Wednesday and Enid walked to where the Poe Cup was being held. Wednesday goes inside of the tent that was for her team to change clothes in, undressing from her uniform and putting it down neatly on a table. She quickly brushed the flowers off her body before putting on the costume. Next to the costume was makeup supplies but she ignored it. She'd never put whiskers on her face. She then walked out of the tent, going to Enid who waited impatiently.

Enid looked at Wednesday with wide eyes and a bright blush that could be seen from Mars. Her figure was obvious in the tight leather. Wednesday lifts a brow, a slight smirk appearing on her lips. "OMG, you look purrfect! One thing... Where's your whiskers? " she asked. Wednesday sent her a glare. "Ask again and you'll be down to eight lives. "

Enid gulped, nodding. She got the hint. They both go to the canoe and get inside with the rest of their teammates. Enid smiled flirtatiously and waved at Ajax who smiled back at her. Wednesday turned away and coughed into her hand, throwing the petals into the lake. "Focus.. " she muttered through clenched teeth. She needed to ignore whatever the curse made her feel.

Xavier looked over at Wednesday. His face held jealousy before he looked away. Ms Weems then stood at the podium. She does her speech before grabbing the prop gun, raising it to the heavens and pulling the trigger. A pop sound went off and everyone starts rowing.

The Amontillado team is in the front. Bianca is seen by Wednesday, nodding to a siren on a dock who jumps into the lake after taking his shirt off. The Pit And the Pendulum pull a switch and a axe on the side of their canoe comes out and swipes at the Black Cat but the team ducks before it gets them, going back into its place.

The Pit And the Pendulum start drifting to a buoy. Wednesday sees a mermaid tail pop out of the water. "Thing." She commands. He flips switch which released a net that captures the siren. In the distance, Amontillado reach land, 2 team members getting up and beginning to run.

The Black Cat soon reach land and Wednesday gets up, running to the flags. "Make sure we don't get sabotaged." She calls as she ran. "See ya Wednesday! " Xavier calls just as he grabs the flag, running back. She glares at him and goes to the flag for her team.

Meanwhile Enid got up. "Thing, distract a few jokers. " she said. Thing gets up and crawls to a rock, grabbing a pebble and throwing it at the Amontillado team. They look at him and he gives them the finger before hurrying off as they run after him. Enid gets up and goes to their Canoe, her claws coming out before scratching the canoe, getting back in her own.

Wednesday grabs her flag before unvoluntarily throwing her head back, collapsing onto the ground with a thud.

Enid was wearing a cute outfit and Ajax was looking nice in a button up. They were sitting on a picnic blanket. They were talking and laughing before they lean in and share a passionate kiss.

Wednesday woke up and starts coughing a lot as she felt flowers grow under the leather, not only on her chest on her arms but now on her waist. Bianca smirks looking at Wednesday. "Got a hair ball? " she asked before running off with her flag.

Wednesday groans, almost sounding like a growl before getting up wnd running back to the canoe with flag in hand. "Cmon! We gotta go! " Enid exclaims as Wednesday steps in. They start rowing and in the distance, The amontillado team's canoe sinks into the water.

Enid beams. "See ya jokers! " she giggled. "I asked myself WWWD.. What Would Wednesday Do? " she smiled brightly and Wednesday nods, a feeling of proudness bubbling in her chest. She was rubbing off on the girl. As they near the Gold Bug canoe, Wednesday pulls a switch and spears come out of the canoe. Their boat starts to tilt and Thing dives into the water. Whatever he did worked because they stop tilting.

Ms Weems looks through her binoculars. "In the league are.. The Gold Bug. " people cheer. "And the Black Cat. " she smiled brightly as she lowered the binoculars.

They near the Gold Bug canoe and the spears pierced their canoe. Water starts pouring in as they slowly sink into the lake. The Black Cat get to llan, Wednesday and Enid grab the Flag, running to the finish line. They reach it and everyone cheers loudly for their victory.

Enid jumps up in victory. "We did it! We won! Go Ophelia! " she exclaims before wrapping her arm around Wednesday, pulling her close as Wednesday smirks. Anyone else who did this would leave with only one arm. Enid blushed as she realized how close Wednesday was. "We did it. " Wednesday said. "All thanks to you. " Enid smiled. "And of course Thing! "

Everyone then goes to the court yard after getting back into their uniforms. The Black cat team standing on the stage. Ms Weems did a speech into the microphone before giving Enid the trophy. Enid does a woohoo, saving the trophy around as the people cheer.

Wednesday sneaks away from the court yard. She sneaks off to the Edgar Allan Poe statue deep into the Academy. She sighs softly as she sits down, being overwhelmed by the crowd. "So it is true.. Enid likes the gorgon. And it might just kill me. " she muttered. "Great."

Wednesday eventually goes back to the dorm, typing on her typewriter. Enid was in bed, sleeping with the trophy. She finished typing before putting the page into a box with the rest of her pages of the book. She stood up and goes to Enid's bed. She shook her head as she looked at her. "If only..wait no what am I thinking.." she mumbled before going to the bathroom and undressing.

She sighed and brushed the flowers off. "When I talk to my parents next I should ask if there's a way to reduce the flowers. It's getting out of hand and Enid cannot find out about this.. When she made my outfit it was close. Like a murderer sneaking past an officer. " she shakes her head before putting on her pajamas.

She then goes to her bed and climbs in, she crosses her arm into an x as she drifts to sleep.
