I study the people for a moment. The man is tall with black hair and bright blue eyes. While the women was short but taller than me, but  with jet black hair and bright green eyes. They don’t look like they would be killers, but your should never judge a book by it cover.

All of a sudden the man takes a step forward, which gave me enough courage to run to the room where  parents should be. I hear them run after me but im faster, i then slam the door shut once i answer. I turn around to see that my mom is nowhere to be seen, my father as well. I'm confused.

I look around the room, everything's the same as it was last night before i went to bed. I walk around the room slowly analyzing everything when i see a small opening in the floor under the bed. I pushed the floor board over and looked inside.

It was a hidden room. I hear the door start to crack i look up to see that they are banging on the door trying to get in, without second thought i jumped in the opening and put the floorboard back in place completely.

Just as i finished putting the board back the door give away and they burst in the room. As i'm about to turn around, someone puts their hand over my mouth. I’m about to scream when i hear my father's voice whisper, “Shh it's ok your safe now.”

I turn around and hug him “i’m so scared,” i whispered.  He hugged me back, we start walking down the hidden pathway for a bit. “What is this place?” i ask once we are far enough away from the room. “This is a old secret passageway that your great great great grandfather built during world war ll,” he said, i nodded my head.

“Where does this lead to?” i ask not sure on where we are going. “It leads back to town,” he replies. “Ok last question, where is mom?” I asked. He stiffens beside me, “Your mother, Faith, is the reason why we are running.

She is apart of something big that even i didn't know of. She works for some weird hidden part of the government. Those people who broke in were trying to get information out of her but ended up killing her in the process. Now they're after us thinking what we know what she knows.”
