Aphmaus pov
So I guess Garroths flu was only a twenty four hour thing because when he woke up the next morning Zoey said he was fine. I'm not kissing him today just in case. We walked outside and adventured through the forest.

"Aph look!" Garroth whispered. I turned my head to where be was pointing and a robin was sitting in a tree. I smiled and watched as it flew away. Garroth laced his fingers with mine and we continued our walk.

"Garroth...I'm worried"

"Why? Everything's fine now. You have your memory and I'm no longer sick nor dead what could be wrong?"

"Before I lost my memory and you...died... Zane came up to me, he said something about Zenix"

"What did he say exactly?"

"He said 'and nothing would've happened to Zenix' or something along those lines"

"Strange...have you noticed him acting different?"

"No...but I'm still worried. Zane sunk as low as to kill his own brother he would hurt Zenix"

"We should head back and keep a close eye on Zenix...I don't think we should tell anyone else until we figure more out"

"Alright sounds good"

We walked back and sat down at the table for dinner. It was silent.

Garroths pov
Man, I hate this silence!

"Uh...Cheif could I...uh...go into town today?"

"Dale we have to stay away from any towns as much as possible...why?"

"There's this girl...."

Everyone dropped their utensils causing loud clangs to be heard.

"A girl?" Aph questioned

"Yeah...and we're in love..."

"Love"

"Yeah so you understand, you get to be with Garroth all day everyday I only see her once in awhile"

"Twice a week sneek into town and find her, after two hours give or take come back"

"Cheif. You're. The. Best!" Dale hugged Aph and grinned widely.

She understands love alright. I love that woman and nothing will stop me. Till death do we part.
