Last time

Blake:so we remained as friends. Things...things were good, things were going back to normal in our friendship, but sadly it was also at the time where me and Adam were being sucked into the propaganda of the white fang....

Now

*Blake returned form another mission from the white fang, she was tired, dirty and more importantly bloodied, she opened the door to the apartment, imagine her surprised seeing ruby there talking to Adam*

Blake:I'm back.

Ruby:oh Blake hi... W...what the heck happened to you?!

*Ruby asked running to be next to her, Blake looked down at her. Ruby was whimpering with how worried she was, but for Blake? She couldn't help but find it annoying. Since it wasn't ruby who was putting herself in danger, so she walked passed her*

Blake:I'm fine. I'm just tired from the mission. What are you even doing here ruby?

Ruby:a..Adam wanted to talk to me, are you sure your ok?

*Ruby asked with concern, walking behind of Blake, Blake looked annoyed over what ruby was doing, but held her tongue*

Blake:I'm fine. Drop it. Now what were you guys talking about

Adam:about project patch

*Adam said calmly, that made Blake stop walking and ruby to almost crashed on Blake's back. Blake looked at Adam*

Blake:what does ruby has to do with project patch?

Adam:simple, we need a builder. And there's nobody who could make what we need for that mission better than ruby

*Adam said calmly, Blake looked at ruby who was smiling at her, she frowned slightly, knowing what project patch was*

Blake:ruby. What exactly is project patch?

Ruby:oh! The white fang is gonna make peace with the island of patch! They just need me to invent the power source. The previous inventor was let go, since he couldn't finish it

*Ruby explained, only that was a total lie. The previous inventor was killed for failure. She was worried about ruby, but her white fang propaganda filled mind, didn't let her express her concerns*

Blake:you better not fail us ruby

Ruby:don't worry Blake! You know I'm an absolute genius when it comes to inventing. So! How you been? You haven't reached out to me in weeks

*Ruby said, not realizing that Blake was ghosting her again. Blake rolled her eyes a little but she spend the rest of the day just talking with ruby, which did make room in her mind for doubt to set in. Once ruby left the house, Blake turned around and looked at Adam*

Blake:why did you ask ruby to make that thing?

Adam:because if anyone can do it it'll be ruby, not to mention that it's time to see how loyal she is to the cause

*Adam said without emotions on his voice, Blake walked up to him and sat down next to him*

Blake:ruby is completely loyal to the white fang. But this? I....i don't know, it feels like it's a step way too far

Adam:maybe it is. But they were the ones that pushed us to this extreme. After this mission is successful? We'll finally have equal rights, that's what we've been fighting for remember? We'll never get it, unless we're not ready to make..... sacrifices

*Adam explained. And kept spilling white fang propaganda, to bring Blake back to his side. And like a stupid fool, younger Blake allowed it to happened, for a number of reasons, but the main one? Because she couldn't admit that she was wrong, so she just doubled down*

Present

Yang:your kinda scaring me here Blake. What did you guys make ruby create ?

Blake:.....something so horrible, that it would change the world forever. And the worst part? Ruby succeeded. She really was a genius when it came to inventing....

Back to the past

2 months later

*It was late at night when Blake was woken up by someone Knocking frantically on her door. She groaned and opened the door, seeing a scared ruby rose*

Blake:ruby? Do you have any idea what time it is?

Ruby:s...sorry, but I need to talk with somebody about this, it's....it's huge

*Ruby said, Blake could hear the fear in her voice, she let her inside and ruby walked inside as fast as she could, Blake closed the door and heard things break, she looked and got angry, ruby threw all the things she had on the table, to put her papers in it.*

Blake:ruby what the fuck?

Ruby:t..they lied! They've been lying to me Blake! Lying to us!

*Ruby exclaimed, looking insane, her hair was a mess and the bags under her eyes were more noticable under the lights. Blake sighed and walked to ruby*

Blake:ok, ok, relax tell me what's going on

Ruby:what's going on is that they've been lying! T..the project patch! I..it's not a source of energy! Blake it's a bomb! A hydrogen bomb! Multiple of them!

*Ruby screamed out, with tears of fear and frustration falling from her face, she grabbed Blake's wrist and pulled her to the table, she showed her everything. The blueprints, the battle plans, everything*

Back to the present

Yang:wait wait. You mean to tell me that a what? A 14 year old, build something that even scientists in atlas said it would be impossible?

