I have never seen Sophia act like that. She was the quiet one. The one who took criticism well, unlike me. Her storming off took everybody by surprise. I tried to walk after her, but Nate held my hand stopping me.

"Babe, we can go without them." He said. Malik announced that if she wasn't going, then he wouldn't either. "It'll be just the two of us" He assured me. I am really starting to hate this jerk. "This is all your fault, you inconsiderate prick. I swear after this trip, we are through!" I snickered through gritted teeth then snatched my hand away.

Malik let me in after I knocked on her door. "She's made up her mind, Laura and I consent with her" He spoke as he looked at her sitting on the edge of her bed reading a book. I took the seat beside her and I was shocked that she didn't scoosh away from me. "Guys, this is the last week we have to enjoy ourselves before class." I spoke but she held her gaze in the book.

"Nate's a jerk, yes. But he is the only one who knows where this party is. We need his guidance." Malik nodded but Sophia was just not buying it.
"And as soon as we reach, I'll dump his ass for everyone to see." I smiled as I saw Sophia smirked.

"That, I wouldn't miss for the world!" She said and we all huddled together and laughed. I was glad to have them back on my side. We were all in agreement again. I texted Nate. We're on! He replied a few seconds later Great. See y'all at 5.

If only he knew what was awaiting him and if only we knew that we had just made the biggest mistake ever.
