neil goes in to their room and finds her crying in a corner 

neil : avni can u plse stop crying 

avni continues sobbing making neil helpless 

neil : avniii (sternly )

avni keep on weeping 

he sighs and goes from there to hall and at the same time ali enters into the house

ali : yo bro u r very early today , whats the matter ? dont tell me u have come to spend some time with sweety 

neil : just shut up  and go do ur work 

ali : woah bro , what happened , u look very pissed 

neil : i am , now dont piss me more than already i am and get lost from here 

ali : wait , where is sweety , dont tell me u again misbehaved with her (in angry tone)

neil : low down ur tone ali , i didnt do anything and what is with the question of urs ? when did i even misbehave with her ?

ali rolls his eyes

ali : talking to u is wasting my precious time 

saying this he runs to avneils room followed by neil

avni wipes her tears and looks at ali and then neil and stays quiet , ali turns back to find neil staring at avni

she chuckles and smacks his shoulder

unknown to them , this conversation between them is being watched by neil and a smile appears on his face

avni : i dont know i am feeling afraid that neil might leave me(making neil shocked ) 

and again tears flows out of her eyes , ali again wipes her tears gently 

ali : he will be the worlds biggest idiot then and can i know y do u think so ?

avni : i dont know ali and i dont want to talk about this anymore please , can we watch any movie ? i want to get distracted 

ali : oh my sweety , i can even fight with my brother for u , this is very small thing , ok come let us start our movie marathon 

saying this he settles beside her after playing a movie on the tv 

neil goes from there to his room 

neil pov : i am really an idiot , i shouldnt have said that to juhi that i dont love avni , i simply should have not talked about my relation with avni to juhi  , i will have to warn juhi , no matter what now she is my wife and no one can disrespect her 

thinking about this he calls juhi 

juhi : hey neil , thank god u called me , i was about to call u , i am sry for behaving like that neil , i was mad at her for ruining ur life , am sorry neil , i shouldnt have done that , next time i will keep my temper low

juhi on the other side fumes in angry hearing this but she stays quiet 

neil : juhi i am talking to u

neil just sighs 

neil : its ok juhi , i will call u later 

saying this he disconnects the call

later in the night while having dinner , neil observes avni , she is quiet which is not her thing , she always keeps on talking to either swetha or ali 

prakash : avni beta what happened ? u r being silent all the time 

avni : nothing papa i was having head ache 

swetha : dont lie avni , i know something happened , tell me whats the matter , did neil fight with u ?

avni looks at neil and then at swetha , before she can speak neil interrupts her 

neil : mom , what do u mean by that ?

avni : mamma nothing like that , as i said i have head ache 

swetha : ok beta , if neil troubles u , u can come to me and i will deal with him

later after completing dinner they go back to their rooms

avni is lost in her thoughts and neils observes this 

neil : avni

neil : turn towards me 

avni truns towards him and doesnt look into his eyes

neil : look at me 

avni slowly raise her eyes to look into his eyes

neil : now tell me whats going in ur mind 

avni just hugs him making him startled for a sec

avni : neil i dont want to lose u , u know right i really love u, plse dont leave me and go , u dont have to love me back , ur presence around is enough to me , plse neil dont go away from me (she cries on his chest )

neil breaks the hug and wipes her tears , she finds concern in his eyes for her 

neil makes her sit on the bed and gives her water 

neil : when did i say i will leave u 

avni just looks down 

neil : i will not leave u and dont keep all this useless matters in ur mind , u understand ?

avni nods her head 

neil : good , now sleep without thinking anything 

avni smiles and sleeps on her side of the bed , neil sleeps beside her and pulls her to himself assuring her that he is near her , she clutches him tightly placing her head on his chest 

avni pov : i know neil , u say that u dont love me but at least u care for me and that is enough for me (she smiles and goes into sleep)

next morning 

avni wakes up first and smiles brightly seeing neil holding her , she gently pecks his cheek and tries to move away from him but he pulls her back roughly and she falls on him 

he looks into her eyes and she becomes red out of shy , he pulls her for a kiss and they both kiss each other 

breaking the kiss neil goes into the washroom leaving a shy avni behind 

he comes out after few minutes and avni goes to get fresh 

neil : when r u going to start with ur classes , when will the professor come to take ur classes ?

avni : he will take time , he may take 2 more weeks , he said he has some work 

neil : ok , am leaving now and tonight we will have a media conference at our home , be ready for that and i dont want any mistake from ur side 

avni just nods her head 

neil leaves and avni goes to her library and she starts reading a book 

ali : hey sweety , i was searching for u , in your room , but i finally got u here 

avni : but y ?

ali : simply to know how r u being now ? by seeing u i hope u r fine now 

avni smiles and holds his hand

avni : i am very much fine ali , thank you for always being there for me 

ali : really ? thanks ? i am offended 

he turns his head to other side acting angry at her making her smile 

avni : acha baba sorry , i wont say thanks , i know there will be no thanks between friends 

ali smiles and turns to her 

ali : no sorry too 

avni : yeah u r right , now give me my thanks and sry back 

ali : hahaha very mature avni 

avni smacks his shoulder and he acts as if she hurt him 

avni : now who is being a child here ?

and they both laugh 

ali : acha now tell me , what exactly happened yesterday ? who is responsible for ur precious tears yesterday ?

avni smiles at his affection 

avni : aww how sweet my bro in law is and about yesterday it was because of juhi 

ali : what did she do now? 

avni : leave it na ali , neil made me realise that juhi shouldnt affect me in any way 

ali : offo so me romeo is very concerned about his juliet haan ?

avni blushes 

avni : so ? whats wrong when a husband is concerned about his wife ?(blushing)

ali pinches her cheeks

ali : very true , am very happy seeing u happy my sweety 

avni smiles again 

ali : ok then i will have to leave now and today i am going to meet my class mates in the evening 

avni : really ??(with so much excitement)

ali : i am very much excited to meet them u know , i am missing my college days

avni (Pouting sadly ) : even i miss my college days , a lot , it was the only place where i had beautiful memories after our home of course  

ali : aww my sweety is missing her college , its ok u r anyways going to study again right ?

avni : yes but i am going to complete my masters being at home , neil appointed a professor , he will teach me here and i will attend the college only at the time of exams 

ali : whatt ??

avni : yes , neil doesnt want me to go to clg , he thinks that me being prime minister's wife should not go to clg

avni : shut up ali , u r talking about my husband , dare u swear about him
