What are you: Dragon/human. She doesn't change form but she has dragon characteristics.

Weapons: none
Powers: Can create portals from her palms. (They glow bright blue when they do) When she overlaps two portals she creates a beam (or laser) and can shoot at any distance. Because of these portals, Tomatsu has a sixth sense. (Her portals are made from her aura) she can use her aura to percieve the world around her, without using her eyes. And has dragon wings made if her pure aura growing on her cranium. Allowing her to fly. (Which is a reason why she doesn't take off her hat)
Mask color: doesn't have one.
Personality: Shy, quiet, sensitive, and caring. She cares for everyone. (Except the enemies) Has a hard time saying 'no' to others. She has a room full of books and reads whenever she's not babysitting Mikey and Raph. She's a huge music lover and writes songs without anyone knowing. Tomatsu's smart (Donnie smart. Yeah.) Can be easily manipulated by Everyone but Mikey.
Backround: She was kidnapped by the Krannge at age four and experimented on until she was 11. Then they handed her over to Shredder where she was forced to do his 'errands'. She had her memory wiped so she doesn't know her family. During a heist at a lab the turtles captured her and wanted answers. She told them everything that had happened to her, Splinter allowed her to stay ever since then.
Other: Has a small, yellow, round bird named Az. Can cook really well (Specialty it pizza) She never takes off her hat because she's afraid of people's reaction about her wings. Tomatsu can play just about every instrument there is and she can sing.
