Elektra

The lights went out and all the girls sobered up screaming at the top of their lungs. The darkness only activated my night vision so I swiped my claws knocking off his head but with all the girls going hysteric I began to get annoyed. I prowled around everyone a new plan forming in my mind to get these girls safely out of here. I shifted human wearing a little black dress and big clonkers for heels and I found Luke in his wolf form sneaking up behind a few other leeches. He's relying on his sense of smell, I watched him pull them apart and part of me actually sick to my stomach at the blood and gore splattered every where even on a few girls.

But if I'm going to do this he needs to be a distraction for a few vampires. He needs to disappear for a bit while I lead the girls out because they're not going to be following a giant wolf, since in their eyes he's the monster. I walked over to him gently feeling his pelt.

"Sneak out the balcony." I whispered in his ear.

'What I'm not going to...'

"You came here with me and you'll leave here with me. Just follow my plan OK?"

'What plan?'

'Hide out on the balcony Luke. Please.' I mentally begged him.

Suddenly the lights turned on and I purposely fell back and screamed at Luke.

'Elektra?' He stepped towards me confused.

'Run.' I exclaimed crawling away from him. He leaped over the couches and crashed through the doors causing many vampires to follow after him. I started bawling my eyes out causing one sly smug vampire to walk over to me and help me to my feet.

"I'm so scared." I whimpered in the vampire's shoulder and he rubbed large circles on my back then rested his hands lightly on my butt.

"There there sweet heart." He breathed in my ear and I pulled away before he could smell my scent in my neck. Unless he knows I'm the cat he won't smell anything... As in literally anything except perfume but I didn't put any on. That may be suspicious for him...

"Really gotta stop drinking." I whispered playing the part and he laughed meaning I should get an Oscar right now.

"Where's the cat?" He whispered to his ally still holding me close. His hands still planted firmly on my butt making me every lingering minute to want to shove him back and claw out his eyes.

"I don't know." The other breathed back anxiously.

"I can't stand this I'm out of here." I exclaimed pushing myself away.

All the girls agreed just like I hoped and to the perverts dismay they all started filing out. I waited making sure they all left the room and sighed in relief that all the human girls are gone although it's not over yet for these leeches. Two vampires are standing either side of me curious that I haven't left yet. My actions before were reckless since there are too many humans in the room.

Well there were too many humans in the room.

"Not leaving I see." The vampire that groped me before trailed his fingers up my thigh.

"Don't touch her like that." We all snapped our heads down to Tom crawling out from under the coffee table. He's trying to seem like the hero I can tell by the intense (hilarious) expression and hardness in his eyes.

However his shaking knees give him away. But this proves I can trust this boy so I smiled at him.

"Tom? What are you doing up here?" The vampire who groped me snapped at him and I noticed on his white designer suit he had a little red blood stain on his collar.

"The cat escaped off the balcony." He replied staring at me.

"Tom wait outside." His leader ordered his fingertips now on my back. "Take her with you." He added. "It's too bad you have to leave since you seem so intent on staying. But I'll call you a taxi if you give me your number."

"That won't be necessary." I said smirking evilly at Tom. "Go find the wolf and you'll earn yourself an extra 30 seconds." He backed away slowly while I felt the others cofusion and suspicion.

'Luke once you've had your fun with your chasers come back up for me.' I blew away his reply and swung my body and knee up to collide into his gut knocking the breath out of him.

Not that he needs to breathe.

There are three other vampires in this room and one of them in a grey suit came at me. I dodged out of the way quickly and pulled off my heel to plunge it right into the small of his back making him scream in pain.

Two other big muscly men ran at me next and I rolled my eyes still holding my smirk then leaped up grabbing one of them by his neck with my knees and twisted his head to break his neck. This should keep him down for a bit but he will heal and attack me again. We are both on the ground but I managed to throw a punch at the other guy's family jewels.

"Claire." I whispered and as usual she appeared but unusual that she chose to appear standing on the armrest of the couch in an orange slimming bandage dress with a gold flame broach. "Looks good." I acknowledged then directed the vampire holding his manhood. "He could really use a hug right now."

"YAY!!! Hugs are always appreciated!" She leaped off the armrest flying in the air to grab him and trap him in her deathly flaming grip. I kicked off my other heel which just happened to accidently smack right into white suit's face.

You know accidently...

I turned around and paced to the broken down doors.

