On the ship Captain Hoseok said that Taehyung was free to look around wherever he pleased. Which the Prince was glad, he said , since Jungkook and him began to talk about this and thats, catching up to what they have been doing lately.  Taehyung got bored of that quickly, he did not understand their inside jokes and stories about placed he had never even seen.

Sooo, he being the curious human he is, went out of the captain's hut and began to explore the ship. The ship was huge ro say the least. It was a galleon type of a ship. Its huge sails now neatly rolled up and showing its well crafted skeleton. The ship looked indeed old, you could see this survived many battles. Repaired holes and replaced planks were scattered over the sides, breaking up the delicate paint job.

"hello Sir, you sure don't look like you belong on a ship" A sailor said and laughed at his own words. "What brings you here?"

"my friend is talking with your captain, i'm just tagging along.'' Taehyung said and smiled politely. "i won't disturb your work."

"so polite. Too polite to fit on a ship, anyway, I'll be off. Be careful, don't fall overboard. That would be a shame for your pretty hairs"

Taehyung frowned at the man's back. "What was that for?" he muttered, annoyed to himself. But he decided not to give it more attention and just walked off. Continuing his exploration of the ship.

Meanwhile in the hut Jungkook and Hoseok had changed the subject to more serious matters.

"so you plan on taking him there to buy yourself time so you can prove your innocence?" Hoseok said. "and how exactly are you going to do that? Once a verdict is out, its out."

"find the real killer"

"And who might that be? Hm?" Hoseok asked. He thought this plan was stupid and Jungkook should just stay here.

"I don't know yet. I have been too burh running away to even think of possibilities! Taehyung is my key to give myself some time to explore my own world and fix this"

"Does he know?"

"he does, he agreed to the plan"

"he might have but, does he understand the risks that will be on his path? I don't think he is suitable for the journey Kook" hoseok said and got serious.

"he might be an awfully prepared adventurer but he can learn. He is willing to learn and adapt, he can do this Hoseok. My world Taehyung could do it then i am sure this one can too. We just gotta believe in him. His purpose is greater than he can imagine"

"i hope you're right..." Hoseok sighed.

"hoseok. I needed to ask you something " Jungkook said and sighed. His eyes looked down. "if anything were to happen on our way and we have to part. I wanted to ask you if you can guide him back home."

"i... I can promise you I will do that but.. I wont enter our world again. You know that"

"Then please meet him at the entrance if he needs you."

"When will I know I am needed?" the captain asked.

"I will let you know. For now you can just continue your sailing. We will go the other direction." Jungkook said and sat back, the conversation was coming to an end.

"about that, where will you go now? What's your plan from here?"

"I planned on going towards the entrance now. On our way we probably will land one more time so I can wash Zuzu before we enter. I know there is a big hot springs area nearby the gates.

"Do you need me to sail you there?"

"no need. We gotta take zuzu too, we can't leave her here."

"Right, give her a big hug from me."

"will do" the two stood up and
Left the hut.

"You can stay on the ship as long as you want. You can take a barrel of whatever you need. We will be stocking up here anyway. Take care you two, hope i will run into you again soon"

"I'm sure we will meet again," Jungkook smiled and they shared a quick hug. "Tae! Im done!" jungkook waved at the prince who was at the other side of the ship looking over the railing at the water. Once he heard Jungkook's voice he immediately walked over to them.

"Yeah, what's up?" Taehyung said when he stood next to them.

"That sounds weird coming out of your mouth." Jungkook said and frowned a little. He was so used to Taehyung's rather polite way of speaking that this did not sound right.

"sorry, just tried to fit in"

"it's all good" Jungkook chuckled and turned to Hoseok. "See you around, friend, take care out on the seas.

"You too, and Taehyung, it was a pleasure to meet you. Im sure you will be a great man like you were in our word"

"thanks Captain"

"Just call me Hoseok, a friend of Jungkook is a friend of mine. You're always welcome on my ship" Hoseok bowed to the prince and watched them get off.

"you sure have a lot of cool friends," Taehyung said while they were strolling through the city.

"Sadly, I don't have many friends. But the ones i have are indeed very cool"

"sooo. What else can you do?"

"huh?" Jungkook looked at the other, a bit puzzled. What was the prince talking about?

"You have already shown you have those other powers, own many animals and such. What else is there that you haven't said yet?"

"well. That's basically it. I can control existing powers in the world for my use. And I am friendly with most animals. I don't have much else"

"There's got to be something," Taehyung said softly and squinted his eyes at Jungkook. "I have the feeling you're keeping secrets, and this is making me too curious."

"I can assure you, the secrets I keep are not something that should be shared anytime soon. They are not related to you and your journey."

"Alright then, keep your secrets'' Taehyung crossed his arms and sighed. His head turned around to look at the city some more. Jungkook said they will be leaving tomorrow morning.

"Is it far to the...Gate thing?"

"It's not too far. It's nearby here. We just have to go back towards the mountains, we already passed its location on our way here."

"oh, alright." the Prince fell a bit silent.

"Is there something wrong?"

"no no, everything is fine! Dont worry"

"you're scared, dont be. My world is a very beautiful place. I'm sure you will love it."

"I heard it is also dangerous, you wrote about that a lot."

"you have me, I am your guide and protector. Nothing to fear." Jungkook smiled and stepped in front of Taehyung spreading his arms like a magician at the end of their master trick.

"But, what if you're not around?? A-and something happens?! I'm not fighter like you"

"I will find you before that can happen."

"i can't tell if you're being cocky or cool right now" The prince chuckled and patted Jungkook's chest when he walked around him. This action made the wizard blush and place a hand on his heart where Taehyung patted him.

"a bit of both I'd say" the wizard chuckled and got back in character
