Kiara was so happy when Vanessa agreed to spend some time with her but Vanessa was puzzled why the young girl was so attracted to her. Sighing she took Kiara's hand  and they headed to the cafeteria.
" What can I get you Kiara?" Vanessa asked gently. She waited for her to reply but Kiara didn't stop thinking. Vanessa looked her and she saw how beautiful the young girl looked.  After sometime, Kiara replied, "Anything you get, I will eat."
They sat down and got some apple juice and fries.
"Kiara may I also you something." "Ask" she replied.

"How did you come to know me?. I mean the first time I meant  you it looked like you knew me."
Kaira looked at Vanessa and replied simply, "Because you are going to be my Mommy one day. That's why I knew you because I have a drawing at home which includes you, me and Daddy. It's a family picture"

Vanessa couldn't believe what Kiara had said. She was speechless for five minutes just staring at Kiara who was freely eating her fries as if what she had said was normal. Sighing, she gently grabbed her tiny hands and squeezed them gaining her full attention.

" Listen dear I am not your Mom. I think Daddy will be mad if he hears about this. Where is your Mummy by the way?"
"Daddy told me mummy went to heaven and she is staying with the Angles" This answer made Vanessa's eyes to tear up. She knew how y felt when you lose a mother in life but looking at Kiara, she felt so much pain because the girl was too young to be saying this.
"Hey don't worry. I know my Mommy is so Happy with the angels that's why Dad told me not to be sad when I think about her" Kiara said after seeing Vanessa's eyes tearing up. "Okay. I think we should go back. Your dad might be waiting for you now."
Knocking, Vanessa peeped into Liam's office. " Sir we are back"  Both Keith and Liam turned their heads towards the door were Vanessa was standing. " You may come in" Liam replied her.
Vanessa entered holding Kiara who looked so happy. Looking at Keith, she bowed her head and thanked him for allowing Kiara to spend time with her. Keith was so surprised by this. Vanessa was not only beautiful but also disciplined and kind hearted not like Emily. Sighing, Keith wondered why he was comparing Emily with Vanessa.

" Kiara I think you behaved well with Aunt Vanessa." Keith looked at her daughter attentively to see if she was lying.
"I swear Daddy I was so nice, ask Aunt Vanessa."
Both Vanessa and Liam looked at the way Kiara and Keith interacted. They were so close and  Keith understood her daughter so well.
" She is a good girl. I have really liked her company" Vanessa replied.  Noticing that her presence was no longer needed she headed towards the door but Kiara voice stopped her. " Aunt Vanessa I want to hang out with you again and I think Daddy is also fine with it." 
"Of course I am fine with it. Let give my number to your Daddy if you want to meet me again, he can contact me" Vanessa replied handing Keith her no. Which was on a piece of paper and went out.  All this time Liam was looking at Keith. He looked so flushed while getting Vanessa's number.
"Kiara I think we should leave Uncle Liam now to work. I think he has seen you now."
' Good bye princess, don't forget to call Aunt Vanessa" Liam winked at Keith while telling this to Kiara. Keith knew that Liam was mocking her but he didn't reply back. Lifting Kiara in his hands, he quickly left Liam's office.
Meanwhile at Lilly's apartment, Emily had finally given up grieving for Keith. She thought about many things that really needed her attention other than crying. After having a bath she went to tell kitchen to grab something to eat.  Lilly was already in the kitchen preparing lunch. Hearing the squeaking of the door, she turned around only to find Emily looking fresh.
"Hi Em, I am preparing lunch now because I knew you would wake up hungry".
" I am so lucky to have you. Thank you for everything you hav done for me Lilly. If you weren't here, I think I would have gone mad." Emily said with a very sincere voice.
"Ahhhhh, Em stop this shit. What are friends for? Now hurry and prepare the dining table so that we can eat lunch because am starving."
Emily decided to go to her place after lunch. She was really glad to have Lilly in her life because it made her feel she wasn't so lonely. Looking herself in the mirror, she saw dark circles under her eyes which reminded of Keith's piercing words.
  I have to move on with my life, I have many cute men waiting for me out there. She laughed so hard after thinking this.
She was applying some make up to cover the dark circles when Andrea her Mommy called, " hello Mom" Emily replied bored.
"Emily, that's not the way you greet your Mom. Now cheer up and say hello again" Shaking her head, Emily replied with a very cheerful voice.
"At least now. Actually I called to inform you that have you and Keith thought about what we talked about last time we had dinner, you know the marriage stuff" Emily's heart skipped a beat after hearing her Mom saying this. She couldn't even bring herself to stop her Mom who just continued blabbing not caring if Emily was listening or not. After some time, Emily decided to cut her off, "Mom, what are you talking about. This was just a suggestion and I never told you nor Dad to think about it or do something about it"
"I Know Emily but we are so happy for you. We are having hope that you are getting yourself a very charming man."