"Claire could you..." She already had them fixed and bright orange. I would have smiled but now the reality of the situation is kicking in. I'm still disturbed by what those leeches were doing to those girls. It angers me so much that all women can be so easily tricked and abused like that.

It scares me.

We can't walk out alone on the streets just because of our gender, because we're constantly targeted.

Before I became a cat I always pictured myself hurting all those men. Even at a young age I just new that it wasn't safe for an ignorant girl to be out alone. Now I have the power to make those bastards suffer...

And I don't care if I go to hell for it.

The man in the white suit started to shuffle back towards the balcony and stand up. All the while thinking I can't sense him doing that. "Back on the floor asshole." I growled and something inside me flipped my switch so every thought was dark. My vision purrfected and I know my eyes are glowing right now so I locked the door. "I'm not finished with you yet."

Luke

I casually sat in the elevator with Tom pressing the button for me and at every level we stopped there was a shocked human who would scream and run away.

Not to mention there is really crappy music you'd hear in supermarkets playing make this whole thing so awkward.

"So are you two really a couple?" Tom asked out of the blue making me glower at him suspiciously. "Or is it like an open relationship?"

I growled at him even though he's young and is no threat to me. The suggestion angered me.

"OK OK sorry..." He said turning away from me. "Would you two be like you know open to that idea...?"

I swear I will end his life right now.

Finally the elevator stopped at the top floor opening to the hallway that leads to the giant penthouse. I bolted out towards the doors but froze before them as I noticed their change in colour. Weren't they black before? Well it's obvious Claire is inside now and Tom went to open the door but it wouldn't budge. He looked at me probably about to ask me what we should do so I ignored him and slammed my head into the double doors knocking them down.

"Sure break more Hotel property." I half-listened to him more concerned with the flames burning up the room with the vampires with it.

Elektra sat crosslegged on the carpeted floor and I noticed Claire sitting down comforting her with an arm over her shoulders. Usually I would freak out but I know Claire wouldn't let the fire hurt them.

"They're gone kitty cat." Claire said in an unusal soft voice that almost scared me. Claire the usual screaming fangirl being a kind and considerate person? Anyone would be nervous to see that.

"But there are always more out there." Elektra whispered back hunching her shoulders.

"We'll get to them soon enough."

"But not in time to save other girls. It's bad enough humans do this to..." Her mood is so down and depressed making wonder what they're really talking about.

"All species do it."

"That's exactly the problem."

"Well there are also people who save them. We're not the only ones trying to protect the world." I can feel getting Elektra surprised by Claire. My only question is how can she only just be surprised?

Claire? Smart? That's like the world going upside down. This is a moment to be remembered.

Elektra let out a dry chuckle. "You know Claire you can be smart when you want to be." She gazed towards her orange cake face friend and Claire giggled but her reply confused me. "I'm simply programed this way."

'What does mean?' I asked Elektra and she jumped in surprise not realising I have been standing behind them this whole time.

"Lukipoo!!" Claire screamed and engulfed me in a bone crushing hug. "I'm so glad you're safe."

'Yes well do we know where the demons are?'

"I completely forgot about them." Elektra replied running a hand through her hair and tugging on it extremely frustrated. "Tom you wouldn't happen to know where they kept the demons."

"They're probably running around the city by now." He replied.

"What? But I thought the vamps would keep them locked up." She exclaimed while I struggled against Claire. Tom just shrugged and that made her growl in annoyance. But it wasn't directed at him. "Great not only do I have a werewolf pack who hates, vampires who want to kill but now I have to worry about demons on the loose." She stood and manisfeted some clothes for me. "What else will I do wrong?" Why is she blaming herself?

I got dressed behind the couch that only showed the bottom half of my body while Claire got distracted by Tom's red eyes. I noticed the fire slowly dying out with all the bodies gone or just ash and I stared over at an agitated werecat hugging herself.

"It's not your fault Elektra I mean what did wasn't the best idea we could have come up with but we didn't have to time think of a thorough plan anyway." I did up my pants and leaned my hands on the couch looking at her curiously.

"I suppose we could have dealt with it all better. Instead I acted on my idiotic instincts and stuck with my stupid ideas."

"They're dead aren't they?" She looked up at me when I said that her face hiding what she's feeling. I jumped over the half-burned couch and cupped her face in my hands. "We've done well. Not the best but good enough, think of this as a mistake we need to learn from."

