After Emma and I made mends we both went back inside to bed.

I don't remember falling asleep but a dream came quickly;

I find myself standing in a field, not the one I normally go to it's the field I went to the night of my first full moon.

I'm standing by my wolf she is starring off into the darkness.

I look in the direction she is but I don't see anything.

Then I hear a SNAP a gray wolf with a dark line down its back and black dead eyes comes out.

But there are more behind him, all with the line and eyes.

My wolf gives a deep growl and her ears go back as she stands her ground.

I watch as they do the same, then they circle us.

I'm frozen, I can't move or talk just watch.

Out of no where a black wolf is standing by my wolf.

It's Van I know it, who else could it be.

The gray wolf is bigger than the rest of the group.

He snaps at my wolf and Van jumps.

That makes all the other wolves go wild.

Soon it's all just a pile of wolfs trying to get the other.

I last thing I see is the gold eyes of my wolf as she backs away and howls.

It wasn't a normal howl because this howl made all the wolfs including me hit the ground.

It's was like piercing sharp sound that made my head hurt.

She stopped and I woke up.

With a quick reaction I jumped off my bed with Max still asleep.

Yuki gave me a sleepy look and I went outside.

I don't know why but there was something about that dream that was making me need to go.

I shifted not caring about my clothes or the danger of being out alone.

I went to the field that was in my dream and stood in the middle.

Something was going to happen I just knew it.

The sound of leaves being crunched and pebbles stepped on made my head turn.

I looked around but I didn't see anything.

I looked out into the darkness till I heard a sound behind me.

A gray wolf suddenly was flying at me but before I could get out of the way a black wolf jumped in the way.

He pinned the other wolf and just then more of the dark wolves came out and circled us.

I knew that it was Van and he knew it was me.

He got off their leader and stood next to me.

I knew what to do but how.

Maybe the howl wasn't real but something inside me probably my wolf telling me to just try.

I stood back leaving Van to give me a confused look.

The others stood behind their leader, I bet they thought they had us.

But I took a few deep breathes and gave the biggest loudest howl I could give.

It's didn't affect me but it's must have worked on them.

Everyone dropped to the ground putting their paws on their ears.

I stopped to see it also started a wind because the wolves retreated.

Van walked up to me still in a daze and looked back at the woods.

They weren't coming back tonight but I knew I would have to explain this to Van.

Even if I couldn't understand it myself.
