A/N Here's GARROTHS point of view on the whole day and more.

I woke up to birds chirping and arrows being shot. No doubt it was Aph. I decided to work on my stealth. I snuck up and yelled
"BOO" this made her shoot her arrow into a tree no where's NEAR her target

"How's that for stealth" I smirked

"It doesn't count when I'm focusing!"

"Everything counts" her hair was caught in her bowstring and I helped her get it out. I liked being around her. She just made me happy. She was of course being sarcastic. Haha. And we sat and had a nice conversation. Then Zenix came and called for her. She told me not to follow so of course I had too! She told me how she got Levin he really was cute. She let me hold him and he fell asleep. While he was poking at me, she laughed. Her laugh was beautiful. I've never seen her smile but it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen! Looking at her smile made me smile. She started to zone out.

"You alright?"

"Hmm?"

"You were just in like deep thought"

"I'm fine I'll put Levin in his crib."

"Alright I'm gonna go for a walk and then back to training"

"Alright" she developed an evil grin. I brushed it off and went on a walk. While I was walking an arrow whizzed by my ear and hit the tree behind me. I pulled out my sword and saw Aphs reflection and turned to her.

"What're you doing?"

"Teaching more stealth. Its your biggest weakness." She said hoping out of her tree

"By trying to kill me?"

"I was aiming for the tree"

"Whatever sure you were!"

"Well I'm going to be teaching you the rest today not Zenix he's on a break."

"This should be fun"

We went inside of a tree. She aimed at a vase. It broke causing them all to come outside. Aph shot arrows and then let me shoot. When we came out of the tree they were begging for mercy. I was laughing my head off. We went to a blossom tree she seemed distracted. She was still trying to teach me stealth the whole time. Every now and then I would start to lose my balance but I would always get it back. All of a suddon she tripped on my ankle causing me to fall. We fell to the ground laughing. And the same wonderful smile fell across her face making me happy.

"And I thought I was a clutz!" This made her smile gazing into my eyes and they twinkled.

"I was distracted by the blossoms!" I looked at them and they looked pretty normal to me just some pink little flowers on a tree.

"Why?"

"Cause they're blooming differently this time then they ever have!"

"Why does that matter"

She drifted of into thought and I pulled her out.

" Aph?"

"What Garroth?"

"Why does the tree matter?"

"I was born in the town not far from here. My grandmother told me stories about this tree..."

"Can I hear one?"

"Ok...the only one I can remember is the confused lovers"

"Sounds interesting"

"There was a young lady the age of 20 and a young man the age of 22 they didn't know they were in love. They thought they were friends. They would always walk to this tree and watch the blossoms turn fully pink. One day the young lady found a blossom that wasn't fully pink. She thought it was strange she was with another young man who she thought she loved. When they came to the tree the blossoms turned mostly pink but not fully. She remembered the magic of the tree and realised she was in love with the first young man because the blossoms were fully pink when they were together. She broke up with her boyfriend but soon found out the one she loved was dead. In his will it said 'I knew I loved you but couldn't be with you' she then cried her tears watered the tree and that's how it grew to this size."

"Wow intense story what does that have to do with the blossoms right now?"

"They just brought back memories..."

She turned to walk back to the base. I watched a blossom fall in front of me. It was fully pink...was the tree magic? Do I love Aph? No...we ate dinner and she wasn't talking or looking up...or even eating just knocking a pea around with her fork. I was sitting there wondering what was on her mind. It was late so we all went to bed. Throughout the week I wanted to ask her a question but
Monday
Dale was practicing swords with me. When we were finished I went to ask her the question.

"Aph hi um i-"

"Sorry gotta go maybe later"

She didn't look me in the eyes she just said that and left.
Tuesday
Laurence was teaching me how to be calm and tranquil and have patience. Because that is important. I still needed to ask Aph that question.

"Aph! Oh hey um I've been meaning to-"

"Can't talk I have to practice me shooting!"

And she was off. Still avoiding eye contact...what's gotten into her?
Wednesday
Zenix was helping me with shooting today. He was giving me small tips and I was slowly improving. But I wasn't focused on the tips I was focused on how Aph would shoot. And I tried mimicking. I then see her. I swung around and shot an arrow pinning her arm into the wall. Zenix was on lunch so he didn't notice.

