Spencer and I soon made it home with the silver moon starting to rise. I opened the door and we walked in. I turned on the light and saw an old man with gray hair and green eyes, wearing an indigo robe and indigo hat standing in the center of the room. Spencer reached for his wand, but I stopped him. I cautiously walked up to him and called him out.

"Excuse me, sir?" I asked.

He turned around and a big smile was plastered on his face.

Who is this guy?

"It's you... It's really you." he said.

He walked up to me and hugged me. I looked at him and then at Spencer. He was just as surprised as me. He soon let me go and still had the same smile on his face.

"Um... Who are you?" I asked.

"Allegra, don't you remember me? It's me, Rokai," he replied.

"Whoa there. My name is Courtney. I'm not this Allegra chick."

"Of course you are."

He picked up my hand and kissed the back of it.

"Hey! Hands of my sister, old man!" Spencer said, getting in between us.

Rokai glared at him and then raised his hand towards him.

"Flau Captious!" he said.

A ribbon of fire appeared and headed for Spencer.

"Sabo Aqua!" I cried.

An orb of water formed between my hands and then it exploded. The water rained down on the ribbon of fire and disintegrated it.

"You okay, Spence?" I asked.

"Yeah, thanks." he said.

Then, Rokai burst out laughing.

"You think that was funny? You could've hurt my brother!" I said.

"You still have the same protective spirit like you always had, Allegra," he said.

"Stop calling me that. My name is Courtney. Courtney Lockheart. How many times do I have to tell you that?"

"You honestly don't remember me? I am the Wizard of Space and Time."

Spencer and I looked at each other and burst out laughing.

"You, the Wizard of Space and Time? Hah, yeah right!" Spencer said.

"Come on. You're going to have to do much better than that to prove yourself that you're this great Wizard of Space and Time." I said.

Rokai nodded and held out his hand. This time, I didn't stopped Spencer from grabbing his wand. I was already forming a black hole between my hands. Then, a scepter made of gold and silver with an indigo gem on it appeared. Rokai then tapped it on the floor and we were teleported to a beautiful place. It was like we were in space, but not really. Around us were clusters of beautiful and dancing stars, and faraway plants. Spencer and I looked around us in awe.

"Whoa..." I said.

"Wicked cool..." Spencer said.

"Still don't believe me?" Rokai asked.

We turned him and a faint blush of embarrassment washed over our faces.

"Okay, we believe that you are the Wizard of Time and Space." Spencer said.

"But we still don't believe the fact that I'm this Allegra girl you're looking for." I said.

"What can I do to make you believe me? We've known you ever since you were born. You were our little sister to us."

I blinked at him with an annoyed look on my face.

"Who's we?" I asked.

"Your brothers and sisters, of course," Rokai replied.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa... whoa. Courtney only has one sibling, and that's me." Spencer said.

"Oh no... She has four brothers and three sisters... and I'm one of them."

"What...?"

I looked at Spencer and he just shrugged.

"Okay, Rokai. If you really are my so called brother... what's my favorite color?" I asked.

"Easy, royal navy blue," he said.

"Favorite food?"

"Dragon flare soup."

"Favorite magical creature?"

"Fairy fox."

"Favorite book?"

"The Heart of Lachesis."

I soon became quiet and hesitant.

Rokai got every question about me right so far. What do I do?

"In every book I read, what is my favorite part?" I asked.

"The plot twists," Rokai answered.

"Um..."

"What is the nickname our parents gave her when she was born?" Spencer asked.

Rokai became quiet for a moment.

Good thinking Spencer!

"Starling. Your nickname is Starling." Rokai finally said.

Our mouths fell open.

"B-But... how...?" I stuttered.

"Still don't believe me now?" Rokai asked.

I looked at Spencer with a defeated look. He looked at me the same way.

"Okay, we believe you. I guess...I guess you really are my brother. But I know for a fact that I don't have three more brothers and three sisters," I said.

"Oh Allegra, don't be like that," Rokai said.

"Who do you think I am that you keep calling me Allegra?"

"You... are the lost ancient wizardess, Allegra Roseblood."

I looked at him with a blank expression.

"I'm just an ordinary, Meldarian wizardess.... I'm not some lost ancient wizardess... I'm nothing special... sorry, Rokai... you got the wrong girl..." I said sadly.

A single year rolled down my cheek. Spencer walked up to me and gave me a comforting hug. I hugged him back and stroked his hair.

Who does he think I am?

"Well... there is one other way to make you fully believe me," Rokai said.

"Oh yeah? What?" I asked, turning to him.

"The Wizard Trials."
