Lost and unconscious in a dreamy environment filled with a calm aura, I carefully look around and spectate every last detail there is to soak up in the current area filled with the latest happenings. In the distance I see a shaded figured which is drowned with the foggy mist that flutters around the whole place. Carefully, I walked in short and uninterrupted steps towards the mystical being that lays in front of my eyes. Cautiously as I happen to move my hand towards them I suddenly feel chilly and anxious in the process. Swiftly retracting my hand I head for the other side to see the anonymous figure in full form. Strangely, the front side is the exact same as the back along with the same result when I so happened to make contact with it. Then out of nowhere, the whole surface shakes and I fall down due to recoil. The figure, still standing there oddly kept its posture and balance as the whole event occurred. But as always, the dream ends when things got interesting. Awakened, I stretch out of bed to check the place around me. Bed, desk, closet, floor, games, ceiling and TV yup it's all there like it always has been. My hand headed for my phone quickly picks it up to turn it on and to turn off my alarm clock. But, there was only one problem, it was 7:52 AM.

Almost blindly, I rushed my normal everyday routine and got ready in a new record of about four and a half minutes. As my parents already left for work as usual I grabbed something to eat and rushed out of the door in a heartbeat. I ride my bike of all things to school since it's barely half a mile away from where I live so as a result I pedal as fast as I can and slide in front of the bike rack and chain up my bike for it to stay until the final bell rings marking the end of the day. Sprinting with all of my endurance I make it up to the front door and of course..... it's locked. "Damn it!" I say out loud to myself as I rapidly jiggle the handle in every direction imaginable. There's only one choice, the back way. I check my watch while I speed walk to my first class of the day and as a result the current time is 8:05 AM. The back way consists of going through the back of the school and as the route takes you right by and through the auditorium, expecting no one to be around I quickly dart to the other side unoticed. But as i was about to step out, I start to hear a peculiar tune and a really nice one at that. Knowing me I'm not really a musician or band geek but honestly it's the best piece of music I've heard in quite a while. As I thought to myself, why would they be playing music in here at this time without no one around? . I turn my head in the direction that was the best and most viable audio to discover someone was playing the song all along.

It felt like time had slowed as I spectate the serene individual playing the remarkable tune that I once hadn't expected. For what laid infront of my eyes goes into massive detail. From what I could recongnize from a far was a girl with the longest hair I've seen in years, the cascade of light brown ceased to about where her back ended. She was also holding a violin as she took a rest to reach for a drink of water. Knowing it's a new semester it would only be my first tardy so I decided to walk up to her and to at least get a glimpse of her face along with her name.

"Hey there, that was a really pretty tune you were playing." the girl quickly turned around and jumped as she laid eyes on on me. "Oh u-um t-thank you!" as she uttered. I replied "Sorry if I startled you, I was just really wanting to know who you might be." "N-no it's fine really!" One thing instantly popped up into my head, she was shy and very timid from what I could comprehend. "So your name?" as I said. "My name is Melody." as she forced out. Deciding to make a small move I confidently exclaim, "Heh, I love your name maybe we could text each other sometime?". She then replied "Um okay." She pulls out a strip of paper and nimbly prints out every number in a bold like font with her hand guiding the pen in the process. "Thanks, I'll text you if I'm not too busy." as I said. "Well it was nice meeting you." I replied. "Same here and your name is um?". "Name's Linus or Li, either way that's who I'm knows as." I said. Looking at my watch to get a glace of the time It was a surprising 8:13 AM. While I prepare to floor it to class I say "Oh shoot class starts in two minutes I'll see ya around Melody!" as I said out loud. "Oh my gosh, I just came in here to practice for few minutes, um bye Linus!". Standing back to observe, I watch her dart to the two big front doors that open up to the main hallway.

While I'm running to class I guess I'll describe her as a person. She was slightly shorter than me when she stood up which indicates that she's either slightly younger than me or is just a "shortie". Her eyes were hid behind pretty red glasses that admittedly looked kinda geeky but to me I thought it was cute. Speaking of her eyes they were gorgeous, they took on a light blue and slight green color that made me zone out by just even glancing at them. Her hair was pretty nice as well as it was all wazy with slight curls here and there even putting my natural curls to shame at the sight. Other than that I have nothing to say personality wise expect she just seemed really shy. Maybe when I decide to text her later we might get to know each other a bit more. Anyway, I'm up to the door so I'll updated on what happens next. Even though I'm probably going to do bad on this upcoming math test and the fact I was late, I'll still try to keep my head up because of what happened a little bit earlier. But then all of the sudden, I get a text. I pull out my phone and it's from someone unexpected. It was probably from Melody who I've just met but actually, it's from someone else saying something pretty surprising.

Hey guys, that's the end of the first chapter and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed making it. Chapter Two should be out sometime in the next week or so but shouldn't take too long to release, the main thing that'll take a bit of time is planning out what will unfold and what will happen. Other than that expect this story to be updated regulary and should be finished in over a month or two if everything goes as planned and nothing interupts me from writing. If you have any suggestions or ideas please share your thoughts with me, I'm pretty accepting so don't be scared to.
