"So this Anthony" Cassian asks as we are on our way to Aubrey Hall in our carriage, we will be arriving a few days early with the other Targaryens and Sharmas since it's to better get to know each other and the Bridgertons. The rest of the ton will arrive in a few days to Aubrey Hall. I made it clear that unless one of the Sharmas marry into our family, only that Sharma can know about the dragons "your in love with him?"

"I was" nodding my head "or am...I don't know" shaking my head "I just know that he wants a well bred and raised virgin bride to be his viscountess. It's why I performed that spell that apparently not only took me to your word but also sent me back in time" yeah, alcohol and spell casting is not a good mix.

"Mortals in this world don't really know about magic?" He asks, yeah he's wearing a glamour ring to hide his wings "but only very few humans—magical beings that you call supernaturals are in hiding, blending in and pretending to be human"

"Better then letting them know" he stares at me "humans will try to be the superior race, no matter what. We have years of history in this world that no supernatural wants to risk anything to their people"

"Also I know your territorial instincts will come up" I say "so, when you feel the urge could you tell me or I don't know...just please remember that the Sharmas don't  know"

"The only instincts that will be brought up" he says "are my instincts to protect, that's it—we aren't mates so the urge to kill won't be as great when your near males then if you and I were"

Nodding my head "Okay" when we reach Aubrey Hall, we exit. Cassian first and he takes my hand helping me out, looking at Aubrey Hall it's a beautiful manor with vines and flowers all around the entrance and the top of the building. This is a two story manor made of white stone, vines and flowers encase the columns before the entrance and along the top of railing of the building.

"Who's that with Kitty?" I hear someone ask

Looking up at Cassian he asks "Are you ready?"Nodding my head, as ready as I'll ever be "Is there any dancing for this event?"

"Why?" I ask

"I'm a horrid dancer" he warns me "truly horrible"

"Kitty!" Looking over at Violet who smiles coming over, I hold my hands out and she takes them "it's so good to have you join us" looking at Cassian "and who is this?"

"This is my new husband Cassian, he is a general" she looks shocked when I introduce them "Cassian this is the dowager viscountess Lady Violet"

"Hello" he takes her hand offering a kiss "pleased to meet you, very lovely home you have"

"Thank you" she smiles looking at me "husband? Since when?"

"Recently" I answer

"Apologies" Cassian says "but our wedding was very...lust filled and drunken"

"I'm sorry?" She asks

"Mother and Cassian" Taelon calls out as he is holding Aegon "we're drunk and horny, now their married"

"By the way" Aeron informs us "grandfather is on his way home at full speed, he's very interested in our new stepfather and the surprise you have"

"Surprise?" Benedict asks

"We are pregnant" I announce after some time, they look at me shocked before congratulating us. It's why I put a temporary protection spell over Cassian, I want father to see the Cassian I've grown to like as a friend "Cassian this is Anthony, Benedict, Colin, Eloise, Francesca, Hyacinth and Gregory.

|Daphne's POV|

We watch as Cassian spins Kitty around, she laughs holding onto him "They seem in love" Mother says as we are greeting the ton who  are just arriving "Kitty and Cassian"

"They are good new friends" I say, when I met Cassian I was not as skeptical as Taelon or the other Targaryens "they aren't in love, they are merely good friends"

"He is quite handsome" Helaena comes over to my side "he is good friends with the man who Kitty will truly love" What? What is she talking about? Is she talking about one of Kitty's soulmates?

Looking over at Edwina and Anthony "I fear I do not know the young lady my brother wishes on marrying"

"I fear he too" mother agrees with me "doesn't know her either"

"Kitty loved him" we look at Helaena as she looks at Anthony then to Kitty "she was in love with him, when Anthony made his intentions clear she left and met Cassian and came back married and pregnant" looking at me then to my swollen belly, yup I'm having another baby or babies—twins "hello little nieces" one good thing about some Targaryens is that they know the future so she knows my baby's gender.

"What do you mean Helaena?" Mother asks Helaena

"Hmm?" Looking up at mother standing up

"Kitty" she asks "she has feelings for Anthony?"

Nodding her head "Mother saw she and Anthony happy together" we stare at Helaena "as did I but now...Anthony will be content with Edwina, Kitty however will be happy with Cassian" so my brother had the chance at happiness with Kitty but gave it all up?! Oh Anthony! You stupid fool!

"Miss Edwina" mother, Kitty, Penelope, Persephone, Helaena and I are placing the flowers around for the upcoming Ball we are hosting today or mother is hosting "is quite the young lady" Persephone says "she is very proper and knows what to say and when to say it...she doesn't seem to have her own voice"

"Maybe" Kitty suggests "she doesn't have one where it concerns Anthony since she has been raised to only be a proper wife but nothing else"

"Miss Edwina is near perfect" they look my way "but Anthony is a Bridgerton...he needs someone to challenge him such as that Kate" fortunately Aemond has asked Kate to wed him and she has agreed mainly because Aemond doesn't care about Kate having no dowry.

"Alas" Kitty smiles "she is soon to join the Targaryen clan"

After some time I find Anthony in his study, he looks my way "Sister"

"Brother" going over to him "Miss Edwina seems perfect enough" he nods his head "she is lovely"

"Do you still not like her?" He asks "like Kitty or"

"I never said" shaking my head "I did not like her..." he gives me a look "I merely wonder if she is enough, if you know each other well enough"

"Like you and Taelon?" He asks

"Taelon and I" sitting down  since it's not easy carrying around little baby dragons in one's womb "we share similarities but also he keeps me whole, I may not be his soulmate but we have a friendship" rubbing my belly smiling at my babies that grow in me.

"Is that not what marriage is for?" He asks me

"Yes" nodding my head "but do you share any interests with her? From what I have seen you do not...you had more fun with Kitty than Miss Edwina"

"Kitty is now married" shaking his head looking away grinding his jaw "and expecting twins, she and that Cassian seem happy enough"

"Your in love with her" he looks at me enraged "your in love with Kitty"

"Miss Edwina is perfect" he says "do not concern yourself with my life sister"

When it's time for the ball, Taelon is by my side as we dance "Kitty and Cassian seem happy together"

He nods his head "I remember quite a bit about my father before he passed, from what my grandfather told me—my father didn't respect my mother at all but the short amount of time I've spent with the male...he's treated my mother with more respect then I care to admit"

"Taelon" he stares at me "have I ever told you how much I'm grateful for this life you've given me and how much you've helped me grow as a person" he spins me around "truly—I don't think I could have found a better match than you"

"I hate to say it" he says "but I love you Daphne, your my best friend—my first love" smiling brightly, he leans down pressing his lips to mine.

We pull away when the music quiets down, we look over to Aemond and Kate "I have an announcement to make, earlier today I asked Miss Sharma to marry me and she has agreed" people clap for them as Kate's family gasps in shock and happiness.