"I'd rather it be a mistake I will forever forget." Her eyes avoided mine and that made me frown.

"It could have been worse." I whispered and she hugged me wrapping her arms around my waist so I did the same with her. "We could have let more girls die while we tried to come up with a plan. So now let's just go home and eat some chocolate while I make fun of your school photos."

I felt her smile. "You jackass."

"Your jackass." I corrected smugly.

"Right. My jackass with a cute ass." I tightened my hold on her then noticed an uncomfortable vamp standing there watching us.

I sighed as I glowered at him. "Time to go."

Lukipoo (Claire told me to put that in)

We escaped the building, the police and the fireman unnoticed. Elektra gave Tom one minute to run from her and he did but with a smile on his face. She ended up only counting to three before she took my hand and we walked to the train station. We got a few looks from others and we both weren't surprised. We both look dishevelled and Elektra is not wearing shoes with her slimming dress. Even after the fight she still looks stunning so I kept holding her close to me letting her head rest on my chest as I held one of the poles to keep us from falling everytime the train started and stopped. I commented several times how she looks in the dress and every time she never grew bored of the compliments. She smiled and pecked my lips then went back to leaning in my embrace staring into nothing.

"Are you alright?" I tried asking and she nodded replying with the same answer. "Just thinking." I let her be and pressed a kiss on top of her head until finally we were home.

Once we got to her house though, her dazed expression disappeared and she became 'cuddly' and 'playful'. Kisses were shared and I somehow ended up in her room.

Not that I had any complaints of course...

10:34pm

She slept peacefully in my arms her head nestled on my bare chest while I stared down at her watching her sleep. I don't want this to ever end and I don't just mean here now. It's been a couple of hours and of course my brain brought all the bad stuff up. I will work my way around everything I know I will but the curse will bring me to my own destruction and I will lose her. The memory of that vampire kept replaying in my mind. "I hope you realise the more you shift into your wolf the less chance of you ever changing back." It wasn't a threat it was a warning. My time is coming sooner than I expected, I thought I would live till I was at least 30 but if that vampire is right... I don't know how long I have left. Suddenly I heard some noises coming from outside. I snuck out of her arms leaving her at peace while I walked soundlessly downstairs. I found my three friends standing at the back glass door. You have to be kidding me... I went over and opened the door, not to let them in, in fact I blocked them by standing in the doorway.

"Luke you are alive!" Avon suddenly shouted. A pang of guilt hit me because even though I've been home for a week none of them had the chance to see me.

"Sh! Quiet you morons you'll wake her up!" I snapped checking the staircase to see if anyone had gotten up.

"Can we see her?" Paul asked.

"No." I hissed gazing up at the staircase again then glared over at Cole. "I said you could come here alone to bring me back."

"They heard you were at a girl's house. They want details." Cole replied shrugging. Then he noticed me in nothing but grey sweat pants. "So what were you doing?" He grinned pointing at my bare torso.

"Sleeping. Stay out here." I ordered them and watched all of them stepping away.

"We're freezing." Paul complained.

"Stay out here." I growled in a venomous threatening tone which made Paul shy away.

"Damn, he's already taking leadership of the Pack." Cole grinned.

"Yeah you looked pretty scared Paul." Avon mocked. I rolled my eyes and rushed back inside.

"I was just flattering him. Making him feel good because he's injued."

"Sure." Avon replied. I jogged upstairs finding Elektra sitting up and rubbing her eyes.

"I have to go." I whispered begrudgingly. I snug back into my black T-shirt then crawled over to her to kiss her mouth tenderly. She whimpered hugging my neck.

"When can I see you?"

"As soon as possible." I answered hugging her around her waist and pulling her closer to me. She sighed and pulled her head back to press another long lingering kiss which changed my mind on leaving. I began to deepen the kiss and growled when she pulled away.

"I'll see you soon then."

"Right." I tried to go for another kiss but she moved her away and giggled. "Don't make this harder Luke."

"One more peck."

"One more and I'll refuse to let you leave." We both know I have to.

"Alright goodnight." I said moving myself away from her.

"I love you."

I smiled feeling a warm tingling sensation spread through my body. "I love you to."

Dear fellow myths and monster,

I know I know it's been so long since I updated.

Don't hate me I've been depressed. A vampire captured me and tortured me by eating my chocolate right in front of me... I'm still getting over that traumatic experience. So I hope you enjoyed this chapter. Vote and Comment if you did.