Blake:...honestly, I'm more surprised right now that you even know what a hydrogen bomb is

*Blake said with a small snicker, yang rolled her eyes and pushed her playfully*

Blake:but seriously yang, when have I ever lied to you? And I said lie, not keep things from you

Yang:..... Wow. This ruby is a genuine genius

*Yang said, even if she was having trouble believing such a thing. But she knows when Blake was lying, and she wasn't lying now*

Blake:yes. Ruby was smart enough to crack the formula, for a hydrogen bomb. A little puppy wrote the how to guide to the end of the world. That dear girl, she created the formula to the worst weapon known to mankind, one that could blow the world to bits...

Back to the past

Blake:I see.....

Ruby:I see? I SEE?! That's all you have to say?! Blake do you have any idea what something this dangerous could do?! They are planning on destroying patch and gods know what else, off the face of the earth!

*Ruby yelled pointing at the blueprint of the bomb they tricked her into creating. Blake looked at it and then looked at ruby*

Blake:ruby, I know this is scary...

Ruby:it's terrifying! They already have the first one finished! And they want me to create more! T.. thankfully the bomb, can't be activated without the passcode, but oh God, what if they figure it out?!

*Ruby exclaimed, running her hand through her hair. She looked at Blake desperately, she quickly grabbed her shoulders*

Ruby:w...we....we have to tell this to somebody, s.. somebody with higher power than Adam or even sienna! I... I was able to make copies of the originals, so the white fang doesn't suspect a thing. There's still time to stop all of this! I just need you to help me, to show it to someone!

Blake:... You want to exposed this secret to my father?

*Blake said in disgust, like any cult they isolated Blake, from people outside the cult.  She hasn't talked to him or her mother in a long time, and the fact that ruby wanted to compromise the mission made Blake look at ruby with hate and disgust, when ruby heard it she got a desperate smile, nodding her head in total agreement*

Ruby:your father! Yes yes yes! Your father will know what to do! He's the leader of this island, the leader of all faunus! I...we gotta take all of this to him, now! They're gonna use that in patch this morning, this morning Blake!!!

*Ruby said grabbing all the papers she could carry with her, but a firm hand kept her in place*

Blake:ruby calm down. My father isn't home right now, but I know where he will be, just let me call him and we'll go there together ok?

Ruby:y...yes yes, together. P..please hurry

*Blake nodded and left to her room to get her phone. She picked it up and called somebody, somebody that wasn't her father.*

Present

Blake:..... She gave me her trust, and I destroyed it

Yang:Blake, you were indoctrinated into that cult. You can't blame yourself for those actions

*Yang said softly, but Blake just scoffed and shook her head. She refused to take the easy way out*

Blake: yes I can. Because they were my choices to make. I could've called my father. I could've admitted that I was in the wrong. That I messed up. But I didn't. I was a stupid 18 year old who thought she knew better than anybody... And in the end, it was ruby who paid for that..

Blake:sienna....we have a problem

Scene change

*We see a scared ruby following behind a stoic and silent Blake, to the location. They made it and it was an abandoned church at the top of the Forest filled mountain. They walked inside and ruby placed all the information on a rotten table, she moved past the table, and got a fire going*

Ruby:ok, ok. We just show this to your father. He cancels the whole thing and nobody has to die! W..where is your father Blake?

Blake:.....

*Blake didn't respond, she just closed the large doors, and leaned against it, to make sure ruby didn't leave, ruby looked at Blake wanting the explanation on Ghira's whereabouts, her eyes widen a little when sienna and Adam came out of the shadows*

Sienna:hello ruby rose. What do you have there?

Ruby:s.. sienna? W..what are you doing here?

*Ruby asked scared, she glanced between sienna and Blake. When she saw the look of disgust Blake was giving her, ruby pieced the pieces together*

Sienna:you see... It came to our attention from a little birdy, well a little cat. That you were trying to stop the project patch. I do hope I heard wrong

Ruby:you....you didn't. I can't let you do this, I....I can't let any of you do this!

*Ruby said, the fear still clear in her tone, and body language, but she was growling at the other 3 faunus. Ruby took a step back when Adam took a step forward, ruby didn't take any chances, she flipped the table landing it in the fire, burning away all the copies in the fire, she turned around, and saw sienna frowning at her*

Sienna:now ruby rose, you made me angry

Ruby:I don't give a damn, what I made you feel. This plan you made up, it's too dangerous to do! Blake say something! Tell them I'm right!

*Ruby yelled at her friend, giving her a chance, a chance to do the right thing. But Blake just looked at ruby angrily, showing nothing but disgust for the dog faunus. Blake was completely and fully indoctrinated to the white fang, her mind was completely brainwashed with the propaganda of her group*

Blake:project patch will happen this morning, we won't allow you to destroy the path to faunus equality.
