It's been a week since Avni went home. The Khannas lost their happiness in these few days. Everyone knew something was going on between Neil and Avni. As for Neil, he's overworking himself, drowning in guilt. Every time he gets close to her, something happens, and all the blame falls on him. He believes he's responsible for every mishap in their lives.

After returning from Mehta Mansion, he throws out Mithali, yells at her for speaking nonsense, and confronts her, making it clear he never sees her as more than a friend. He asserts that he'll never replace his wife, Avni, with anyone else in his life.

On the other hand, Avni is being tough with everyone. Despite saying she wants to give Ashish and Neela a chance, she's not ready to talk to them. She sits, immersing herself in her college books or novels, often lost in thoughts, shedding tears.

Her parents notice all this but also recognize her need for peace and alone time.

Neil is making an effort to communicate with Avni through messages and calls daily. His busy work schedule prevents him from going to her and offering comfort. Moreover, he understands she needs time. It's challenging for both of them to be without each other. However, one is unwilling to forgive, while the other is ready to work on their relationship, even if it takes many days.

After a week, Ashish and Neela couldn't bear to see Avni in such a state, so they went to her room to talk to her.

They both knocked on her door, and Avni was surprised to see them. They usually didn't come to her room at this time in the morning, being busy with their own work. She understood that they were giving her the space she wanted, but a part of her inclined towards negative thoughts, believing they had no time for her as always, even in her moments of hurt.

Avni: Do you want something?

Ashish: No, we just wanted to spend some time with you, dear.

Avni scoffed upon hearing that.

Avni: Really? Now you realize that I am staying here in your house?

Neela: No, no, bacha, we just...

Avni interrupted her.

Avni: I am not your bacha, don't call me that.

Saying this, she turned to the other side with tears in her eyes, and tears also formed in Neela's eyes. Nowadays, all she did was cry or overthink.

Neela: No, mera bacha, we love you. We love you a lot more than you think and know.

Avni nods her head in disagreement and pushes them away.

Avni: No, no, no one loves me. I know that, and I understand from your behavior in the past few years.

Ashish and Neela, crying, shake their heads, indicating no.

Ashish: No, I am sorry, my beta. I am so sorry for everything. I am not a good father, but please give me one chance. Papa will make everything right.

Neela: Forgive us, bacha. We love you a lot. We are sorry for everything we did to you. Please don't say that we don't love you. We committed sins and regret it a lot. Please forgive us, bacha.

Ashish: Yes, Avni, we will do anything for you and your love. All these days, we took you for granted. Not anymore. We know what we did is not forgivable, but we will try to mend till death.

Avni cries and hugs them.

Ashish and Neela cry, hugging her tight. They remain in the hug like that for a few minutes, unwilling to leave each other.

After some time, Ashish kisses Avni's temple and asks her.

Ashish: Tell us, beta, where do you want to go? We will take you there.

Neela frowns.

Neela: But Neil.

Avni: Nooo, no one should take his name. I want to be away from him and everything that belongs to him. Neela and Ashish get shocked.

Ashish and Neela: What?

Avni: I want to get away from him, papa. I am not able to concentrate here in this city. I want to go far away for some time where no one can disturb me.

Neela: But, Avni, bacha, Neil might not allow this.

Ashish: We will go wherever you want to go, Avni.

Neela looks at him shocked.

Neela: Ashish, what are you talking about? Neil will not agree to this.

Avni: I don't care. I just want to go away, and if you people want me back in your life, then we are doing this, and no one should get to know where I am except us three.

Neela: Avni, I know you're angry at Neil, and we are not saying that you cannot be angry at him, but, bacha, he is your husband, and you cannot...

I have to make sure that I am there for her for each instant. And about Neil, if he really cares, then why hasn't he come to visit Avni yet? Ashish goes out in anger.

After sometime Ashish comes back and tells them that he had booked tickets for Chicago and no other person knows about it

Avni pov: Neil all these days u wanted me to be away from ur life right , now I am going away.