"Aph!"

She pulled the arrow out and ran to her room. I went after her and she locked the door. I knocked on the door.

"Aph come on I have ONE question! Please just listen!"

"Sorry I'm busy"

I put my head against the door out of frustration. I decided to sit outside of her room until she wasn't busy. She came out.

"What're you doing?"

"Waiting I need to ask a question!"

"Well I'm busy so I'm going now bye!"

She said and ran away.
Thursday
Aph was STILL avoiding me! Did I make her mad? Today was a day off cause everyone else was working and I am determined to get an answer! Its not even that big of a question! For Pete's sake! I looked for her everywhere! But not the hot springs just in case. I walked into town and she was there...she was talking to an elderly woman then they went into a house. I decided to wait in town for her so I went through the market. I bought some food for base and I went to the park to sit and wait. She walked out and I stood up to walk to her. She spotted me and started to walk fast without trying to run. I followed her but she disappeared after the crowd. I am now starting to get agitated that I just have ONE STINKING QUESTION UGH!
FRIDAY
THE MOST SHE HAS SAID IS

"Sorry gotta go"

THEN SHE RUNS OFF! Deep breath Garroth! It's OK just calm down and try not to scream. The guys must've noticed.

"Garroth..." Laurence started "calm down I feel an angry aura around you..." He said calmly trying not to tick me off more than I already am.

"Is something bothering you?" Zenix asked

"No...yes...well...I just...I want to...why can't I just..." I couldn't peice together a sentence.

"Woah something is seriously wrong Garroth you can tell us!" Dale was saying and I could tell he was sincere but nobody can understand. I don't understand why I'm so mad that I can't get Aph to answer one question.

"I don't know how to explain..." They all looked confused

Frustrated with myself I walked away. I went into my room and layed down letting out a sigh and trying to relax. There was a knock. I relectuntly got up and dragged myself to the door. I opened it to see Dale.

"Uh...hey Dale..."

"Garroth, you can tell me what's going on"

"I don't know how to explain..."

"Just...say what you're thinking"

"I want to ask Aph a question"

His face lit up like he knew what I was saying he grew a devilish grin.

"What's the question?"

"If she thinks the story of the blossom tree is true.."

"Garroth...you sound like a crazy person! Why does that make you mad?!?!?"

"Cause she's avoiding me!"

His face turned from confused to realisation. He walked out whistling. I closed the door and layed back down. What did I do? Why was she avoiding me?
Saturday
My only day off from training! This is my last week too so Aph has to tell me if I can be part of the group or be a prisoner. This made me extatic! Now she can't avoid me! I did a little dance in my room. I sat down by the mirror I got and fixed my hair. Once I was ready there was a knock at the door. I opened it and there was Aph. She was looking beautiful as ever.

"Wanna come in?"

"No" she said coldly

"Well did I make it? Am I officially one of you guys?"

"Yup now if you'll excuse me I'm bu-" I grabbed her arm interrupting her

"No wait!"

"What?" If looks could kill...

"I have a question I want answered! I've been trying to ask you all week and all you do is say you're busy and run off!"

"That's cause I am. I have to make plans for us such as when we give the poor their weekly money and when we take post to wait for rich people to walk down the path an-" I didn't know how to shut her up so I kissed her...

"What was that for?!?"

"To get you to be quiet!"

"What was the question hurry up!"

"Do you believe the story of that tree?"

She gave out a sigh "I've been trying to figure that out myself. In town I went to my grandmother she's a very wise woman. She said magic is hard to figure out it could be the magic tree but it could also just be some random one"

She was calm again. I was looking into her eyes and I almost didn't notice a blush that rose to her cheeks.

"Now I have to go goodbye"

I closed the door after saying goodbye and then realised something...did I really just kiss her?!? She tried to kill me two weeks ago!! And I just kissed her?!? There are some girls I've known since we were three and I've never kissed them! In fact I've never kissed anyone! I just had my first kiss...and...it...felt...amazing! I know it sounds crazy. I'm 23 and I had never kissed anyone until now but I wanted to wait for the right girlm
