Peridot pov

Peridot woke up to the face of her beautiful girlfriend..

I still can't believe I'm able to call her that. Who knew she'd love me. The nerd at school.. Of all people...

She sighed happily and kissed Lapis cheek before getting up out of bed and stretching her back.

She then went to her dresser and froze as she looked in it.

TRIGGER WARNING!!

There, layed the dry blood covered razor..

She sighed and grabbed the razor carefully before throwing it in the trash that was next to her desk.

I don't think I'll need that again..

She then grabbed a pair of clothes, a white shirt, green overalls and green vans before going to the bathroom and undressing, getting into the shower and washing up.

One shower later

Peridot soon finished showering and dried up before getting dressed, brushing her teeth, putting on deodorant and doing her hair before stepping out of the bathroom to find that Lapis was no longer in her room.

She must be getting ready in her room..

Peridot hummed as she walked out of her room and went downstairs, deciding that she'd have a simple breakfast.

What was that breakfast? You might ask. Well it was of course cereal! What kind of cereal? Cheerios!

Peridot smiles at the thought of having Cheerios, her favorite cereal. Her second favorite was Lucky Charms.

She went to the pantry and grabbed her desired cereal box before grabbing milk from the fridge and putting the two on the counter. She then grabbed a bowl and a spoon, putting those on the dining table before pouring her cereal into the bowl.

She then heard footsteps coming down the stairs before looking in the direction to see a blue.. Blurry ball descending down the stairs..?

Oh wait

I forgot my glasses-

Does anyone else have this problem?

Groaning to herself, she stand up and started heading to the stairs.

"Where you goin?" Lapis asked curiously.

"I-i.. Forgot my glasses. " Peridot mumbled, embarrassed. She giggled and nodded.

"Ok, I'm guessing you were having cereal? " Lapis asked, kissing her cheek to which she nodded In reply.

Peridot quickly went upstairs, went to her room and grabbed her glasses from her nightstand. She then quickly headed back out of her room and went down the stairs, heading to the dining table before sitting down.

She noticed that Lapis had gotten oat cereal with strawberries and raspberries for breakfast, already eating. Peridot begins to eat her cereal with hum.

One bowl of cereal later

Once they finished eating their cereal, Lapis grabbed her car keys and they both got their bags before they went outside.

They both got in the car, buckling up before she started the car and began to drive to school.

It was then Peridot noticed her outfit. She wore a white tank top, underneath a grey hoodie, denim shorts and black boots.

After a radio filled 15 minutes, they arrived at school and they both got out of the car, going inside of the school before going to their lockers and getting ready.

Once Peridot got ready, she noticed Lapis put her hoodie in her locker before following the blonde into math class, discreetly grazing her hand against hers before going in front of her and walking in the classroom, going to her seat.

Peridot blushed and shook her head, getting rid of the blush before going to her seat and getting ready for math class.

One math, literature, lunch and robotics class later.

Peridot noticed at lunch, Pearl wasn't sitting at our table, looks like the cereal I brought came in handy..

It was now PE class, the class she was worse at than any other. Not because she's weak but because people target her because of her size and well because she's a nerd.

She was currently changing, trying her dang darndest to not sneak a peek at an undressing mocha skinned girl that was her girlfriend.

Once everyone finished changing they went into the gym and were instructed to do laps outside on the track that was used by the track team.

Peridot sighed softly..

Hopefully no one trips or pushes me-

Peridot groaned and pushed herself off the ground, seeing one of Jasper's minions smirking at her.

Ahh I just had to jinx it.. I'm not even on the track yet!

She then noticed Lapis put her hand out for her, so she grabbed a hold of it and stood up.

They then walked to the track and started running, a few lagging behind, most being in the middle and few being in front which included the minions and Lapis.

Peridot huffed as she saw them flirting with her but Lapis paid no mind to them and began to run ahead of them, making Peridot smile but they tried to catch up so…

Me not being protective..

Peridot runs faster and somehow catches up to Lapis with a smirk on her face.

But that didn't stop them...

After about 30 minutes filled with mostly running and the occasional trip or push from others, school was finally over, most if not everyone was panting and most definitely sweating.

Everyone then changed to their normal clothes and headed out of the school.

Peridot and Lapis went to her car, getting in and putting on our seatbelts before Peridot turned on the radio as Lapis started up the car and started driving home.

They both got home, grabbed something quick to eat before going to Peridot's room and finishing their homework. Peridot would often help the mocha skinned girl with math but whenever she didn't need help, Peridot would give her a kiss on the cheek as a reward.

They decided to take a shower because they were icky, smelly, and sweaty from PE class.

"Can I join you? " Lapis asked, causing Peridot to turn red and stutter. "W-wh-"

Lapis smirked and giggled. "I'm just joking! Calm down Peri. " she said before leaving the room.

Peridot blushed and shook her head. "Ugh I almost died there.. " she mumbled before getting a quick shower and wearing a loose shirt and boxers.

Lapis came back in another tank top and shorts before she got in bed with Peridot and cuddled her as they both slowly drifted into sleep.
