Chapter 4
Hey y'all, sorry for the long wait, and such a short chapter.. I got distracted, and I still get unmotivated from time to time, but I'll try to do some chapters throughout the rest of September.
"H-How is this even possible?!" Exclaimed the human sans, his eyes clouded with a storm of emotions. You didn't really say anything, as you didn't know how to respond. You glanced over at the skeletons as a silent sign of help, and ink sans spoke up. "Well.. There's multiple universes that branch out from the original universe. I'm not exactly sure what causes them to be made, but your universe is one of those. A lot of our universes also is a different version of the original." He responded, eyeing the human while he spoke. "Oh?.. That.. I.. Whatever, I can't freak out about something I have to get used to." The human said with a sigh, slouching lazily. "Just call me uhh.. Bones for now I guess." The human now known as Bones said with a lazy smirk and a simple shrug. "Gotcha." You spoke up, falling short for a second.
"We can't stay in this cabin for much longer. Once they start to search the forest, they'll find this cabin." You said, and murmurs of agreement sounded throughout the room. "Alright, shall we get going then?" With that said, you all exited the cabin, and went on into the woods. "Best we move into the city, more people, more crowds to disappear into. We're gonna need to find a way to disguise you guys though." You said, glancing at the skeletons with unease. "Although Bones here is fine." You said, with Bones glancing away in embarrassment for being called out like that. "We'll figure it out once we get there I guess!" Blueberry said, although you were gonna say something to contradict that, the words died. "Ok."

General Lunar's POV
"Release Subject #0078!" He commanded, and with a few "Yes sirs" in response, he turned, glaring at the forested area surrounding him. "Once the dog is out, you're done for." He chuckled, a triumphant grin plastered on his face as he heard the clanging of shackles being released. "Find the intruders." The figure ran off with those given instructions, plunging into the depths of the forest.
Back to your POV
"It's awfully quiet, this doesn't feel right at all guys.." Dream spoke up suddenly, and you had to say, you kind of agreed. Probably by now they'd have helicopters searching the place from the sky and patrols out, so why is it so quiet? What's going on in the enemy's head? "Just keep moving, if we stay in one spot, we're sitting ducks." You said. "Err.. Y/N?" Blueberry asked. "U-uh.. I think I heard something!" "Heard what?"
"Rustling.. Listen! Hear it?" The group paused, falling silent as they heard rustling from behind. "Keep moving!" You called out, and the group broke into a sprint.
Third person POV
"A chase eh? Hm.. Tempting but now that I'm out of range from the base.." The figure snapped off the now useless electronic collar from his neck. "Let's see here." The figure murmured, cocking their head to the side as they inhaled. Various aromas hit them, but they were able to sort out the scent of human and monster. They then slunk off after the scent trail left behind the group, their excitement becoming overwhelming. "Found you.. But lets take this nice and slow, shall we?"