"Mom stop this. What if I told you the marriage won't take place or what if I told you that me and Keith are no longer together but let me not beat around the bush, Emily inhaled a deep breath preparing herself for the lecture that will be coming from her Mom after hearing this, "Me and Keith separated and please don't ask me why because I won't answer you right now."
Emily waited for the out burst from her Mom but nothing was felt, there was total silence until  Andrea softly said," sorry dear but don't worry because everything happens for reason . I know my princess will get a loving, caring and kind husband." Emily listened to all what her Mom had said and her eyes teared up again. Deep down she wanted to move on from Keith's break up and she knew she was going to do it. Sniffing she said." Thank you Mom. I love you so much. By the way I will also visit you and Dad this week if am not so busy."
" It's your promise and I will call you to remind you if you forget" Andrea said and after she ended the call.
Emily sat down thinking about Andrea's words and a smile tugged on her lips, I believe you Mom. I know my prince charming is waiting for me.

Kiara was so happy that she didn't stop talking about Vanessa when that were going back home and even when they reached home. All this time, Keith was just looking at his daughter thinking may be Kiara was serious when she said Vanessa was the woman she drew. Kiara was attracted to her the first time they met.
"Daddy, you have to promise me that you will allow me to talk to Aunt Vanessa using your phone" Cassy who was talking water looked at Keith with a surprise.
" Kiara, does your Daddy has Vanessa's number." Cassy asked.

"Yes, Aunt Vanessa gave her number to Daddy and said if I want to talk to her, Daddy can let me use his phone." Cassy just hummed and looked at Keith who was lost in his thoughts. Sensing maybe something was bad, she asked Kiara to give them some space.
" Keith is everything okay, you have been quite since you came back from Liam's company." Cassy asked gently but Keith just kept quiet. Sighing she decided to ask a question which has making puzzles in her head, " Where did you meet Vanessa again. I mean I haven't heard from her since our last encounter in the park and I am sure she never gave you her number that day because I was there."
The mentioning of Vanessa's name got Keith's full attention. Looking at Cassy, he answered truthfully, " Vanessa works at Liam's company. We found her there and Kiara insisted on spending some time with her. Kiara was so happy Cassy after Vanessa brought her back. She even asked if they can meet again so Vanessa decided to give me her number just in case Kiara want them to meet, I can call her first."
Cassy listened carefully. She was so happy for Kiara but at the same time worried for her. What if she became to addicted to Vanessa's presence and  Vanessa decided to leave her.
"Do you think Kiara should meet Vanessa again. I mean she will become used to her presence and maybe later leave there by hurting her."
" I don't think that will happen Cassy. Kiara enjoys Vanessa's company so much and if it makes her happy, then I will do it."
" Okay Keith but am also seeing something else here." Cassy winked. " Cassy,  Keith warned her.
" What." She replied innocently.
" I know what you are thinking and this is the second time but let me be sincere to you. Whatever you are thinking is not true so just give your silly thoughts a break."  But the truth was that Keith couldn't get Vanessa out of his thoughts and that night her image couldn't go away from his head.
Meanwhile also Vanessa couldn't forget the events of the day. She remembered Kiara and her cheerful smile and this brought a smile on her lips. She also thought about Keith's nice parenting skills with her daughter. They way he had communicated with her. That night Vanessa couldn't get Keith's image out of her head.
