't strange.
